Overall, it's excellent and the best option in its price range. The room isn't large but has a lot of character and many thoughtful touches. You can really see their commitment to sustainability. They didn't even rush us to check out past noon, even though we hadn't arranged for a late check-out with the front desk beforehand. There were only two minor issues: 1. No bathrobes in the room. I called the front desk twice, and when the staff brought one, she said it didn't have a tie, even though there were clearly loops for one. It seemed like they were short on stock and could only find one without a tie. 2. No slippers provided for showering, so I had to go in barefoot. I considered calling the front desk, but it was getting late, and I didn't want to bother them. However, these two points are completely acceptable and didn't really bother me. My biggest concern when checking in was the front desk mentioning potential noise from city road construction, but it didn't affect my sleep at all.

Bringing kids to Guangming? I definitely recommend this hotel! The location is truly excellent. Phoenix City Station is right next door downstairs, and there's a shopping mall nearby. It's just two stops to the Science and Technology Museum and the Art Museum, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around! They have a wide variety of parent-child themed rooms. We booked the Penguin Igloo theme this time. The room was very spacious, with a 2-meter king-sized bed and a child's bed, plus a 'secret igloo hideout' that the little one absolutely loved. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation and a large bathtub, perfect for the kids to soak in at night. The room also thoughtfully provided kids' cups, toiletries, and a booster stool. It's genuinely ideal for families traveling with children. The hotel facilities are also great, including a gym, a heated swimming pool, and a laundry room. We had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. When you're in Guangming, you have to try the Guangming Roast Pigeon, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy it right at the hotel without having to go out. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the taste was fantastic!

I chose this five-star hotel for a short getaway in Shenzhen, and it did not disappoint! The lobby is elegantly luxurious, check-in was very efficient, and the concierge service was proactive and attentive. The room was spacious with a fantastic city view. At night, overlooking the Futian skyline was truly atmospheric. The bedding features Marriott's signature 'cloud-like' comfort, so even a light sleeper like me had a peaceful night's rest. The outdoor pool had clean water, and the gym was well-equipped, perfect for some leisure and relaxation. The breakfast buffet offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The freshly-made rice noodle rolls and omelets tasted authentic, showing consistent quality in their food offerings. The staff were friendly and professional, handling any small issues efficiently. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring and dining. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen!

Although there were a few minor hitches during my stay, the hotel staff handled everything efficiently and responsively, and the issues were resolved quickly and properly. I'd especially like to thank Jennifer for her patient assistance throughout, her gentle and considerate demeanor, and for proactively helping me coordinate various matters – she's very responsible. Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives; the hotel's emergency service and staff professionalism are commendable. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommended!

My stay at Tomaya Hotel Youganwan exceeded my expectations; it's a rare gem for a relaxing seaside getaway. The hotel's amenities are outstanding, with a sophisticated and comfortable Wabi-sabi design throughout. The rooms are well-equipped and maintained, and the public areas, including the pool, spa, entertainment, and cultural facilities, are all comprehensive and thoughtfully detailed. The hotel offers a wealth of activities, from yacht excursions and sound bowl therapy to handicraft workshops and beach bonfires. There's something for everyone, adults and children alike, ensuring a fulfilling and enjoyable vacation without even leaving the premises. The exclusive private beach is incredibly peaceful, free from noisy crowds, with clear waters perfect for a leisurely stroll while waiting for the sunset. The sound of the waves creates an amazing atmosphere, making it ideal for guests seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle. I was particularly impressed by the excellent value for money on smaller purchases within the hotel. Coffee and light meals were reasonably priced, without the common high-end markups often found at beachfront resorts, making for a pressure-free spending experience. The butler service was attentive, thoughtful, and responsive. I highly recommend this hotel for both family trips and those looking to unwind and relax. It has definitely been added to my list of places to revisit.

The room is quite spacious, and the bedding is excellent. The sheets and pillows are very comfortable, so I slept exceptionally well. Getting a good night's sleep in a hotel is very important, and this is high praise indeed. The hotel's decor is stylish, making you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Breakfast deserves a special mention; the variety is rich, and the taste is unparalleled. The Cantonese breakfast was delicious, and the egg rolls and eggs Benedict were also very good. The only downside is that if you go late for breakfast, you might have to queue, but there are plenty of seats, so even if there's a line, it moves quickly. The coffee and tea at breakfast are also excellent. Freya, Winky, and Monuca at the front desk are very thoughtful. They genuinely care if you're enjoying your stay and promptly address any issues that arise during check-in. The front desk for check-in is on the 33rd floor with a great view. The executive lounge is a nice place to relax and unwind. Afternoon tea consists of two types of cake and some beverages. Dinner is relatively simple but has everything you need, including a noodle bar, which shows a good effort. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and I would choose this hotel again if I return. However, there are three minor drawbacks I must mention: 1. One side of the hotel faces a large construction site, so the view isn't great. There's not much the hotel can do about this, as it's already well-maintained, but the surrounding environment does detract a bit. Perhaps future stays could compensate for this view deficit. 2. Light leaks from one side of the curtains, which can slightly affect sleep. 3. For such a high-end hotel, the complimentary water was Nongfu Spring with a red cap. While Nongfu Spring is good, I feel an upgrade to the water would be more fitting. Hygene: The cleaning was very detailed and thorough. The cleaning staff were all smiles and greeted me warmly, which put me in a good mood. Service: Whether it was the concierge on the first floor or the staff in the executive lounge/breakfast restaurant, everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

My overall experience at The Langham Shenzhen was excellent. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with complete facilities. I especially want to commend the staff; their service was attentive and thoughtful, and they were very responsive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Yulia and Sylvia Liu, who were both incredibly kind and patient, and handled all my requests professionally and smoothly. They made me feel very comfortable and significantly enhanced my stay. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, tidy, and clean, which significantly enhanced the comfort of my stay. I especially want to praise the hotel's breakfast buffet; the quality was truly impressive. The variety of food was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. Hot dishes, noodles, congee, baked goods, fresh fruits, and beverages were all on offer, satisfying diverse tastes. The ingredients were fresh, and the dishes tasted great. Restaurant staff replenished food promptly and cleared tables consistently, ensuring a clean and quiet dining environment. Enjoying a leisurely, hearty, and delicious breakfast in the morning truly energizes you for the whole day. The attentive service coupled with high-quality dining demonstrates the hotel's thoughtfulness in every aspect. Overall, it offers great value for money. I will definitely prioritize this hotel again next time I visit this area. Highly recommended!

This hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Window of the World, with direct access to Yitian Holiday Plaza mall and the metro station. Getting around, dining, and shopping are all just a few steps away. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and comfortable. Any request we had was met with a quick and helpful response. Our flight was delayed due to a typhoon, and when we asked for a 2 PM checkout, the staff immediately agreed, showing excellent service 👍. A special shoutout to Chloe and Lacey at the express service center for their incredibly thoughtful and attentive service!
