"This hotel had been on my 'favorites' list for a while, so my expectations were quite high. After my stay, I'm a bit disappointed. **Facilities:** The hotel has a gym, kids' room, and entertainment room. The kids' room is quite basic and unsupervised. The entertainment room, with billiards and table tennis, is decent. The gym was empty, and the equipment was new; the changing rooms were excellent. The cocktails at the lobby bar were pretty average, but the live singer was good. The breakfast buffet had limited variety and the taste was just okay. The Chinese restaurant offers group deals, and the food was acceptable, but nothing special. Honestly, there aren't many good dining options nearby, so you're mostly stuck with the hotel's. **Hygiene:** The room environment was fine and quite spacious. Be careful with mosquitoes – don't leave the door open easily. When they provided children's toiletries, there was no mouthwash cup. I hope they can include one in the future, as glass cups are quite dangerous for kids. **Environment:** Overall, the hotel's environment is very comfortable and great for photos. **Service:** The service isn't quite up to par. Staff members aren't very enthusiastic when they see guests. The shuttle bus driver was great and very nice. Generally, the staff members I encountered weren't very friendly. For a hotel in this price range, I feel the service awareness is a bit lacking. **Dongfengyun Characteristic Town Tickets & Sightseeing Car Tickets:** This saved us some money, and the shuttle bus drops you right at the scenic spot entrance, which is very convenient. **5 Digitally Retouched Travel Photos (requires advance booking):** The photographer was very nice, and the photos were ready quickly. He also provided good 'emotional value' (meaning he was good at making us feel comfortable and happy during the shoot)."

"The room was very clean, equipped with a Toto smart toilet and a private hot spring, which was truly enjoyable. All the facilities in the room were excellent, and breakfast was plentiful. The B&B's location is great, very close to the lake. The best part, however, was the service. There were many complimentary convenience services available, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind, polite, and enthusiastic. After we checked out, they informed us that we had left an item of clothing in the room. I asked them to courier it to my next accommodation, and they even paid for the shipping without charging me. While the cost wasn't substantial, I'm still incredibly grateful."

The staff were incredibly welcoming; they immediately came to pick us up when we went to the wrong place, helped us with our luggage, and even escorted us directly to our room, providing a complimentary room upgrade. We were a bit tired upon arrival, so they let us order food from our room. The chef prepared the food before calling us, so we didn't have to come downstairs to eat. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and it was inexpensive – such thoughtfulness! They even baked some flatbread and gave it to us. Breakfast was a set meal (it was so delicious I only remembered to take a picture halfway through the meal), very plentiful and delicious. Staying here also saved us the entrance fee. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll definitely choose it again if I visit Mile again."

"Not bad It was dark at Maitreya Station, so I took a taxi to this store directly. I was very satisfied with the hygiene in the praise of Trip.com . The room was brand new, I felt that the health was not bad, the front desk beauty sister service attitude was also very good, the sky was too late, so I checked in directly. There is a small room, a small refrigerator and tea bags. The room is more light. Hand sanitizer, soap, conditioner, floor towel are also available, and there are hotel brand logos, which feels more attentive. The room was facing the road, the window was not closed, and I didn't feel noisy at night. It may also be that the high-speed rail was too tired to hear. The mattress was super comfortable and the TV was large and clear. There is plenty of hot water, there is no shelf in the shower room, and clothes and towels cannot be placed. There is a bus stop to the high-speed rail station not far from the hotel. After checking out, I came back to pick up the charger during the storage period, and the beauty at the front desk was also very friendly."

When I called the front desk after realizing I left something behind, their attitude was perfunctory and cold – even a Hanting Hotel would have better service. The breakfast offered many options, but it was so crowded, noisy, and chaotic, it felt more like a wet market than a hotel restaurant. The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time."

"The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just across the street from the scenic area. It has a terrace on the 6th floor with panoramic lake views. The bedding was very clean, and the toiletries were of good quality. It was also very quiet at night. We stayed for two days with an elderly person and a child, and it was very comfortable. It's pet-friendly, and the owner is very kind. They even gave us two bottles of fruit and flower vinegar when we checked out. It was a great stay, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Mile."
