This hotel in Nai Harn isn't a traditional five-star establishment. Let me start with the downsides, though I wouldn't call them 'downsides' since a cliffside hotel can't realistically be built in a bustling downtown area. 1. **Location**: This hotel is situated halfway up a hill near Nai Harn beach, so you'll need to walk a bit uphill. It's best to avoid going out at night; when we took a taxi back to the hotel, there was a stretch of road with no streetlights. If you're a solo female traveler, it's probably best to stick to the hotel or just stroll around the beach area. 2. **Convenience**: The nearest 7-Eleven is about a 1.4 km walk, roughly 15-20 minutes away. The hotel's tuk-tuk can only take you to the beach, but honestly, it's only a 2-5 minute walk anyway. Regarding dining, I personally found the hotel's overall prices a bit high. If you're looking for better value for money, there's a street food stall called 'Dada' about 500 meters away that's pretty good. While it's a bit rustic being a roadside stall, their pad krapow (stir-fried basil) and fried chicken wings are delicious. On the brighter side, the breakfast at Nai Harn hotel is decent. Their homemade Thai milk tea is tasty, and the other cooked items are good, especially their homemade meatballs. I booked this hotel about a month in advance for around 1600 (currency not specified, assuming local). I'd find it more acceptable if the price was in the 1000-1200 range, but at 1600, I personally feel it's a bit overpriced.

Enjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too! Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay! It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

We stayed in superior room No. 2507 in May 2026. Overall, the impressions were positive. The room is in good condition, everything shines and sparkles. 2 king size beds, semi-hard mattresses, 2 pillows each, a bedside table, a lamp between them. The TV is not a big Samsung, not a smart TV. The refrigerator is small, without a freezer. It contains paid nuts, beer, water. 2 bottles of water, sugar, tea, coffee, cream, 2 cups, 2 glasses, a kettle - the standard set of each hotel. Balcony with access to the jungle, with dryer, 2 plastic. armchairs, a table, and an unpleasantly humming air conditioning fan unit. This is a minus. The built-in air conditioner with controls on the wall blew where it was needed - not on the bed! The downside is that there is a door to the adjoining room; you can hear perfectly well what is going on with your neighbors. The toilet is standard with a hygienic shower. The shower room is large with a rain shower head on top. The pressure is strong, hot water comes out almost immediately, which is a definite plus for the hotel. It was a little dark in the washbasin, and I had to go out to the mirror and go into the room to shave. There is also not enough light in the room. Thais invariably create evening intimate twilight😁. The door is locked with an electronic lock and 2 key cards are issued. We had a reservation without meals. But according to stories, the food on the Chanalai network is not even bad. They provide 3 towels, including a beach towel. There are 2 swimming pools. There are jets of Jacuzzi hydromassage with good pressure. Second pool on the roof. Everything in the pools is great, only for children. Depth 1.1 meters. Swimming is very difficult, your feet constantly touch the bottom! There is no territory. The building is shaped like the Russian letter P, and the same shape is the pool with sun loungers and a bar. We checked in at 13-00, offering welcome ice cream and a sweet drink. Opposite the hotel there are a number of fruit outlets, a restaurant and a minimart store. 500 meters to the nearest seven/11. And 900 meters to the beach. There is a one-time transfer to the Jangceylon shopping center in Patong, we took advantage of it on a rainy day. Markets and retail chains in Patong, unlike Karon, are very developed. Summary: not a bad 3 or 4 star hotel, it’s up to you to decide. The downside is the depth of the pools. Отдыхали в улучшенном номере №2507 в мае 2026. В целом впечатления положительные. Холодильник маленький, без морозильной камеры. В нем платные орешки, пиво, вода. 2 бутылки воды, сахар, чай, кофе, сливки, 2 чашки, 2 бокала, чайник – стандартный набор каждого отеля. Балкон с выходом на джунгли, с сушилкой, 2 пластик. кресла, столик, и что неприятно гудящий блок вентилятора кондиционера. Это в минус. Встроенный кондиционер с управлением на стене дул куда нужно - не на кровати! Из минусов это дверь всмежный номер, слышимость прекрасная, что происходит у соседей. Туалет стандартный с гигиеническим душем. Душевая комната большая с тропической лейкой сверху. Напор сильный, горячая вода почти сразу идёт, что несомненный плюс отелю. В умывальнике темновато, для бритья приходилось выходить к зеркалу в комнату. Света в комнате тоже не хватает. Тайцы неизменно создают вечерний интим-полумрак😁. Дверь запирается на электронный замок, выдают 2 карты-ключ. Бронь у нас была без питания. Но по рассказам кормят в сети Chanalai очень даже не плохо. Выдают по 3 полотенца, в том числе пляжное. Имеется 2 бассейна. Есть струи гидромассажа джакузи, с хорошим напором. Второй бассейн на крыше. Всё в бассейнах прекрасно, только детям. Глубина 1,1 метр. Плавать очень тяжело, постоянно задевает ногами дно! Территории нет. Здание русской буквой П, и такой же формы бассейн с лежаками и баром. Поселили в 13-00, предложив приветстве

The room was great, and the front desk staff were all very polite. The rooftop pool also offered nice views. It's about a 10-minute walk to the shopping mall, which is acceptable. Overall, it was a good stay.

Highly recommended to stay with this hotel. I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Sindee at the front desk! When we arrived Sindee come over to approach us with our check in and told us that we have upgraded to Deluxe Room, pool view, 1 King Bed, Balcony to sea view. She even gave us a detailed tour of the entire hotel, including our room. We also received Thai Tea and the banana candy as a welcoming stay. Me and my daughter were traveling together and we both adored her; she was so gentle and enthusiastic! When I am trying to book ATV via Klook which I have difficulty to figure out the meeting point she is so helpful to help me contact and speak in Thai with the driver and check for me the correct place for the driver to reach the ATV meeting point. Appreciate her thoughtfulness and helpfulness. I could feel excellent service mind from every one of them working in the Avista Grande. Surprise birthday celebration with some decorations and cake for my daughter and the cake is nice both me and my daughter love it. On my gal actual birthday another decoration and birthday cake surprise us again. So thoughtful of them. All the rooms are clean and spacious. They provide a lovely beach bag while I have no ideal what kind of bag to bring to the beach and island tour. This lovely beach bag allow me to carry it to beach and island tour really make my day. They provide flip-flops as well. The pool is great for swimming and it is near Karon Beach. The beach is just across the road.

The room facilities are well-maintained, and the sea view room offers a spectacular view! The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has direct beach access, and the sunset views are absolutely stunning. They also offer free paddleboards and kayaks. Located in the peaceful and comfortable Cape Panwa, it's perfect for a relaxing getaway!

If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. This was a truly terrible experience. We had booked two family rooms, but due to a strange odor at the International Hotel we originally booked, we ended up reserving this hotel at the last minute. We booked family rooms, which are generally understood to not incur extra charges for adding beds. However, at check-in, the front desk tried to charge me an additional (1177 * 2 * 2) * 2 = 9416 for two children for two days! Given the chaotic situation that day, I reluctantly agreed to pay 4708 just to get us checked in quickly, as the kids were exhausted. Later, because of these unfair charges, I spoke with the front desk again, and they ended up charging us over 5000 Thai Baht (even charging half price for a 7-year-old!). I requested a receipt and contacted Trip.com, and they eventually refunded me. (Be careful, they overcharge randomly!)

The hotel is great. We enjoyed the pool access room and the swim-up bar. One of the shuttle drivers was awesome. Always up for a friendly chat. Sorry I didn’t get his name. The restaurant was nice. Friendly servers but they will comment on how much you have eaten… bit awkward. The room was clean. Basic amenities. Nothing fancy but just what you would need. It’s quiet. No complaints . A nice hotel if you want to spend some time at the hotel on your holiday, too. Just note if you have mobility issues , the hotel is a bit far from the beach and up a steep hill. You have to rely on hotel shuttle service which starts at 11am (the schedule is on their website) or grab/taxi.

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
