It's very close to shopping districts and attractions, and getting a taxi is also very convenient, saving time and effort for sightseeing or business. A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

This Marriott hotel in Shenzhen offered an excellent stay. The overall atmosphere was understated luxury, not overly commercialized. The room had great natural light and was meticulously cleaned. What impressed me most was the staff's service; the guest relations specialist was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and proactively attended to many small details. During my leisure time, I tried the hotel's mooncakes. The custard lava filling was soft and silky, and the red bean paste with aged tangerine peel had a rich flavor, clearly showing the quality ingredients used. Whether for a short stay or purchasing Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, this hotel won't disappoint. I look forward to my next visit.

This hotel offers great value for money, and it's within walking distance to Haiya Colorful City. I was really impressed by the hotel's public areas – you can play games, work out, relax, read, do laundry, even get a manicure; they have everything! The breakfast buffet was also quite diverse. During breakfast, I saw a foreign guest ask a server for a baby fork, but the server didn't understand. It would be even better if they could improve their basic English training for handling international guests. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back for another stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

I brought my child to stay at the Crowne Plaza and booked a family room. Joy was very efficient with our check-in, and whenever we needed something during our stay, she responded quickly and never put us off. As soon as we entered the family room, my child was instantly excited. They loved the room's decor and the children's amenities, spending a lot of time playing in the room. The room was cleaned daily; the floor and bathroom were tidy, and the bedding was changed regularly. When traveling with a child, we pay close attention to hygiene, and this hotel did a great job. All the in-room facilities worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable, so my child could watch cartoons without any buffering. With the door closed, the room was very quiet; no noise from the corridor came in, allowing my child to sleep soundly at night. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and it's easy to get a taxi, which saves a lot of hassle when going out with a child. Traveling with children usually involves many small details, but this stay was hassle-free. My child had a great time, and we, as adults, felt very comfortable. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Friendly staff, clean new rooms The staff here are very friendly and answered all my numerous questions patiently, including detailed directions on how to get to the observatory. I also bought my beach ticket directly at the hotel – they offered a small discount, which was a nice bonus. The hotel is completely new. The bathroom has stable water pressure and a complete set of amenities. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and transportation is very convenient. Overall, the attention to detail is impressive, and it offers exceptional value for money. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian. Highly recommended!

This stay was a wonderful surprise! The apartment's location is excellent, very close to Luohu Port, just one subway stop away, making cross-border travel between Shenzhen and Hong Kong incredibly convenient. The building and apartment are newly renovated, having only opened six months ago. You can see thoughtful design details everywhere, and the quality is top-notch. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. Staying here felt like a relaxing homecoming. Highly recommended for short-term stays.
