Had a fantastic stay, the overall experience was excellent and everything was very comfortable 😋🥰🥰. The hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient with the subway station and commercial district just steps away. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so dining and shopping are effortless. The room cleanliness standards are very high, with fresh indoor air and meticulous cleaning that doesn't miss any corners. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is well-maintained. The hardware facilities are well-kept; the air conditioning is responsive, the Wi-Fi is stable, and charging outlets are conveniently distributed. The mattress firmness is just right, the room is well-sealed, and the soundproofing is outstanding, ensuring a very quiet night. The front desk staff are gentle and helpful, check-in was simple and quick, and they were happy to provide local travel tips. Public areas are continuously cleaned, neat, and elegant. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, with continuous replenishment, and tastes good. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, and stable hot water. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money with no noticeable downsides. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip!

A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

This was my first time staying at the Shenzhen Qianhai Pagoda GT Hotel. Ella, one of the staff members, was incredibly warm and polite. She gave me great recommendations for dining and shopping malls, as well as directions to the nearest subway. The room itself had a minimalist yet upscale design, with excellent ventilation and natural light. Housekeeping was meticulous; even the corners were spotless. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of choices and tasted authentic. The service was consistently top-notch throughout my stay. It's truly an excellent choice for accommodation in Qianhai!

Here's a detailed review of my stay: 📍 **Location:** One of the hotel's best features is its location. It's close to the metro station, and the public beach is about a 5-minute walk away. However, it's often crowded, not a private beach, and lacks any water sports or activities. It's also right next to the Outlet Village, accessible in just 2-3 minutes via a bridge, which is a great perk for shopping enthusiasts. 🏨 **Arrival and Reception:** The hotel entrance is beautiful and modern, making a great first impression. Upon arrival, the reception area was busy, and unfortunately, we had to carry most of our luggage ourselves. Only one small bag was assisted, while we pushed the rest of our suitcases up to our rooms. We had booked two rooms and were kindly upgraded to a pool-view room for one of them, while the other remained a mountain view as booked. To be honest, the pool-view room was smaller than the original room we had reserved. 🛏️ **Room:** The room was modern, elegant, and high-tech, with everything looking brand new. The toilet (excuse the description) was smart, and the hotel provided a Dyson hairdryer and special, high-quality outdoor slippers. Our room was approximately 50 square meters, making it spacious and comfortable, with two air conditioners providing excellent cooling throughout our stay. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Sound insulation within the room was excellent, and the integrated sound system with the projector/TV was fantastic with great quality. However, when walking through the corridors, you could hear TVs from some rooms. 🧹 **Cleanliness and Service:** Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was on the last night after the typhoon. During room cleaning, they only cleaned the balcony and emptied the trash, while the room floor remained wet, the bed wasn't made, bathroom tissues weren't replaced, towels weren't changed, and basic amenities weren't refilled. Overall, the service didn't feel like that of a five-star hotel. Most staff members were either busy on their phones or rushing around the restaurant unprofessionally. One surprising incident was when I went for breakfast about 45 minutes before closing, and when I asked for boiled eggs, I was told they weren't available, even though there was still plenty of time before the buffet ended. On the other hand, I'd like to thank the receptionist who checked us in; he spoke fluent English and was very helpful. I also appreciate the staff member responsible for the WeChat service, who was very quick to respond to all our inquiries throughout our stay. 🍽️ **Breakfast:** We stayed for 5 days, and the breakfast was the same every day with no notable variety. For us as Muslims, the options were very limited, mostly consisting of toast, eggs, and fruits. I hope they add more options suitable for international guests. 💡 **Facilities:** * Curtains and lighting are electronically controlled. * There's a robot for room service deliveries, which was a nice touch. * Customer service via WeChat is very quick to respond. * Upon check-in, we received free vouchers for Wish Tower entry, as well as mini-bar drinks. * The pool operates from 2 PM to 10 PM. I think the opening time is too late, especially for those who want to swim in the morning. * The pool is about 120 meters long, with a lifeguard present at all times. * Pool towels are not provided at the pool area; you have to bring them from your room, which I found surprising for a five-star hotel. * There's a small but functional gym. * The pool view is more vibrant and appealing than the mountain view. 📶 **Wi-Fi:** The internet speed was moderate, sufficient for daily use, but not the best. 🛗 **Elevators:** There are only two elevators, but during our stay, the waiting time wasn't long. 🚿 **Bathroom:** The toilet has a heated seat feature but lacks an electronic bidet, which I would have expected in a hotel of this caliber. 👕 **Services:** There's no iron in the room. Instead, there's a laundry room with a steam iron available for use. Frankly, I was surprised that room ironing service wasn't available, especially for a five-star hotel. 🌪️ **During the Typhoon:** Our stay coincided with a typhoon, and the winds were extremely strong, making the balcony door shake frighteningly. Credit to the hotel for securing the pool area and closing it to prevent items from flying around. However, guests were unfortunately not informed of any instructions or warnings; we discovered this ourselves. I would have appreciated a message or notice to reassure guests and explain safety procedures.

When I was browsing reviews for the MGM Shenzhen on Ctrip and other platforms, I often saw the phrase ”home away from home.” At first, I thought it was just a cliché, but after experiencing it myself, I truly understand that these four words are brought to life here by a group of warm-hearted people who pay attention to every detail. If I could only use one phrase to describe this trip, it would definitely be ”pampered relaxation.” Before I left, I compared the reviews online. Some said the facilities were impeccable, while others highlighted the service as the biggest draw. Upon entering the hotel, the iconic ”sky screen” design and the S-shaped streamlined space in the lobby were indeed stunning; every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. But what truly touched me was the constant care from Leopard 🐆, the Guest Experience Department manager. As many guests have mentioned, Leopard 🐆 proactively added me on WeChat on the day of check-in to communicate, down to asking about my children's ages, preferred floor, and pillow type. On the day we arrived, she even personally greeted us in the lobby and accompanied me and my children to our room. She remembered that we casually mentioned ”the kids are sensitive to noise” and even thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake for us when she found out it was our birthday, specifically assigning a room in a quiet area. The room itself exceeded expectations. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the clear blue sea and sky of Xiaomeisha. Closing the balcony door instantly brought silence to the world; the soundproofing was excellent. During our stay, whether it was booking a table at a restaurant or inquiring about routes to the beach, Leopard 🐆 always replied instantly and arranged everything in advance. Compared to the somewhat ”aloof” butler service at some other hotels mentioned on the platforms, MGM's ”always-responsive” and lightning-fast attentiveness truly stands out. As other guests mentioned, even if you want to see a robot deliver items to satisfy a child's curiosity, they thoughtfully arrange it. This trip confirmed for me that MGM Shenzhen not only has the hard power of a luxury hotel but also the soft power of people like Leopard 🐆 who truly understand guests and provide heartfelt service. After watching the exciting M Show performance and returning to the room at night, seeing my children's satisfied sleeping faces, I genuinely felt that this was a perfect, five-star holiday worth recommending.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right at a subway interchange, and within walking distance of Coastal City and Shenzhen Bay Park, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure. Our room was on a high floor, offering stunning 270-degree panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay and the Qianhai cityscape through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The in-room smart controls were easy to use, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a great wet/dry separation – the cleanliness was impeccable. The public areas have an artistic vibe, with the lobby feeling like an art gallery. The high-altitude outdoor garden is fantastic for sightseeing and photos. The self-service laundry and gym facilities are also well-equipped. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s a quiet, comfortable, and excellent value-for-money hotel. It's ideal for both short stays and longer visits, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the room. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. But the real showstopper was the view waking up to such breathtaking sights in the morning was pure magic and worth the trip alone. The staff are amazing also!!!

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. Five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! The sea-view room I booked was even better than the pictures. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire ocean. I could lie in bed and gaze at the blue sea and sky, wake up to the sound of waves and the sunrise in the morning, and watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony in the evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The appliances were all new and worked great. The owner and housekeeper were warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had. It's a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic! My beach vacation experience was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sea-view getaway!

I also really appreciated having a washing machine with an automatic drying function in the room, which was very convenient. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel has plenty of facilities and amenities, and they also provide complimentary late night snacks in the dining area, which was a nice touch. The view from my room on a high floor was beautiful, especially at night. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
