The room was pretty good when I checked in. There are two adorable little cats here, super cute! The room facilities are also excellent, with a 'Xiaodu Xiaodu' (smart speaker) and a robot for food delivery. There's also a gym and a laundry room. The transportation here is very convenient, and the room is very clean.

Decided to treat myself to a relaxing weekend getaway and headed to Jiaoweichang to enjoy the sea views 🌊. Waking up to a full panoramic view of the ocean right from my bed was incredibly soothing and therapeutic. 🏠 I chose this beachfront villa, located right on the first row of Jiaoweichang. It offered unobstructed sea views, meaning I could watch the ocean and sunrise 🌊 without even leaving my room. Perfect for a lazy summer escape! It's also super convenient, with the beach right outside and plenty of dining options nearby. 🛋️ The suite itself was very spacious, featuring two floor-to-ceiling windows. From one window, I could enjoy the sea view directly from my bed, and there's also a private hot spring tub 🛁 where I could soak while gazing at the ocean – truly delightful. The other window overlooked a beautiful view of the mountains and city, with a tatami area perfect for enjoying tea 🖼️, which offered a unique charm. The room facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. They even provided a coffee bar, snacks, drinks, and a sleep kit with a steam eye mask, making for a very comfortable stay. Every spot here is picture-perfect 🖼️, from the 'Sky Mirror' to the private ocean-view hot spring and the swimming pool... every corner feels designed for photography, and any shot you take turns out amazing. It's ideal for family trips, couples, or solo travelers looking to unwind. Plus, the guesthouse offers a travel photography service, so even if you're traveling alone, you don't have to worry about getting great photos. The hotel environment is pretty good. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The entire room features smart voice control, so you can tell 'Xiao Du' to turn on/off the lights or adjust the air conditioning. The bed was just the right firmness, the room was quiet, and drinks were complimentary. The front desk staff were also very attentive, making check-in efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in Nanshan!

Our stay in the sea-view king room was fantastic. The room directly overlooked the ocean and was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, daily water replenishment was ample, and housekeeping was prompt. Any requests we made were quickly addressed; towel changes and bathrobe deliveries were arranged immediately, showing truly attentive and excellent service. The hotel's biggest highlight is having wakeboarding right downstairs, making everything incredibly convenient without any hassle. The coaches were exceptionally professional and patient, constantly encouraging us and providing great emotional support. They also helped us capture many beautiful surfing photos and videos, making it a reassuring experience even for beginners. Being peak summer, the restaurant could get a bit crowded, but it generally met our dining needs. With accommodation and surfing all in one place, you can head straight to the sea as soon as you step downstairs. The holiday vibe is amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves water sports.

I originally booked a regular business suite but was upgraded to a large business suite on the 28th floor, which looked to be about 100 square meters. The business suite I booked the day before came with five meals for two at the executive lounge on the 26th floor. Since there were three of us, Manager Mandy called a day in advance and even arranged an extra meal for my child. The best part of this stay was definitely the service at the executive lounge. Seriously, five meals a day, and each one was different. In the evening, there was authentic Spanish ham, smoked salmon, and aged pork neck. The sommelier mixed two whiskies for us, and the accompanying wines were abundant, featuring well-known red and white brands. After dinner, when we returned to our room, Manager Mandy was very warm and attentive. During lunch, I mentioned that my child was allergic to eggs, and they specially prepared a portion of plain white rice for my child. For dinner and the next day, they remembered and prepared white rice for my child. It's the little details that make all the difference; I was truly touched by the service staff at the executive lounge. After our meal, Manager Mandy even gave my child a Ritz-Carlton lion plushie, which my child absolutely loved. The dining environment was private and quieter than the restaurant on the second floor, with excellent views overlooking the entire CBD. Breakfast was incredibly rich. Lunch was very substantial. Although there weren't many meat dishes, the three meat options – curry shrimp balls, pan-fried sea bass, and stir-fried beef – were all authentic and delicious. It was definitely enough to fill us up (I probably gained back all the weight I lost during my week in Hong Kong!). I didn't take many photos, but they wouldn't do justice to the wonderful memories I have of the hotel. I will definitely choose The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen again next time I visit.

Its convenient location makes it easy to host friends. The front desk staff are quick and professional with check-ins. The rooms are quiet and spacious, with excellent office facilities, meticulously cleaned, and well-maintained. The breakfast offers a wide variety, allowing for a relaxed meal. Xana provides professional and appropriate service, with prompt responses and thorough, detailed attention that balances efficiency with warmth. The hotel is well-managed overall, with every employee demonstrating a strong service ethic and clean, tidy public areas. The entire stay is dignified and comfortable. Whether for personal use or hosting guests, it's an ideal choice, and I highly recommend it.

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

The breakfast buffet was very rich, and unlike other star hotels, it had a few unique features. 1. What surprised me most during this stay at the Crowne Plaza Gooday Hotel was the Western restaurant's breakfast buffet. The signature Crowne Noodle was a highlight, with rich bone broth and smooth noodles. The staff were responsive, and the overall dining experience was comfortable. It's a top choice for business travelers, highly recommended to all guests. 2. There were also various exclusive seafood porridges, perfect for the Chinese palate. 3. The fresh fruit and vegetable section offered freshly squeezed juices, which was very convenient for early-rising professionals to get their vitamins.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five-star review! I highly recommend the Aristo Hotel Shenzhen Futian Convention & Exhibition Center! The location is absolutely amazing. It's very close to the Convention & Exhibition Center subway station, and you can walk to the convention center in just a few minutes, making it super convenient for exhibitions and business. There are many shops and restaurants downstairs in the mall, so you don't have to worry about food, drinks, or transportation. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet comfortable setup. The bedding was excellent for sleeping, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered views of the Futian CBD city skyline. The bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was good. After a busy day, you can really get some good rest here. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very efficient. The staff were gentle and polite, and they responded quickly to any requests. Overall, the value for money is great. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian!

Pros: -The management team was polite, helpful, and always greeted us. -We were eventually moved to a higher floor where the cigarette smell was less intense. Cons: -Severe Smoke Odor: This was the worst part of our stay, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which blew directly out of the air conditioning unit. Smoke was a constant issue throughout the hotel: guests smoked in the hallways, near the elevators (where an ashtray is placed right next to a ”no smoking” sign), and even a guest lit up right in front of the reception desk while getting into the elevator, without staff saying a word -Poor Room Cleanliness: The housekeeping was very sloppy. The floors and nightstands were extremely dusty. Coffee and tea cups were not properly washed, but merely rinsed out and left in the sink twice. Furthermore, we had to ask twice ourselves for toilet paper and facial tissues. When guests are practically forced to clean things themselves, you would expect cleaning supplies to be provided, but there was no soap or sponge available. -Hygiene Issues at Breakfast: There were many fruit flies around the food. When we reported this twice, staff simply waved the flies away from the food and let guests continue eating from the buffet. Coincidentally, a hygiene inspection took place shortly after, resulting in no breakfast buffet the next day. The fruit fly problem persisted for another two days. -Poor Service: Staff cleared plates away while we were still eating. Additionally, most staff members failed to greet guests back. -Unhelpful Room Change Process: When we complained about the smoke in our first room, we were offered a cancellation or another room—which also smelled like smoke when the AC was turned on. Staff claimed they ”couldn't smell it.” Only after stating we would check out and find another hotel did they finally offer us a room on a higher floor. -Undeclared Pool Restrictions: We discovered upon arrival that children are only allowed in the swimming pool from the age of 5, and swim caps are mandatory. This crucial information was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process, which was very disappointing for our toddler. Conclusion: We cannot recommend this hotel, particularly for families with young children. Between the persistent cigarette smoke throughout the building, sloppy room cleaning, hygiene concerns at breakfast, and lack of enforcement of hotel rules, our stay was very stressful.
