"I booked a twin room at Zhulao, and the front desk upgraded me to a Kaleidoscope Twin Room in the main building, 3rd floor. The balcony offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the Dongfengyun Kaleidoscope architectural complex. Right outside the hotel is the iconic Red Wine Bottle building, and photos taken from the balcony turned out stunning. The stay included admission tickets to the scenic area and shuttle service, so I didn't have to pay extra, making it super convenient to enter and exit the park. The tickets could be used unlimited times. I also tried the hotel's photography service, and the photos were excellent. I had two Chinese meals at the hotel restaurant; the food was decent. The set menu was a bit average, but ordering à la carte seemed better. Breakfast was quite rich. The bell staff at the entrance were very proactive, helping with luggage, and taking me to the scenic spots for photos and sightseeing in an electric cart. They also enthusiastically introduced the attractions and routes along the way. I also want to specially thank the floor attendant, Yang Fen, who helped with several requests during my stay. My stay included a one-time use of the mini-bar: the drinks were quite good. The fruit platter on the first day had limited variety. Dongfengyun Characteristic Town admission tickets and sightseeing car tickets: Convenient for guests to explore. 5 retouched digital photos from the hotel's photography service (advance reservation required): I chose the package and was quite satisfied with the experience 👍."

"Bringing my kids to the Mile Hot Spring Hotel was a fantastic decision! The family room was amazing. The owner even gave us a free upgrade! The room was spacious, and my child had their own little bed and toys, which they absolutely loved. The private hot spring on the balcony had the perfect water temperature, it was clean and very private – our whole family thoroughly enjoyed soaking in it. The hotel also thoughtfully provided kids' toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to service. Full marks, highly recommend!"

"This is a fantastic wellness-themed hotel. The entire Muxingu Valley environment is incredibly comfortable; you can tell the design was thoughtful and maintenance is prompt. The hotel's minimalist design blends seamlessly with its surroundings, and each room has its own unique theme, such as hydrogen-themed or deep sleep-themed rooms. What really stands out is the variety of themed classes available. For example, I did a Baduanjin session at 8 AM and a sound bath healing at 10 AM. I wanted to try yoga, but the timing didn't work out. In the evening, you can enjoy the hot springs, which are about 100 meters from the main building and offer over a dozen pools to choose from. The hotel is located inside the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, granting unlimited access. You can simply call an electric shuttle to take you to the core scenic spots. The personal butler service is also excellent; Cherry and Mango were very responsive. I needed to borrow a laptop for work, and even at 10 PM, the butler quickly helped me out – I'm truly grateful! Highly recommended. I even purchased another two-day, one-night wellness package when checking out, and I'll be back again soon! 🤭"

"Not bad It was dark at Maitreya Station, so I took a taxi to this store directly. I was very satisfied with the hygiene in the praise of Trip.com . The room was brand new, I felt that the health was not bad, the front desk beauty sister service attitude was also very good, the sky was too late, so I checked in directly. There is a small room, a small refrigerator and tea bags. The room is more light. Hand sanitizer, soap, conditioner, floor towel are also available, and there are hotel brand logos, which feels more attentive. The room was facing the road, the window was not closed, and I didn't feel noisy at night. It may also be that the high-speed rail was too tired to hear. The mattress was super comfortable and the TV was large and clear. There is plenty of hot water, there is no shelf in the shower room, and clothes and towels cannot be placed. There is a bus stop to the high-speed rail station not far from the hotel. After checking out, I came back to pick up the charger during the storage period, and the beauty at the front desk was also very friendly."

"The closet light in my room was broken, and for a family suite, they only provided one tissue box. To top it off, the front desk staff lectured me about scanning a QR code just to get something, which was a terrible experience. While the service seemed enthusiastic, it was completely insincere. I gave them my shoe size, yet they still gave me two pairs that were too small. They promised to help with luggage, but when I checked out, the staff were just chatting among themselves. When I called the front desk after realizing I left something behind, their attitude was perfunctory and cold – even a Hanting Hotel would have better service. The breakfast offered many options, but it was so crowded, noisy, and chaotic, it felt more like a wet market than a hotel restaurant. The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time."

"Traveling with a girlfriend, the first important thing is the hotel, the second is the food. I have been to Maitreya many times. To be honest, the hotels in Maitreya are currently online, but the mountain residence I stayed in this time was really pleasant. It is completely the reception standard of a foreign five-star hotel. Whether it is a check-in gift or an supporting facilities in the hotel, it can make people spend a very happy day in the hotel. The design of the lobby is full of collisions of Chinese and Western elements. The space is large. The hand-made coffee level in the lobby is very online! The hot spring on the first floor has a public bubble pool and a private soup. The key is that the ventilation is very good! Not stuffy at all!  Drive by yourself and stop next to the hotel, it is very convenient to go out and play.  My most pleasant surprise is actually the body milk equipped by the hotel, which smells really good! I used half a bottle, and I took the rest away. I am going to find the same model online hahaha.  The price is not cheap, but it is definitely worth the money, and the experience that is worthy of the price is the real quality price ratio in my opinion!  I didn't shoot the room because I arrived too late and slept in a mess. You can see what others took. Clean and advanced!"

"Facilities: We booked a two-bedroom cabin with a private hot spring tub. It's right next to another unit, so privacy is a bit limited. We were given a three-bedroom cabin, and I'm not sure if that was a mistake. While it looks a bit dated, there aren't any major issues overall, just a few points for improvement: 1) Not enough power outlets. 2) To access the hot tub in the backyard, you have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. It would be much more convenient if there was direct access from the cabin. 3) For a resort and hot spring hotel, there's a lack of drying facilities for clothes. Cleanliness: No issues, it was well-maintained and clean. The hot tubs are also cleaned by staff, but the cleaning personnel wore their shoes directly into the tub, which wasn't a great sight. Environment: Located within a park, the environment is undeniably beautiful, and the air is fresh. There's a shuttle service to the park's stations. I recommend visiting Monet's Garden; you can directly rent electric scooters by the lake. Service: Excellent, with quick responses and a good attitude. Dining: The breakfast restaurant has a wonderful view right by the lake, and the rice noodles are tasty. Transportation isn't very convenient, as it's about half an hour from the city center, and there are no nearby dining options. However, if you're driving with kids, I highly recommend staying for two days to fully enjoy the experience."

"The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just across the street from the scenic area. It has a terrace on the 6th floor with panoramic lake views. The bedding was very clean, and the toiletries were of good quality. It was also very quiet at night. We stayed for two days with an elderly person and a child, and it was very comfortable. It's pet-friendly, and the owner is very kind. They even gave us two bottles of fruit and flower vinegar when we checked out. It was a great stay, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Mile."

"The room I booked was exactly as pictured, spacious, stylishly decorated, and well-equipped. It was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust in sight. They even upgraded me to a hot spring room with an indoor tub for free! The front desk staff were excellent – attentive, friendly, gentle, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Huquan Ecological Park, just a 2-minute walk across the road. Dining options are incredibly convenient; turning right out of the hotel onto Wenquan Road, there are many fantastic local restaurants serving delicious dishes like 'Luji' (local chicken) and 'Guoqiao Mixian' (crossing-the-bridge noodles). There were only two minor drawbacks. Firstly, being close to the road, there was some traffic noise, but the hotel provided earplugs, and it was much better with the window closed. Secondly, and I found this quite odd and unreasonable, all TV programs (including CCTV news) required paid subscriptions, even if the cost wasn't high. I hope they can improve this. Also, it would be great if the gym could provide towels and bottled water for guests to wipe off sweat and rehydrate. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel that I highly recommend. If I ever visit Mile again, I would definitely choose to stay here."
