However, there were some inconveniences: once the card-operated power switch malfunctioned, and another time all the sockets in the room were out of power. The electric smart toilet squirted too much. The breakfast was refreshing and hygienic."

"Although we only stayed in Mile for one night and it rained, our experience at Wanshan was great. We booked a two-bedroom suite, and I have to say, the soundproofing was excellent; we weren't disturbed by different schedules at all. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located right within Honghe Water Town, very close to Qianwang Gate, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Focheng Shangdu (commercial city) is also not far. My only regret is that the weather wasn't cooperative, so we couldn't visit Lake Spring Ecological Park or enjoy the outdoor terrace of our room. Overall, though, our stay was still very pleasant!"

The only minor drawback is that Amap (Gaode) navigation isn't very user-friendly for getting there, so it's best to communicate with the hotel in advance for directions."

"This was my first time staying at an Atour hotel, and it was only because there were no international brands available that I was forced to choose it. The result? A huge disappointment! Not a single staff member I encountered had a smile on their face, let alone offered any real service. They'd only answer if you asked a direct question. Even the housekeeping auntie wasn't smiling, and when I asked for tissues, she seemed reluctant to give them, so I just took them myself! And get this, they didn't even mention the complimentary late-night porridge, which is a basic amenity. I only realized it existed when I saw a sign during checkout. I even mentioned I had a car, but they never offered any parking discount. For the price, this hotel offers absolutely no value for money! There's simply no service whatsoever! Mile city is great, but I will never stay at an Atour again!!!"

"I really can't give this a good review. My main complaints are: only one hot spring pool is open each day, which I can understand—if occupancy is low, there's no need to open all of them, wasting water. But if only one is open, shouldn't that pool be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected? When we went in, it was obvious the pool hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. There was a lot of black grime inside, and it felt slippery and greasy. It was clear they drained the previous day's water and then just put fresh water in. It was truly disgusting. The breakfast was also perfunctory. The rice noodles were okay, but the stir-fried dishes were just sloppy and I don't even want to comment on them. (In short, especially the cleanliness of the hot spring pool—please take this seriously! If only one is open, then you only need to clean that one. The workload isn't that big, so why can't they even scrub it? I've attached photos of the pool below; we used the round one in the middle. See for yourselves—the black grime inside is disgusting.)"

"I booked it for the international level in the comments, but after the experience, I felt it was exaggerated. It's a bit like a low-profile version of Huangguoshu Bailian. The scenery is really good. The whole lake and spring scenic area is actually quite beautiful, and the air is full of the fragrance of osmanthus. The parent-child room has a children's room on the first floor and a big bed on the second floor. There are bathrooms and balconies on both floors. The hot spring private bath is on the second floor and the water is drained quickly. It's a bit scary for children to sleep alone on the first floor at night. I don't know if it's because of the orientation. There is no backrest behind the bed. The family rests badly and sleeps very shallowly. It may be due to the magnetic field. The supplies are L'Occitane. The towels are good, but the sheets feel average in number and a bit hard to sleep. The breakfast is excellent and the most satisfying part. There are many varieties, most of which are local snacks, and there are freshly made steaks. The latte is the milkiest latte I have ever had, because the fresh milk here is really excellent. I still miss it. The service is basically self-service, the so-called housekeeper responds very slowly, many problems cannot be handled in time, and the hotel basically has no activities. The phone in the room was broken, which made it difficult for us to call a taxi. We talked to the waiter at the door but there was no response. It is still far from international in all aspects."

The bedding was very comfortable. They even provided conditioner and body lotion. Service: The butler service was attentive. The restaurant's breakfast was rich and tasty, and you could watch koi and black swans while you ate. Plus, staying here grants free park admission! The hotel also offers a shuttle bus."

"There are no disposable slippers in the guest room. In the picture of the booked room, it looks like there is a table. In fact, there is no table and no place to eat. "I booked this hotel cause all the rooms were non-smoking and I am sensitive to smoke. But as soon as I arrived there was smoke odour in the hallway and there was a musty smoke odour in my room. The reception allowed me to change rooms but then my new room had smoke odour too because of uncles at the end of the hallway with door wide open smoking. The hotel took no action to tell the uncles to stop smoking. They only changed my room which was better this time but the next morning when I was walking down the hallway, it stunk of smoke and I noticed an uncle smoking in their hotel room. The hotel doesn’t enforce their non-smoking policy even though the rooms are non-smoking. So if you are a non-smoker and prefer clean air I recommend to stay away."

"I should have given a bad review, but apart from the front desk, everything else at the hotel was quite good, especially the floor cleaning staff, who were all very friendly, so I'll be lenient. The front desk service was truly indescribable. A young man surnamed Ji and two other girls who seemed like interns not only didn't smile during check-in, but the whole process felt like a routine, as if they didn't welcome me at all—extremely arrogant and unprofessional. The afternoon tea included in the package had to be asked for; otherwise, they wouldn't give it to you proactively. Even though they knew you only get one day's voucher for a two-night stay, when I asked for the afternoon tea voucher for the second day, they knowingly asked if I was extending my stay, then offered to give me another one. There was no apology whatsoever; it felt like they were just giving me charity. My goodness, in all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first time I've encountered such service at the front desk!"

"Calling this hotel a resort is a bit exaggerated. The hotel has no garden. It's not a resort, it's an hotel with a spa. The spa was very nice, but also very limited, with only one hot pool for men and one for women, no dressing room, and no place to care for oneself. No sauna and no steam room either. The spa is mixed. The absence of a dressing room means that people can enter the spa with their shoes and clothes ! Also, weirdly, the spa has no sign, but the toilets do. All of this is not too much of a problem in low season, but can become annoying with many tourists."

"The air conditioning in the Atour Hotel Mile is terrible. When it's sunny, the room gets hot and the AC doesn't cool. When it's cold, the AC doesn't heat. I'm a loyal Atour member, and I'm really disappointed. I particularly dislike the Atour Mile; I'm even considering complaining to Atour's headquarters. They can't even fix a simple AC problem, which is not what I'd expect from a large chain hotel. I won't be staying here again. I've stayed twice: once when it was hot and once when it was cold, and the air conditioning was useless both times. I asked the front desk staff, and they offered to move me to another room, but that room only had a small window, which made for a very poor experience."
