"I was very satisfied with my stay. Vincy provided excellent service and arranged a fantastic room for us. The bed was just right, not too soft and not too hard, which made for a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options. There were also activities and gift check-ins in the lobby, which was a nice touch, and the little gifts were adorable. Highly recommend!"

"Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up. Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower. The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery. **Look at the ceiling patches here n there. So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!! Good point you can consider, It is so convenient on transportation by bus or trains and food."

It's location make it best for those who are hunting especially for electronic products as the Hua Qiang Electronic malls is just steps away. There are few big malls and underground shopping nearby too, you'll be pampered by the various choice of eateries. The hotel staff named Xiao Duo is especially attentive, as well as the kitchen team. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives ."

"I booked two rooms for a trip with friends, a twin room which was upgraded on the day to include a large long table, and a king room with a nice view. **Location:** The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the Futian area of Shenzhen's city center. The entrance is right by Metro Line 7, making it convenient to transfer to Line 11 for the airport or Line 4 for Shenzhen North Station. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, like Guangzhou dim sum at Dian Du De and Chaoshan hotpot. **Service:** Check-in and luggage storage at the front desk went smoothly. The only minor issue was the elevator being a bit shaky and unstable; hotel staff should really provide warnings and guidance regarding this. **Facilities:** The wet/dry separation in the bathroom facilities wasn't very well designed and was generally inconvenient. Guests receive a voucher for a late-night snack. The dim sum was decent, so if you enjoy a late bite, it's worth trying."

"The hotel is conveniently located beside Lao Jie Metro Station and Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Lots of good food and shopping district. The hotel room is spacious, clean and provides all amenities. The breakfast is very good, they serve different dishes everyday. Highly recommend for travellers to stay in this hotel. We will stay in this hotel again next time we come to Shenzhen."

The high-floor rooms offer expansive views and ample space, with great soundproofing, which is especially helpful for light sleepers like me. The duvet thickness was also just right. However, on a different note, the hotel is a bit old, and the bathroom odor issue is quite severe. Every time I went in, I had to mentally prepare myself because the smell was so strong, and it wasn't just in one room. I hope this can be improved."
