Decided to treat myself to a relaxing weekend getaway and headed to Jiaoweichang to enjoy the sea views 🌊. Waking up to a full panoramic view of the ocean right from my bed was incredibly soothing and therapeutic. 🏠 I chose this beachfront villa, located right on the first row of Jiaoweichang. It offered unobstructed sea views, meaning I could watch the ocean and sunrise 🌊 without even leaving my room. Perfect for a lazy summer escape! It's also super convenient, with the beach right outside and plenty of dining options nearby. 🛋️ The suite itself was very spacious, featuring two floor-to-ceiling windows. From one window, I could enjoy the sea view directly from my bed, and there's also a private hot spring tub 🛁 where I could soak while gazing at the ocean – truly delightful. The other window overlooked a beautiful view of the mountains and city, with a tatami area perfect for enjoying tea 🖼️, which offered a unique charm. The room facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. They even provided a coffee bar, snacks, drinks, and a sleep kit with a steam eye mask, making for a very comfortable stay. Every spot here is picture-perfect 🖼️, from the 'Sky Mirror' to the private ocean-view hot spring and the swimming pool... every corner feels designed for photography, and any shot you take turns out amazing. It's ideal for family trips, couples, or solo travelers looking to unwind. Plus, the guesthouse offers a travel photography service, so even if you're traveling alone, you don't have to worry about getting great photos. The front desk staff are gentle and polite, always considering guests' needs and trying their best to accommodate special requests. The hotel staff as a whole are highly professional; they proactively greet guests, and their service is natural and not stiff. If there's anything needed in the room, they respond promptly and efficiently after feedback. You won't find yourself waiting endlessly after making a call. The overall service atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, without any sense of restraint. It's rare to find such a thoughtful hotel when traveling. The experience was truly exceptional. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in town and will recommend it to my friends who are traveling.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an was absolutely delightful, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic city night views, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious. The hotel staff, especially Sia, was incredibly warm and friendly, providing thoughtful and attentive service that truly catered to our every need. It was indeed five-star service. The swimming pool and gym facilities were also excellent, making it a great choice for a vacation in Shenzhen.

I fell into a deep sleep in 3 seconds 💤, and woke up the next day with no backaches or sore muscles – a dream come true for a working professional! 🙌 As someone who pays attention to details, I absolutely loved it! 👏 The bathroom had a super clean wet and dry separation, and the toiletries had a citrus scent 🍊. After washing my hair, it was so smooth I could film a commercial! Plus, there were smart curtains and Xiaodu voice control – just say ”turn on the lights” and the whole room brightens up. My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. This saved me a lot of hassle by not having to go back and forth to the front desk. The room was clean, and the desk space was ample, allowing me to comfortably work on documents in the evenings. The bedding was just right in terms of softness, perfect for a good rest after a long day. The hotel's location is a big plus; it saves time commuting to meetings in nearby office buildings, and there are many quick meal options downstairs, which is convenient for late-night work. The soundproofing with the windows closed was good, and the internet connection was stable, ensuring smooth online meetings without any lag. The water flow in the bathroom was also consistent. Overall, it was a very hassle-free stay.

It's very close to the Convention & Exhibition Center subway station, and you can walk to the convention center in just a few minutes, making it super convenient for exhibitions and business. There are many shops and restaurants downstairs in the mall, so you don't have to worry about food, drinks, or transportation. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet comfortable setup. The bedding was excellent for sleeping, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered views of the Futian CBD city skyline. The bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was good. After a busy day, you can really get some good rest here. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very efficient. The staff were gentle and polite, and they responded quickly to any requests. Overall, the value for money is great. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian!

This is one of my go-to accommodations. The location is easy to find, and the front desk staff are lovely and provide excellent service 💕. This time I booked a king room with a bathtub. Usually, the rooms are clean and hygienic, but this time I encountered a small issue. I rarely walk around the room without slippers, but because I was lazy this time, I discovered the floor was quite dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
