Had a fantastic stay, the overall experience was excellent and everything was very comfortable 😋🥰🥰. The hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient with the subway station and commercial district just steps away. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so dining and shopping are effortless. The room cleanliness standards are very high, with fresh indoor air and meticulous cleaning that doesn't miss any corners. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is well-maintained. The hardware facilities are well-kept; the air conditioning is responsive, the Wi-Fi is stable, and charging outlets are conveniently distributed. The mattress firmness is just right, the room is well-sealed, and the soundproofing is outstanding, ensuring a very quiet night. The front desk staff are gentle and helpful, check-in was simple and quick, and they were happy to provide local travel tips. Public areas are continuously cleaned, neat, and elegant. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, with continuous replenishment, and tastes good. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, and stable hot water. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money with no noticeable downsides. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip!

A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel offers great value for money, and it's within walking distance to Haiya Colorful City. I was really impressed by the hotel's public areas – you can play games, work out, relax, read, do laundry, even get a manicure; they have everything! The breakfast buffet was also quite diverse. During breakfast, I saw a foreign guest ask a server for a baby fork, but the server didn't understand. It would be even better if they could improve their basic English training for handling international guests. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back for another stay.

This hotel booking was a hit with my family, everyone was really pleased. Among all the resorts in Dameisha, this one definitely offers great value for money. **Facilities**: Well-equipped, even a Dyson hairdryer, though the toiletries weren't Jo Malone. **Cleanliness**: The hotel's decor is unique and quite new, and the cleanliness is well-maintained. **Ambiance**: Strictly speaking, I don't think this hotel compares to traditional five-star luxury hotels. However, the overall experience was still very good. **Service**: The service response time was quick. Most of the staff are young, efficient and straightforward. **First round minibar**: Two cans of soda were provided in the minibar, and they were refilled as soon as we drank them. **Two tickets to either the Wishing Tower or Deep Sea Fantasy (choose one)**: Since I stayed for a longer period, I received both types of tickets. Kids will absolutely love Dameisha's Wishing Tower and Deep Sea Fantasy. Personally, I think the rooms are a bit small for a five-star standard in terms of hardware. Also, there's room for improvement with the breakfast.

Our stay at the MGM Shenzhen Resort far exceeded our expectations. The resort boasts an incredible location with front-row sea views of Xiaomeisha, and direct beach access right downstairs. What's more, you can enter and exit the beach unlimited times using your room key. We booked a spacious sea-view room with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, allowing us to enjoy the ocean views right from our bed. Waking up to the sunrise over the sea created an incredibly atmospheric experience. The room's facilities were new and impeccably clean, and the bathroom's lighting design was particularly thoughtful. The resort's family-friendly amenities are exceptional. With the Little Lion Kids' Club, Sky Park, outdoor pool, and a kids' water world, children can play to their heart's content while adults relax. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were warm, courteous, and efficient with check-in, and they responded promptly to our requests. The abundant swimming pools, beach, and entertainment options make this a perfect one-stop seaside getaway, especially for families. We'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five-star recommendation! The location is superb, just 200 meters from Metro Lines 9 and 13, making commuting incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; the lobby has freshly brewed Peet's coffee, which smells wonderful. The smart robot delivery service for meals means you don't have to go downstairs, which is really hassle-free. The complimentary laundry service was a pleasant surprise; after washing and drying, the staff carefully folded the clothes and delivered them to the room – a must-have for long business trips! Additionally, there's a gym and a restaurant. The front desk staff, Ff, was enthusiastic, attentive, and efficient. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This is my top choice for business trips to Shenzhen, and I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

I left 5-star ratings across all categories as I was informed that staff performance could be affected otherwise. The staff were helpful, responsive and polite throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing and not somewhere I would recommend. I booked this hotel after seeing videos online and noticing it was marketed as a luxury property on Trip.com. The sea view is beautiful, and there are some photo-worthy spots around the property. However, it quickly became apparent that the hotel prioritises aesthetics over the guest experience. There were several signs of cost-cutting, including thin walls and fixtures that felt poorly installed. For example, the sea view from the pool was stunning, but just beyond it was a messy, poorly maintained storage building, which detracted from the luxury atmosphere. Privacy was one of our biggest frustrations. Our balcony looked directly onto a neighbouring balcony on one side, and the pool area and photo-worthy staircase on the other. We specifically paid more for a room with a balcony and sea view, but barely used it during the day because it felt so exposed. To make matters worse, our neighbour was smoking, making it difficult to enjoy the space at all. We ended up spending more time at the pool instead, but that was very disappointing. There were several dead insects in the water, including beetles and flies, and only two sun loungers for guests. Every 20 minutes, photoshoots took place around us, making it difficult to relax or enjoy any sense of privacy. It was especially frustrating because we had already avoided using our balcony for the same reason. We were also only informed after check-in that the pool would be closed for maintenance the following day, meaning we couldn’t use it on our final morning. The biggest issue for us was the noise. There was a recurring loud thumping sound throughout the day and evening. We weren’t sure whether it was coming from hotel operations next door or the ongoing construction beside the property, which also made parts of the hotel feel dusty and unfinished. One issue was resolved after we reported it, but we were later woken around 5am by an extremely loud disturbance that sounded like firecrackers, which staff advised had come from other guests. Breakfast was also surprisingly limited, with only a Western or local set option and no flexibility to customise or choose individual items. Once you look beyond the social media appeal, the privacy, noise, facilities and overall build quality fell well short of what we would expect from a luxury hotel. In our opinion, this felt more like a 3-star property with 5-star service. Aside from the pool area, there was very little else within the property for guests to enjoy, making it difficult to justify its “luxury hotel” positioning.

Five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! The sea-view room I booked was even better than the pictures. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire ocean. I could lie in bed and gaze at the blue sea and sky, wake up to the sound of waves and the sunrise in the morning, and watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony in the evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The appliances were all new and worked great. The owner and housekeeper were warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had. It's a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic! My beach vacation experience was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sea-view getaway!

This stay was a wonderful surprise! The apartment's location is excellent, very close to Luohu Port, just one subway stop away, making cross-border travel between Shenzhen and Hong Kong incredibly convenient. The building and apartment are newly renovated, having only opened six months ago. You can see thoughtful design details everywhere, and the quality is top-notch. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. Staying here felt like a relaxing homecoming. Highly recommended for short-term stays.
