This hotel is located in the heart of Guangming District, making it super convenient for getting around. It boasts a five-star, sleek, and high-end design, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The dinner buffet is fantastic, offering a wide array of dishes. The freshly sliced beef and mini hot pots are unlimited, and there's a great variety of Chinese and Western cuisine, including teppanyaki and steak. We were extremely satisfied with the food. The hotel gym is also excellent, well-equipped to meet the needs of fitness enthusiasts. The facilities are comprehensive, with plenty of gym equipment, a comfortable swimming pool, and a self-service laundry room, which is a real lifesaver. Nearby, you can visit the Guangming Equestrian Center, offering a mix of activity and relaxation – perfect for unwinding and de-stressing from work. It really sets the mood for a short getaway. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel, also highly suitable for business travelers. They even have shuttle buses to and from Shenzhen and Hong Kong airports.

As a newly opened luxury hotel, The St. Regis Shenzhen Qianhai boasts impressive hardware. The public areas are grandly designed with a high-ceilinged lobby and exquisite materials, creating a fantastic overall ambiance. The breakfast quality is also excellent. However, the guest room design is a bit disappointing. While the room size isn't small, the layout is impractical, making it feel cramped in reality. Another significant drawback is the welcome fruit included in the package. My Ctrip Black Diamond benefits only provided three small 'ginseng fruit' as a welcome amenity. Having stayed at many five-star hotels, such a casual and subpar welcome fruit significantly detracts from the overall stay experience and doesn't align with the St. Regis brand's positioning. The public areas offer a great experience, but there's significant room for improvement in guest room details and welcome amenities.

Five-star review! ✨ The location is in Futian Central District, which is very convenient for transportation and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The staff were attentive and polite, responding promptly. Overall, it's the usual Ritz-Carlton standard. The CBD night view is fantastic, and the stay felt like a perfect leisure getaway. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

## Overall Environment: This guesthouse is built on a hillside overlooking the sea, divided into Phase 1 and Phase 2. All public areas are in Phase 1, while Phase 2 is purely for accommodation. If you prefer quietness, Phase 2 is a good choice, about a 7-8 minute walk or a short shuttle ride to Phase 1. For families with children, Phase 1 is more convenient. Public areas include the beach, restaurant, library, and spa. Activities like wind chime DIY, sound healing, and yacht trips are also in Phase 1. The public areas are not very large; both the beach and pool are quite small. On weekends, it gets crowded, making true relaxation difficult. The restaurant faces a similar issue; due to its size, the tables are not well-arranged, with everyone dining close together, leading to a significant lack of privacy. ## Room Environment: We booked a reef courtyard king-size room. The room size was reasonable, and the view outside the window was pleasant. The hardware clearly shows attention to detail, with brand-name fixtures like the showerhead and toilet. The toiletries were Bvlgari, but of average quality; my hair felt tangled after washing. The cleanliness and welcome fruit were also just average. ## Restaurant: The Chinese restaurant was the best part of this stay. The seafood was very fresh, and the prices were fair, with no short-changing on portions. I recommend the coral trout, small squid, sea shrimp, and freshly squeezed juice. ## Activities: The wind chime DIY and sound healing were very enjoyable. The yacht trip was a shared one, and watching the sunset was quite nice. The spa massage technique was excellent, and all the hotel staff were very friendly, proactively greeting guests with politeness and enthusiasm. ## Overall: As a popular internet-famous hotel by the sea, it's great for photos, with many intentionally designed scenes. It meets the expectations of an 'influencer hotel,' but as a secluded resort for relaxation, it lacks a strong sense of privacy and tranquility, making it unsuitable for a staycation. On weekends, it's crowded and overpriced, offering poor value for money. If you want to experience it, it's best to go on a weekday to avoid crowds and get a better room rate.

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Another stay that exceeded my expectations. To be honest, I'm not particularly fond of Shenzhen; the pace is suffocatingly fast, and the crowds make you question everything. But the moment I stepped into the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Qianhai, all my discomfort vanished. Cassie, who had contacted me in advance to confirm my special requests for check-in, appeared at the front desk at just the right time. She assisted with the check-in process with a lovely smile—it's truly rare to see such genuine smiles in Shenzhen 💖. Now, about the hotel's hygiene, facilities, and linens: as someone who's a bit of a clean freak, no visible hygiene issues mean no issues at all 😂. The room's V&B luxury bathroom with a double vanity is perfect for couples. The shower and bathtub are arranged together, ensuring perfect wet/dry separation. The fluffy, pristine towel set deserves special praise; I haven't had such an experience in a long time. The bedding, besides being white and soft, also had a subtle pattern, instantly elevating its class and matching the hotel's positioning. This trip was to see Xiao Mei's live performance at the Wanyou Space opposite, which was a 5-minute walk – truly the best choice. The hotel is next to the Bao'an District Culture and Sports Center, and not far from the seaside. Next time, if I have more time, I'll definitely explore the bookstore and watch the sunset. Finally, I must mention the complimentary breakfast specially offered by Cassie; it's truly worth trying and absolutely worth the money.

My stay at Shenzhen Orange Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, and there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident throughout. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in efficiently and even thoughtfully providing recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The room facilities are complete and it's very clean, a non-smoking room with no strange odors. You can see Window of the World from the window. The king-size bed is a bit soft, but the children's bed is just right. The breakfast buffet is quite rich and the taste is decent. Yitian Plaza is downstairs, there's a food street nearby, and a metro station not far away, making transportation convenient. However, the underground parking lot is on B3 of Yitian Plaza and is quite old. On rainy days, there's a bit of an odor... I hope it can be upgraded and renovated in the future.

The room facilities are a little dated, but it's still a great place. The hotel is on a higher floor, so the views are completely unobstructed. I checked out the lobby, and the views are good in every direction. Transportation is convenient, with a subway station downstairs and easy access to taxis. It's located in Science Park, with excellent shopping malls and dining options. The hotel also has delivery robots, which is handy for ordering takeout. My only minor complaint is that the quality of the bottled water provided by the hotel is a bit low, which doesn't quite match the hotel's positioning. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the Chaoshan congee and kway teow, which had an authentic Guangdong flavor. Parking downstairs was fine, and there was a convenient food street right across the road. The front desk service was excellent! Great value for money, I'll definitely stay here again!
