Decided to treat myself to a relaxing weekend getaway and headed to Jiaoweichang to enjoy the sea views 🌊. Waking up to a full panoramic view of the ocean right from my bed was incredibly soothing and therapeutic. 🏠 I chose this beachfront villa, located right on the first row of Jiaoweichang. It offered unobstructed sea views, meaning I could watch the ocean and sunrise 🌊 without even leaving my room. Perfect for a lazy summer escape! It's also super convenient, with the beach right outside and plenty of dining options nearby. 🛋️ The suite itself was very spacious, featuring two floor-to-ceiling windows. From one window, I could enjoy the sea view directly from my bed, and there's also a private hot spring tub 🛁 where I could soak while gazing at the ocean – truly delightful. The other window overlooked a beautiful view of the mountains and city, with a tatami area perfect for enjoying tea 🖼️, which offered a unique charm. The room facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. They even provided a coffee bar, snacks, drinks, and a sleep kit with a steam eye mask, making for a very comfortable stay. Every spot here is picture-perfect 🖼️, from the 'Sky Mirror' to the private ocean-view hot spring and the swimming pool... every corner feels designed for photography, and any shot you take turns out amazing. It's ideal for family trips, couples, or solo travelers looking to unwind. Plus, the guesthouse offers a travel photography service, so even if you're traveling alone, you don't have to worry about getting great photos. Had a fantastic stay, the overall experience was excellent and everything was very comfortable 😋🥰🥰. The hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient with the subway station and commercial district just steps away. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so dining and shopping are effortless. The room cleanliness standards are very high, with fresh indoor air and meticulous cleaning that doesn't miss any corners. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is well-maintained. The hardware facilities are well-kept; the air conditioning is responsive, the Wi-Fi is stable, and charging outlets are conveniently distributed. The mattress firmness is just right, the room is well-sealed, and the soundproofing is outstanding, ensuring a very quiet night. The front desk staff are gentle and helpful, check-in was simple and quick, and they were happy to provide local travel tips. Public areas are continuously cleaned, neat, and elegant. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, with continuous replenishment, and tastes good. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, and stable hot water. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money with no noticeable downsides. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip!

Service: Special thanks to Bella and her team! The Ritz's service attitude was satisfying, but due to objective renovation issues, construction noise could be heard on every floor (starting at 8:30 AM, even on weekends). Bella was very considerate in trying to resolve the issue, and I'm very grateful. I believe this also perfectly embodies the Ritz's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Facilities: The current Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen is definitely not in its best state. Even in the newly renovated rooms (renovation completed six months ago), there was still a faint smell of renovation. Running an air purifier made it tolerable. The new rooms are indeed spacious and well-maintained, with very new facilities. Pool: It's very small and the water is extremely shallow. Many people just walk across the pool, and there's no staff to stop them. The 'fire cloud' evening view is beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend it for serious swimmers. If you're just looking for a photo op, it's fine. Cigar Bar: The staff were very patient, but the quality of the cigars varied, and the cocktails were just average. Overall, as a first-time guest at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen, I found their service to be the best among hotels in the Futian district. However, objectively speaking, the renovation definitely detracted a few points from their 100-point service. I look forward to a better experience on my next stay at the Ritz! 🥂

Hotel is quiet new! Clean and comfortable. We love the free breakfast buffets. Western & Chinese cuisine and so many selections. Tea, coffee, milk juices and everything is so delicious ! Free laundry on 14th floor . Free self serve nail polish and gym equipment , free arcade for entertainment . Robot deliver food order at night . kids love it. Few restaurants are walking distance but not close to subway . We use Didi to go everywhere and it’s very affordable and convenient .

I stayed here for two nights, and honestly, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The whole room is fully equipped with smart facilities, and the service is five-star. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are all incredibly good-looking! Haha, and they are so thoughtful and attentive; they even remembered everything I mentioned before check-in. Even the housekeeping staff provide service with a smile. It's very close to the beach, just a 1-2 minute walk, which is super convenient. The hotel facilities are all brand new, and the butler service is available 24/7, always ready when you call. The hotel also has an infinity pool, which is absolutely amazing for photos! Highly, highly recommend!!!

This time, I brought my family to MGM Shenzhen for a beach weekend, and the overall stay experience exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Kong Xincai from the Guest Experience Department; her service was incredibly thoughtful. She proactively added me on WeChat and clearly explained all the hotel's attractions, activity opening times, and many practical tips. Any subsequent questions I had were answered very promptly, saving us a lot of trouble from having to inquire around. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with great attention to detail. The bedding was comfortable, and standing on the balcony, you could enjoy the expansive sea view, with the sea breeze being incredibly relaxing. The hotel's public areas were well-maintained; the pool water was clean and refreshing, and there were plenty of family-friendly activities, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Every staff member we encountered along the way had a smile on their face and was friendly and courteous, truly making us feel the sincerity of their service. The genuine holiday experience was very pleasant and highly suitable for family travel. I've already recommended the hotel to my friends and family, and next time we visit Xiaomeisha, MGM Shenzhen will still be our top choice.

The laundry service was convenient, and the buffet was delicious. However, the soundproofing in the room was poor; there was a clanking noise in the hallway late at night. My biggest complaint was that there was only one type of pillow available, with no choice between high and low pillows, which negatively affected my sleep.

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

Finally checked into the highly anticipated Orange Sea B&B! We originally booked the 'Yulin' room, but after seeing it in person, we felt it was a bit too small. The hotel staff quickly and graciously upgraded us to a larger room for free. The natural light was excellent, and the room was meticulously clean. Lying on the balcony's lounge chair, you can gaze out at the sea, which was incredibly relaxing. The butler service was exceptionally warm and attentive; our entire stay was comfortable, and any requests were promptly addressed with great attention to detail. The beach is within walking distance. Since we stayed in building 40, it felt a little circuitous if you're not familiar with the layout. However, sitting by the sea, enjoying the breeze, and watching the sunset, shedding the city's fatigue, was also very pleasant. The 'Fisherman's Lights' restaurant was quite good; you can enjoy delicious food while admiring the sea view. The weather this summer has been unpredictable, so be sure to check the forecast before heading out, or your experience might not be as good as expected. Wishing everyone a pleasant journey!

This is one of my go-to accommodations. The location is easy to find, and the front desk staff are lovely and provide excellent service 💕. This time I booked a king room with a bathtub. Usually, the rooms are clean and hygienic, but this time I encountered a small issue. I rarely walk around the room without slippers, but because I was lazy this time, I discovered the floor was quite dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
