Overall, the room and check-in experience were quite good. It has a smart voice assistant (Xiao Du), and the room is very spacious with soft pillows. The amenities are decent, and the cleanliness and service are also excellent. The room was exceptionally clean, the environment was pleasant, and transportation in the surrounding area is very convenient.

Honestly, staying at the Shenzhen Daxin Qiuguo Hotel this time was a last-minute decision. But after my stay, it immediately went onto my 'will definitely return' list. The location is genuinely convenient. It's only a three-minute walk from Exit A of Daxin subway station, just around the corner on Qianhai Road. It's close to Nanshan Science and Technology Park for business and Coastal City for dining, and a taxi to Shenzhen Bay Port isn't expensive. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a fruit stand, and if you get hungry after 10 PM, you can even order a hot bowl of Chaoshan claypot porridge – for someone like me who's too lazy to go out, this was a lifesaver. Now, about the room. The moment I walked in, it felt incredibly new. The wall colors and furniture showed no signs of wear and tear. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so the first thing I do when entering a room is check areas prone to dust accumulation like bedside tables and windowsills – and they were absolutely spotless. The bathroom was even cleaner; the shower glass was sparkling, individually packaged towels were placed next to the sink, and the toilet had a disinfection sticker, which instantly put me at ease. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, and the duvet was very light, not feeling heavy on me. The air conditioning was very quiet, almost inaudible at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until my alarm went off. Anyway, for this one night, I didn't spend much, but I slept very well. Next time I come to Nanshan, I probably won't look for another place.

As an established five-star hotel in Futian CBD, its location is exceptional, within walking distance to Chegongmiao Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're here for business or leisure. The lobby boasts a low-key yet luxurious design, creating a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious, meticulously cleaned, and feature a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The mattress is soft, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. I especially want to commend the hotel's service team; the Guest Relations Specialist was patient and thoughtful, efficiently responding to all our needs. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with authentic Cantonese dim sum. The gym and swimming pool facilities are comprehensive. My entire stay was pleasant and seamless; the Marriott standard is definitely upheld. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again.

However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza Gooday Hotel many times, and this time Joy handled my check-in. The process was smooth and communication was excellent. She was very responsive and efficient in addressing my small requests. The suite's interior was impeccably clean. Areas like the sofa and coffee table, which are frequently touched, were spotless, and the bathroom glass and floor were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The suite's layout is practical, with distinct sleeping and living areas, which is convenient for personal tasks or entertaining guests. All appliances worked perfectly without any issues. Staying on a high floor was great; external noise was well-isolated, providing a very peaceful atmosphere in the room. The hotel's public areas are well-kept, and even during peak hours, elevator wait times weren't long. Getting a taxi for outings was also very convenient. Having stayed here multiple times, the actual living experience in the suites has consistently been excellent, which is why I keep choosing this hotel.

The Ailant mattress ensures a comfortable sleep, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views of the Futian CBD cityscape. The bathroom has stable water pressure and a complete set of amenities. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and transportation is very convenient. Overall, the attention to detail is impressive, and it offers exceptional value for money. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located inside a shopping mall, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and public transportation options nearby. The room was very clean and completely free of cigarette smell. I also really appreciated having a washing machine with an automatic drying function in the room, which was very convenient. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel has plenty of facilities and amenities, and they also provide complimentary late night snacks in the dining area, which was a nice touch. The view from my room on a high floor was beautiful, especially at night. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lu Muo is a one of a kind customer service agent. She is super fast to answer, very polite and shows that she cares about the customer. Pillows are very fat 😁, blankets are very cozy, beds have brand new outlet sockets, LED with warm and cold options, vending machine inside the hostel with snacks, meat, drinks. Incredible location. Very safe building and super safe area. literally more than 30 places to eat/coffee in 300 meters radius. some open until 3 am, so 24 hours. Super safe neighbourhood. 🇨🇳⛩️♥️
