GGuest UserHad a great time while staying at Noku, super b Villa Mint is big and comfortable to stay with friends and family. It even includes snack, fruit and drinks in villa which are complimentary for us to enjoy when we stay by the private pool. Very enjoyable and pleasant! The breakfast at the hotel is a highlight during our stay. It was served in buffet style with egg and noodles station. Although the selection is not super wide, it’s more than enough to enjoy as the quality and the freshness of the food are above average, some of them even exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed the moment at the hotel so much and we will definitely coming back for vacation again ❤️

MMaoxueContrary to some reviews, it wasn't as humid as I expected, and I didn't experience any discrimination. We arrived quite late, but the front desk had welcome tea ready and gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel, which was very welcoming. The hotel itself was quite comfortable. This time, we brought a disposable filter shower head, and after using it for a week, it confirmed that the water quality isn't great. We really enjoyed the hotel pool and bar, and my child went down to play every day. There's also a kids' play area that my child loved. The breakfast was just okay for Chinese palates, but it was convenient to have it at the hotel with the kids. Karon Beach is just a short walk away. Whether you're relaxing on the sand with a drink or building sandcastles with the kids, everyone will enjoy it. Overall, my child really liked this hotel. If you turn right and walk a few steps from the entrance, there's a 7-Eleven, which we visited daily – very convenient. I'd definitely bring my child back here next time!

SSaiiiizI stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the first night, there was a small issue with cleanliness, but the front desk staff handled it very well quickly arranged a room change and offered complimentary breakfast as an apology. I was truly impressed by their care and responsiveness. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rest of the hotel was well maintained with a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this resort. From arrival, Front Desk Agent Polly and Guest Assistant Minnie were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the buggy driver kindly explained the room facilities and minibar details to us. Our tropical garden view room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you to our room housekeeping for the thoughtful birthday decoration, it truly made my day extra special. Breakfast offered a wide vegetarian-friendly selection with salad bar, cheese, bakery items, and more. I would love to see a bit more variety in the Asian local dishes, as the menu was quite similar each day. Tropical fruits are my favourite in the resort. The resort feels like a one-stop getaway with a beautiful beach and clear water. Have to rent snorkelling gear and I recommend renting wet shoes due to stones and dead coral in the beach area. I had a small injury from the coral, but the beach staff took great care of me. We also enjoyed the small petting zoo, the staffs were very friendly. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet time, and we would definitely love to return.

PP CurrallThoroughly enjoyed our time at My Beach Resort. We stayed for four nights in late July and the weather was great, much calmer sea than the west side of the peninsula at our previous hotel at Nai Harn. We booked a Premier Sea View Double Room with breakfast. Although our room was located toward the rear of the property and not particularly high up, the view was still fantastic and the balcony was big enough for two people to do yoga. The hotel is built on a hillside, so room locations are a bit unconventional. When booking, it’s worth looking carefully at the options—some of the first-floor pool access rooms don’t have a sea view, while others that do can feel less private, as the shared pool runs directly in front and other guests may be swimming or passing by. This isn’t necessarily a negative—some guests may enjoy the convenience—but it’s something to consider depending on your preferences. The resort offers a wide variety of room types, so it’s worth checking the layout before choosing. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with quality wooden furniture, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious walk-in shower. The oversized rain shower head was absolute bliss after a hot day. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel sits right on the beach, offering stunning views. However, during high tide the beach can disappear, and on some days there was quite a bit of rubbish washed ashore. The staff clean it up regularly, but it’s something to be aware of—especially if you’re planning to swim. Best to wait for calm, clear days. That said, the infinity pool by the beach is excellent and makes up for limited sea access. There’s also free water sports equipment available, including a canoe and a water bike, so you can still venture out. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and fresh options. We also loved everything we ordered from the à la carte restaurant—the pizza, in particular, was excellent, as were the Thai curries. The café is another highlight, with a great selection of cakes and a creative coffee menu. All the food and drink we tried were top-notch. Prices are somewhat higher than nearby restaurants, but we felt it was worth it for the quality, convenience, service, and of course magnificent views! That said, there are several good dining spots just a short walk away if you prefer to explore. Walking along this stretch of beach, we passed a couple more restaurants, but My Beach Resort felt like the most lively and inviting property in the area. On the far side of the cove is Ao Yon Beach, which is beautiful, clean, and much more suitable for swimming. It’s easily walkable, giving you more beach options depending on the weather and tides. The gym is small but functional, with a view of the ocean and enough equipment for a basic workout—free weights, cardio machines, and some space to stretch. Lastly, the service throughout the resort was excellent. Staff were warm and attentive. We felt well looked after the whole time. Overall, very glad we chose to stay here and would definitely return.

NNikitaThe pool and the breakfast are good. We also had a nice town view. The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room. I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

AAnonymous UserThe service attitude was excellent, especially Nance. Every front desk and staff member I encountered was warm and very friendly. I didn't experience any of the discrimination or preferential treatment towards Chinese guests mentioned in some reviews. Perhaps those who did had limited English proficiency and struggled with communication. If you have a basic understanding of English, you shouldn't have any issues. The room was a medium size, and the hardware facilities were good. Toiletries were provided, and the hygiene was excellent. The water was clean, not yellow, and there was plenty of hot water. The location is just okay (but the room rate was cheap). It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach and five minutes to the nearest 7-Eleven. The downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. If you're unlucky, the room next door might play loud music in the middle of the night, disturbing your sleep. Also, everyone, be careful of the bed frame! Don't kick it when you walk past! On the first day of my stay, I accidentally stubbed my toe, and my toenail even lifted up. Please be careful!

GGuest UserPoor value for money. For the price we paid, we could have found a much better place in Patong. The location here is incredibly inconvenient; you need a shuttle to get to the hotel. The shuttle service is very slow, sometimes you have to wait over half an hour. You need to budget an extra half an hour for travel, otherwise, you'll be rushing during peak times. I regret booking 4 consecutive nights at this price. As for the rooms, only the sea-view junior suite was decent; the others felt more like staff dorms with old facilities, and they didn't even provide slippers.

GGuest UserFriendly friendly staff, rooms are tired. The hotel itself is tired, but clean. Quite quiet. There are bike rentals for 130 baht (old model), 300 baht for new bikes. Rooms are cleaned every day (on request). The area with the pool is beautiful.

MMrV12341234LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons. Pros: -the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy. -The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average. -The rooms were very clean. No bugs. -They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old -we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls. -The ac worked great. -There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this). You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi. -Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep). -The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks. There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach) -beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net. -the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed. -you get one free kayak rental per stay -The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable -The hot water was really hot and never ran out. -our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section. -The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool -The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day. -speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance. Cons: -they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy) -you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store. -There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water. -Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes) -The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip… the beach is ok. -No cloths line In Room to hang wet clothes / beach towels -the free shuttle into town only seats 11 people so you need to r
