This place is INCREDIBLE . Huge lobby with friendly staff to greet you and help you with queries. One particular girl helped us check in and added us on WeChat so we could ask her any questions any time. The reception staff and ropeu verify our WeChat accounts. There is also 24hr security . Huge dining area and restaurant with delicious breakfast from 6am - 10am both Chinese and European styled buffet items. Our room in particular was immaculate . Huge room and cleanliness was amazing as we are very particular but no corner was missed. Bathroom with two seperate sinks and seperate closed off toilet and shower were great not to mention toilet has a bidet and shower is HUGE . Aircon is strong. Bed is huge . View is over the streets and can see high rises in distance. You are also walking distance to the Huaqiangbei tech markets, a Family mart, McDonalds , and many many more shops and restaurants as well as a metro station just outside the lobby. Smoking area right outside the door and very convenient entrance where there is no issue catching Didi or taxis from. You also get a free afternoon snack mini buffet from 3pm-5pm and a free evening snack from 9pm - 10pm. Cannot fault this hotel it was luxurious . Water pressure is also very good and immediate hot/cold . There is also 24hour gym and free Landry service and robots bring your ordered food to your door. Thank you would love to stay here again.a

The natural scenery is great, and the butler service was quite attentive, but when I asked about sunrise times or dining options, I wasn't given any recommendations, just told to look online myself. I hope this can be improved (at least by providing a list of nearby attractions/activities!). The hotel facilities are just average. The infinity pool was full of green moss, and the bathtub on the terrace of my room, which I specifically booked, had been removed, contrary to the pictures. Plus, it was quite outrageous to hear renovation noise during the day on a public holiday. The hotel restaurant served good food, but the overall process during peak dining hours needs optimization. A normal dinner, including waiting time, took nearly two hours. At over 7,000 for two nights during the Dragon Boat Festival, the overall facilities and service level still have significant room for improvement for this price point.

Jennifer is always warm and friendly, and she consistently remembers my preferences, which is a truly thoughtful touch. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and ensures a good night's sleep, and the public areas are spotless. The facilities are comprehensive, and the location is convenient, offering excellent value for money. Every stay feels like coming home, and I'll keep coming back. Highly recommended for frequent travelers!

The hotel facilities are quite complete. There's a self-service laundry and a fitness area on the 14th floor. They even offer late-night snacks on the 14th floor after 9 PM. The room offers great value for money. The front desk lobby has a stylish design, and staff like Yoyo are very thoughtful during check-in, even asking if you're on a business trip. Hotel parking is free, and they'll even prepare breakfast to go. Overall, the service is very attentive and thoughtful. [Strong][Strong][Strong]

Heard from a friend that this place is great for families with kids, so I decided to check it out while I had some free time. The stay was really good! 🎧 🦁 It's located in Xiaomeisha, and the surrounding area is very well developed. It took us just over 2 hours to get here from Guangzhou. The previous hotel here was demolished, so the MGM hotel is brand new and the environment is excellent. 🦁 There were many young ladies at the front desk helping with check-in. What really impressed me was when I called to ask for an extra blanket, it was delivered in less than 3 minutes! 🦁 We happened to arrive during a typhoon, so the two outdoor pools weren't an option. There's no indoor pool, but with a baby, we weren't bored at all. There's an indoor kids' area for over 8s and another for over 3s with a ball pit, so no worries about getting sunburnt. 🦁 The first floor was buzzing with activities, probably because it was a Saturday. There were magic shows and other performances, and the kids had a blast. 🦁 The hotel is right by the sea, just a few steps from the beach, offering great privacy. I didn't get any photos because of the rain, but it was very quiet. 🦁 The room was my favorite part. It's probably because it's new, but it was super clean. I booked the cheapest room type, and the layout was fantastic. The toilet, shower, and walk-in closet were all separate. There was a big bathtub, a large desk, and a spacious sofa in the room, making it convenient for eating takeout. Our smallest room was 53 square meters. 🦁 The balcony view was amazing; you could see the ocean at a glance. Every room seems to have a great sea view, thanks to the curved design. So, whether you book a cheap or expensive room, you won't be disappointed with the view. 🦁 The hotel isn't overly huge, so it's easy and not tiring to get to different areas. The attentive service from our butler, Hyacinth 🪻, was the icing on the cake. And the young man at the front desk, Blue Whale, was also handsome with excellent service! This hotel is genuinely great, with no complaints.

Five out of five stars, highly recommend Atour Hotel (Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications)! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to the subway, making commuting super convenient. The room was meticulously cleaned, not a speck of dust in any corner, and the bedding was soft and spotless. The hotel's smart robot delivered food and items, which was incredibly helpful as I didn't have to go downstairs. The most pleasant surprise was the free laundry service; after washing, the staff carefully folded my clothes and delivered them directly to my room. No need to worry about laundry while on a business trip! The facilities are complete, and the service is attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! The sea-view room I booked was even better than the pictures. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire ocean. I could lie in bed and gaze at the blue sea and sky, wake up to the sound of waves and the sunrise in the morning, and watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony in the evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The appliances were all new and worked great. The owner and housekeeper were warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had. It's a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic! My beach vacation experience was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sea-view getaway!

Traveling with a child, I prioritized convenience. The hotel's pool on the 3rd floor was perfect – not crowded and always had a lifeguard on duty. The location was great too, close to all the attractions, whether by metro or taxi. Overall, what really made this hotel experience stand out was the staff. Everyone, regardless of their role, was incredibly dedicated and friendly. For instance, Toey, who helped me check in, was super efficient and tried her best to get me into my room quickly, knowing I had an early flight and a child with me. Similarly, Leila, who assisted me when I decided to extend my stay, was very helpful. Even though it's an older hotel, the staff's warmth and enthusiasm really made up for it! 👍
