First time visiting this area and I chose this hotel – absolutely no regrets! The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the hallways are clean and tidy. The room is very spacious, the A/C is wonderfully cool, and hot water comes on instantly. The cleanliness is exceptionally thorough, even the corners are spotless. The staff are incredibly responsive, and Yuna's attitude was particularly excellent. Highly recommended to everyone! They also offer airport transfer and direct bus service from Hong Kong right to the hotel entrance, which is super convenient. The mall and subway station are right next door. I'll be back in November. Thank you, Yuna!

Heard there's a hidden gem resort in Shenzhen! It has mountains, sea, and even a private beach! Best of all, it's not crowded! Quickly call your friends and check it out! 【Hotel Location】 This hotel is located on Dapeng Peninsula in eastern Shenzhen, about a 1-2 hour drive from the city center. However, the mountain roads are quite narrow, so extra caution is needed. 【Room Environment】 The hotel rooms have a very modern design, especially the architecture by the pool, which is truly stunning. Each room has a private balcony where you can enjoy distant mountain views and nearby water views. In the evening, you can also sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea breeze, which is incredibly relaxing. 【Breakfast & Dinner】 The hotel's breakfast is really rich and delicious. Dinner is also very affordable; a cup of Americano is only 6 RMB, and a bottle of Coke is just 2.8 RMB! The owner is truly conscientious! 【Private Beach】 The hotel also has a private beach where you can swim, sunbathe, or take a walk. The seawater by the beach is also very clear. If you don't want to go into the water, you can also relax on the loungers by the beach, soak up the sun, and enjoy some rare tranquility. Overall, this hotel is truly a treasure! Whether you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle or find a quiet place to relax, this is the perfect spot. Plus, it's not crowded, so you can have the entire beach and pool to yourself, which is amazing! You definitely have to give it a try!

We've stayed at hotels all the way from Sanya to Zhuhai, Macau, and Shenzhen, and this was our first time at a Ritz-Carlton property. Initially, I thought the service in Sanya was the best. Then we went to Macau, and it surpassed Sanya. But until we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for our final stop, I can confidently say it was the best service we've experienced on this trip. From the moment we got out of the car until we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but we weren't in the room during the day as we were out exploring, so it didn't bother us. Finally, I have to give a full five-star review to Ms. Sun Jingyu from housekeeping. She noticed we had laundry and thoughtfully brought us hangers and even laundry detergent. My friend also left her makeup bag in the room, and 'Candy' from the hotel specifically called to let us know. Thank you to all these wonderful people who made our rainy trip so much warmer. Shenzhen is truly a beautiful city, and I'll definitely be back next time. Looking forward to my next visit!

As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

I stayed here for a business trip and overall, I was very satisfied. A special thanks to Grace! My schedule was tight, and Grace efficiently handled my check-in, proactively informed me about the business facilities, and even helped me print some documents. Her service was professional and thoughtful. The room was quiet and suitable for work, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location made getting around easy. It's an excellent choice for business travel. I'd like to specifically commend Grace!

The hotel's front desk service and courtesy were excellent. The room environment was clean and hygienic, the bathtub was very clean, and the water pressure and temperature were sufficient. The bed was just the right firmness. My family also found the swimming pool downstairs to have a great environment.

I chose The St. Regis specifically for their service, and they didn't disappoint. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly attentive, especially with my elderly parents. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection was huge – I was so full I could barely eat lunch! The swimming pool, which I believe is 25m, was also very comfortable for swimming. Plus, being right next to KK Mall made shopping super convenient. I'll definitely choose The St. Regis again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant.
