KKayla Liuroom was relatively really clean and hardly any bugs despite being in the mountains, we got some stained towels once but the hotel staff changed them immediately for us after calling in location wise is actually better than staying in the heart of one popular location, its essentially 20-40 mins away from all the main areas, so honestly u can go to a different place each day rather than being stuck in one location. the service was fantastic, the reception staff are quick to respond and pick up calls, the cleaning staff are quick to bring new items to the room and very thorough, there are tuktuks 24/7 and they arrive very very quickly to pick u up from your room and take u to ur room from the lobby, idk what some other reviewers are saying because they were super fast and available during my stay the amenities in the room are all free which is great, wish their hair dryer was a bit more powerful, and also had a slight problem with the power shutting on and off every now and then, the aircon setting is also set to quite a cold temperature otherwise i think this was a great stay, rooms are beautiful, bathroom was beautiful, its very private and secluded

PP CurrallThoroughly enjoyed our time at My Beach Resort. We stayed for four nights in late July and the weather was great, much calmer sea than the west side of the peninsula at our previous hotel at Nai Harn. We booked a Premier Sea View Double Room with breakfast. Although our room was located toward the rear of the property and not particularly high up, the view was still fantastic and the balcony was big enough for two people to do yoga. The hotel is built on a hillside, so room locations are a bit unconventional. When booking, it’s worth looking carefully at the options—some of the first-floor pool access rooms don’t have a sea view, while others that do can feel less private, as the shared pool runs directly in front and other guests may be swimming or passing by. This isn’t necessarily a negative—some guests may enjoy the convenience—but it’s something to consider depending on your preferences. The resort offers a wide variety of room types, so it’s worth checking the layout before choosing. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with quality wooden furniture, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious walk-in shower. The oversized rain shower head was absolute bliss after a hot day. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel sits right on the beach, offering stunning views. However, during high tide the beach can disappear, and on some days there was quite a bit of rubbish washed ashore. The staff clean it up regularly, but it’s something to be aware of—especially if you’re planning to swim. Best to wait for calm, clear days. That said, the infinity pool by the beach is excellent and makes up for limited sea access. There’s also free water sports equipment available, including a canoe and a water bike, so you can still venture out. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and fresh options. We also loved everything we ordered from the à la carte restaurant—the pizza, in particular, was excellent, as were the Thai curries. The café is another highlight, with a great selection of cakes and a creative coffee menu. All the food and drink we tried were top-notch. Prices are somewhat higher than nearby restaurants, but we felt it was worth it for the quality, convenience, service, and of course magnificent views! That said, there are several good dining spots just a short walk away if you prefer to explore. Walking along this stretch of beach, we passed a couple more restaurants, but My Beach Resort felt like the most lively and inviting property in the area. On the far side of the cove is Ao Yon Beach, which is beautiful, clean, and much more suitable for swimming. It’s easily walkable, giving you more beach options depending on the weather and tides. The gym is small but functional, with a view of the ocean and enough equipment for a basic workout—free weights, cardio machines, and some space to stretch. Lastly, the service throughout the resort was excellent. Staff were warm and attentive. We felt well looked after the whole time. Overall, very glad we chose to stay here and would definitely return.

Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I really enjoyed my stay and especially my room is seafront and unblock view , the room is literally directly in front of the ocean view. , can near the sound of the waves from your room, loving every minute of balcony view. Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk . Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay. Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable. Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. Her consistency and care were much appreciated. Your staff are true gems — rare to find and a great credit to the hotel. Please continue the excellent work! I will definitely recommend Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket to my family, relatives, and friends, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the near future. Never regret booking this hotel

The swimming pool is nice, but unfortunately, the pool bar was closed. Even though there was a sign about a Happy Hour promotion, Breakfast was okay but had limited variety, and during check in staff didn’t inform us about the breakfast location and opening hours..Dinner at Foliage restaurant was not available, but room service pizza was tasty. Cupz Café was overpriced for the quality. Parking is available but quite narrow.

NNikitaThe pool and the breakfast are good. We also had a nice town view. The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room. I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

The bedroom comfortably accommodated our family of three, while the separate hall area could easily house an additional couple. The elevated location provides excellent panoramic views and delivers an authentic Thai local resort atmosphere that many guests will appreciate. **Service & Amenities** The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Room service operates until 11 PM, with housekeeping available 24 hours - a thoughtful touch for families. One pleasant surprise was discovering the resort spans multiple buildings across different elevations. For guests who prefer not to walk extensively, the resort provides complimentary 24-hour shuttle service between buildings and to the reception area. Transportation to Patong Beach (1.5-2 km away) is conveniently provided via free shuttle service until 11 PM, with Bangla Road just another 200-300 meters beyond the beach. **Dining Experience** The resort offers decent food quality, though options lean toward local cuisine. While vegetarians seeking Indian dishes may find limited choices, both egg-eaters and non-vegetarians will find ample variety. MMrV12341234LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons. Pros: -the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy. -The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average. -The rooms were very clean. No bugs. -They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old -we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls. -The ac worked great. -There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this). You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi. -Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep). -The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks. There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach) -beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net. -the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed. -you get one free kayak rental per stay -The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable -The hot water was really hot and never ran out. -our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section. -The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool -The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day. -speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance. Cons: -they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy) -you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store. -There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water. -Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes) -The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side.
