"What a fantastic hotel, from the vast room size to the very convenient location which is close to many restaurants and shops. It is only a short walk to the famous electronic markets and malls. The breakfast was a great start to the day and included Chinese and western dishes. The hotel had a gym and a laundry which was most useful when you are on holiday. The hotel was amazing and I would stay here again and highly recomend to any traveler to Shenzhen. I have to give great credit to Katie who gave such a warm welcome at check in. I left my luggage on the train and she helped me to recover this. I know she stayed way past her working hours to ensure I retrieved my bag. Her communications was calming and she spoke in English and through a translation app. She gave me her WeChat and kept me informed and dealt with any issues I had in a timely manner. She is a fantastic person and a great ambassador to the Hampton by Hilton hotel. We will always be grateful for her help and service."

"Shenzhen Dongmen's Top Choice | A Treasure Hotel I've Rebooked Countless Times – Must Praise! Every time I come to Luohu Dongmen for business, I invariably choose RANZ Hotel. Having stayed here so many times, I genuinely like it more and more with each visit, so I absolutely had to write a positive review! The location is truly exceptional, right in the heart of Dongmen Pedestrian Street, next to Maoye Commercial Plaza. As soon as you step downstairs, there are countless shops, offering shopping and dining right at your fingertips. It’s incredibly convenient whether you're here for business or just to explore and eat – no need to go out of your way at all. The value for money truly exceeds expectations! Many small hotels in Dongmen are cramped, stuffy, and oppressive, but the rooms here are particularly spacious, with expansive and bright window views. There's absolutely no sense of being squeezed in like in smaller hotels; you feel completely comfortable as soon as you check in. The front desk staff are all attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to help and incredibly thoughtful. The rooms are also well-equipped with all sorts of amenities, meeting all daily needs. What touched me the most is that the hotel genuinely listens to guest feedback! Last time I stayed, I casually mentioned that the toilet seat wasn't clean enough. This time, when I returned, they had already provided disposable toilet seat covers. Their attention to hygiene is impeccable. This willingness to listen and improve on such details is truly heartwarming and deserves immense praise! I've already made this my go-to place to stay whenever I visit Dongmen. "Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up. Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower. The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery. **Look at the ceiling patches here n there. So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!! Good point you can consider, It is so convenient on transportation by bus or trains and food."

Taxis and public transport are also easily accessible, making it perfect for both leisure and business travel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was drawn in by the clean and elegant environment. The overall decor is simple yet tasteful, with soft furnishings that are warm and refined everywhere. Atour's unique scholarly atmosphere is palpable; there are books in the lobby that you can browse at your leisure, creating a quiet and calming ambiance, so the check-in wait wasn't boring at all. The front desk staff provided gentle and attentive service. They greeted me promptly upon arrival and kindly offered warm tea. The check-in process was efficient and quick, and they were patient and meticulous throughout, proactively informing me about the hotel's various complimentary services. They carefully explained breakfast times, self-service laundry, room amenities, and how to use all the facilities. Any questions I had were answered gently and thoroughly, making the entire interaction comfortable and natural, without any hint of perfunctoriness. After check-in, a staff member named Yi Huan escorted us to our room. The hallway was clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the soundproofing was excellent. The moment I opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and fluffy with no wrinkles, every corner was wiped perfectly clean, and the washroom area was dry and bright. The toiletries were of good quality and all amenities were fully stocked. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and the air conditioning ran smoothly and quietly, with responsive temperature control. There was no noise whether it was on during the day or night, allowing for a quiet and peaceful rest with excellent sleep quality. The hotel's amenities were truly full of pleasant surprises! The self-service breakfast restaurant offered a rich and diverse selection. The special 'changfen' (rice noodle rolls) had a delicate texture, and there were various hot porridges, noodles, fresh fruits and vegetables, and beverages available. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were light and palatable. Staff members were always on hand to clear tables promptly in the dining area, keeping the environment clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers laundry service; the staff were punctual and efficient in collecting and returning clothes, which were cleaned neatly and sent back to the room very quickly, without disrupting my plans. The in-house delivery robot was on-call and arrived promptly, making deliveries convenient and fun. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. The hotel's service details exuded gentleness everywhere. The cleaning staff spoke softly when tidying rooms and greeted guests proactively, always being polite and attentive. Public areas were regularly cleaned and disinfected; hallways, elevators, and lounge areas were always clean and tidy, with fresh air and no unpleasant smells. If I needed extra drinking water or toiletries, calling the front desk resulted in an incredibly fast response, with items delivered to the room very quickly. The service was timely and thoughtful. Overall, there were no unpleasant incidents throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm and polite, the facilities were well-maintained, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the various convenient services were comprehensive and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for both short trips and business travel. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. "My first impression was absolutely amazing! Firstly, this hotel is newly renovated with a very elegant, modern design, featuring clean lines and calm, sophisticated colors. The night lighting in the corridors, in particular, made returning to the room feel warm, comfortable, and peaceful. The hotel service was also incredibly attentive. For instance, when the robots couldn't keep up with delivering express packages, staff would promptly deliver them personally. The housekeeping staff were also very diligent! They were on duty all day and promptly handled any food deliveries, ensuring the rooms remained odor-free. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the pillows! What truly touched me was the late-night snack service. Since I hadn't booked breakfast, I assumed the complimentary late-night snack would be just for show and didn't bother going down for the first few days. However, one day I decided to try it and discovered it was a proper, extensive late-night meal, with three types of congee to choose from... and freshly made rice noodles. And they even offered complimentary Häagen-Dazs ice cream scoops! The self-service laundry room was also great, though you do need to use it during off-peak hours. Finally, the location is excellent. There are plenty of bathhouses, massage parlors, restaurants, and shopping options nearby... and it's very close to the Shenzhen Library! All in all, it offers excellent value for money! I forgot to take photos inside the hotel, so I'll just include some pictures of the surrounding area here."

The lobby's delightful tea aroma was so inviting; sitting down with a cup of their floral tea immediately washed away the exhaustion from my journey. The bathroom had a perfect wet/dry separation, with distinct areas for showering and toiletries, and everything was spotlessly clean. Its proximity to the subway station made it incredibly convenient to reach all parts of the city. Plus, there's a supermarket nearby, so snacks and drinks were always easily accessible. The smart robot delivery service saved me the hassle of going back and forth to the front desk. The service team was patient and attentive, responding quickly to my requests, and they even offered free laundry pick-up and delivery, which allowed me to pack lighter. The complimentary gym was elegantly designed, a great spot to get some exercise if you have the time."

It's right next to Lao Jie subway station, and just across the street is the 1234 Shopping Mall, which houses Hotmaxx, Heytea, and many famous restaurants. There are also plenty of local eateries across the street to choose from. The hotel itself is great too. Although there are only two elevators, they are very fast. The rooms are spacious and clean. Amy at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were all very warm and attentive. You can store your luggage, and if a room is available, you can even check in early. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time."

The front desk staff, Zhuzhu, provided attentive and professional service, even granting me a complimentary late check-out. Her efficiency was impressive. The free self-service laundry room is well-equipped with both washing and drying machines, and the robot delivery service is very convenient.
