"I booked a twin room at Zhulao, and the front desk upgraded me to a Kaleidoscope Twin Room in the main building, 3rd floor. The balcony offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the Dongfengyun Kaleidoscope architectural complex. Right outside the hotel is the iconic Red Wine Bottle building, and photos taken from the balcony turned out stunning. The stay included admission tickets to the scenic area and shuttle service, so I didn't have to pay extra, making it super convenient to enter and exit the park. The tickets could be used unlimited times. I also tried the hotel's photography service, and the photos were excellent. I had two Chinese meals at the hotel restaurant; the food was decent. The set menu was a bit average, but ordering à la carte seemed better. Breakfast was quite rich. The bell staff at the entrance were very proactive, helping with luggage, and taking me to the scenic spots for photos and sightseeing in an electric cart. They also enthusiastically introduced the attractions and routes along the way. I also want to specially thank the floor attendant, Yang Fen, who helped with several requests during my stay. My stay included a one-time use of the mini-bar: the drinks were quite good. The fruit platter on the first day had limited variety. Dongfengyun Characteristic Town admission tickets and sightseeing car tickets: Convenient for guests to explore. 5 retouched digital photos from the hotel's photography service (advance reservation required): I chose the package and was quite satisfied with the experience 👍."

"This is my second time visiting Mile, and I still chose this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and there's free parking. The hot spring pools are a highlight. Highly recommended!"

"Traveling in Yunnan with my kids for a week, we stayed at three hotels: Wyndham Grand, Naga.S, and Atour. Atour was by far our favorite! 👍👍 During this peak travel season, at the other two hotels, I had to wake up every night in the early hours to do laundry, because that was the only time I could find an available washing machine. Then I'd have to time it perfectly to get to the dryer. I barely got any sleep. I honestly thought all hotels were like this, until I got to Atour and found out their laundry room has staff who do it for you! You just drop off your clothes with your room number, and they wash, dry, and fold them, then deliver them to your room. That's absolutely amazing! Plus, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent. The other two hotels should really take some notes!"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its quiet atmosphere and attention to detail. The room I stayed in featured an onsen-style bathtub combined with a shower area, and I appreciated that the hotel provided a bottle of sanitizing solution to enhance hygiene and guest comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers on the rooftop, which is very convenient for longer stays. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop onsen pool, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. Although the rooms do not come with a minibar, the hotel compensates by offering complimentary ice cream and additional bottled drinking water at the reception level. While the ice cream was not delicious, the extra refreshments were a thoughtful touch. It will be good if the hotel not to allow guests smoke in common area such as dining hall for breakfast. Overall, this hotel stands out for its peaceful environment, cleanliness, convenient access to food and park, and thoughtful amenities at very reasonable room rate. I would gladly stay here again."

"Located within the Honghe Water Town urban tourism complex in the southern part of Mile City, this hotel boasts convenient transportation. Adjacent to a wetland park, it enjoys lush greenery and a tranquil, beautiful setting. The surrounding commercial street offers a wide variety of businesses, making it a well-established and mature destination. On the evening of my stay, the shower water temperature was slightly low. Upon receiving feedback, the butler promptly contacted the engineer for improvement. We suggest adding non-slip mats or floor towels to the shower areas and perhaps creating local attraction guides, souvenirs, and other gifts for guests. Although still in its trial operation period, the service was warm and efficient, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the experience of the signature storm hot spring and public soaking pools exceeded expectations. Compared to other local products, the price-performance ratio is outstanding, making it a worthwhile choice for future stays."

"Our stay was absolutely delightful! The hotel is located right within the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, offering beautiful views and convenient access to attractions. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Staff helped us with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car and guided us through check-in. Our butler was incredibly responsive to all our questions and requests throughout our stay, making everything incredibly smooth. What truly stood out was how genuinely kind every single staff member was – whether it was at our room, in the park, at the hot springs, on the shuttle, or at the kids' play area. They were all so wonderful to us, which we really appreciated. They even upgraded our room because we were traveling with a child, and provided a child-sized bathrobe and amenities. The front desk ladies always had a smile on their faces whenever we had questions. A special thank you to Cherry, Mango, and Grape for their exceptional help. All in all, this hotel is definitely worth revisiting multiple times!"

"It's so convenient for a self-driving trip, there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is newly opened, all facilities are new and clean, towels and toiletries are complete, and there's even conditioner. The bedding is clean, the toilet has a separate wet and dry area, and the washbasin is also separate, the design is very convenient so you don't have to make do when you need it. There's also a small refrigerator, which is great for chilled drinks in the summer. What I'm most satisfied with is the washing machine and dryer, both of which are new and clean and easy to operate. I feel that the hotel owner really thinks of the guests, and they also provide good laundry detergent, unlike other hotels where the washing machine is just for show, old and worn out, and guests have to bring their own detergent. Plus, the room rate is cheap, and it has four-star service. Although the room isn't very big, it's big enough for two medium-sized travel suitcases to open and move around in, so everything is perfect."

"This hidden gem of a hotel definitely deserves five stars! The decor is high-end and stylish, and the location is fantastic for getting around. It's just a few minutes walk to Qianwangmen, a popular spot in Mile. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which is really convenient. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast offers a good variety of choices. The public areas are elegant, and the whole place is clean and quiet. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, offering great recommendations for local food and attractions. My stay was perfectly comfortable and pleasant from start to finish. The cleanliness and environment were impeccable. It's definitely worth experiencing~"

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by the lake, so you can enjoy beautiful lake views just a short walk from the entrance. Taking an evening stroll and feeling the breeze is incredibly relaxing. Plus, it's really close to several popular attractions, just a few minutes by taxi. Dining and shopping are convenient too, with a convenience store and snack shops right downstairs – you won't have to worry about a thing. The hotel itself is very new, and the service is exceptional. Since it was off-peak season, the front desk attendant upgraded our room, and we got to enjoy an in-room hot spring bath, which really enhanced our trip. Enough talk, let the video do the rest!"

"The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just across the street from the scenic area. It has a terrace on the 6th floor with panoramic lake views. The bedding was very clean, and the toiletries were of good quality. It was also very quiet at night. We stayed for two days with an elderly person and a child, and it was very comfortable. It's pet-friendly, and the owner is very kind. They even gave us two bottles of fruit and flower vinegar when we checked out. It was a great stay, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Mile."
