"It's so convenient for a self-driving trip, there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is newly opened, all facilities are new and clean, towels and toiletries are complete, and there's even conditioner. The bedding is clean, the toilet has a separate wet and dry area, and the washbasin is also separate, the design is very convenient so you don't have to make do when you need it. There's also a small refrigerator, which is great for chilled drinks in the summer. What I'm most satisfied with is the washing machine and dryer, both of which are new and clean and easy to operate. I feel that the hotel owner really thinks of the guests, and they also provide good laundry detergent, unlike other hotels where the washing machine is just for show, old and worn out, and guests have to bring their own detergent. Plus, the room rate is cheap, and it has four-star service. Although the room isn't very big, it's big enough for two medium-sized travel suitcases to open and move around in, so everything is perfect."

"The room was spacious with four balconies. Although the view from the window was close to the parking lot, the landscaping was beautiful, with a lush forest park feel – very pleasant. Every corner of the hotel was incredibly photogenic, making it easy to capture stunning photos. The reception at the entrance was very welcoming; they immediately helped with luggage from the car and thoughtfully informed us to pick up the room key while our luggage would be delivered to the room. The front desk service was professional and efficient at resolving issues. Suggestion: Please provide a jewelry box by the washbasin. This would prevent guests' small jewelry, removed while bathing, from being covered by hand towels and accidentally discarded with the trash. My own pendant might have been thrown into the trash this way when I tidied up the counter. Overall, it's an artistic sanctuary that you won't want to leave!"

"This is my second time visiting Mile, and I still chose this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and there's free parking. The hot spring pools are a highlight. Highly recommended!"

"I am very fortunate to have chosen to be willing among the many hotels in Maitreya. This is a small hotel with the quality of star hotels. From small to large toiletries to hotel design, from intimate and exquisite meals to comfortable and modern facilities in the room, you can see the requirements and taste of the hotel manager. Almost every public corner of this hotel can take good-looking photos. The hotel is located in a beautiful park and it is great to run in the morning. It is very close to Qian Wangmen and the food street. There is also an exclusive parking space in the underground garage. The staff will call in advance to contact the guests to pick up the guests and pick up the luggage. Breakfast will have a nutritious and simple set menu to choose from, which makes people feel intimate everywhere. Coffee is always available, self-service production is not worse than the coffee shop, saving two days of coffee money. The hotel will give attractions routes and some dining recommendations very good. There is also a private soup to soak, and the staff is washing and brushing early in the morning every day. A little troublesome is that the bathroom has no door (it is said that the door is ready to be added), even if the couple walks back and forth and sees the other half squatting in the toilet, I am afraid it is embarrassing. "We chose Mile over Jianshui for a few days' relaxation primarily because we discovered the newly opened Holiday Inn there. Our five-day stay at the Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations. First off, this is a proper hotel, not one of those trendy simplified versions. What I mean is that its design and concept are genuinely geared towards providing guests with top-notch accommodation and service. The hotel boasts numerous public facilities: a bright and spacious lobby, an elegant little bar and lounge area, a kids' play corner, a starlit swimming pool, two hot spring pools with different temperatures, and a self-service laundry room. And then there's the restaurant – I absolutely have to mention it! The chef prepares a super rich breakfast every day, always with new surprises. I'm guessing the head chef is a master from Guangdong, though he told me he's from Yunnan. As for the rooms, they are large, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed, sheets, and duvet are all high-quality. What truly reflects the hotel's quality are the in-room furnishings: the Holiday Inn has chosen truly comfortable chairs and sofas, the kind you can relax in while reading or listening to music. The most valuable asset of this hotel, however, is its entire staff. Every single person is friendly and polite, genuinely caring for each guest. A big thank you to Xiao Ji at the front desk, Nancy at the bar, KoKo at the restaurant, and the ever-present Gavin and Jennifer, along with their entire team. The hotel's location is opposite Honghe Water Village. We walked to Dahou Park every day for a stroll, visited nearby coffee shops, tried various restaurants, and after dinner, headed to Honghe Water Village to enjoy the bustling atmosphere. We are very much looking forward to staying at this hotel again next time. Highly recommend this excellent place."

"As a new hotel in Mile that had only been open for a few days, this all-season hotel truly impressed me. The entire hotel is very new, with every detail from the lobby to the guest rooms being clean and tidy, without any of the discomfort often associated with new renovations. The service was even more impressive; from the front desk onwards, every staff member was smiling and greeted guests proactively, truly making you feel at home. They always responded to guests' needs with full effort, being both professional and attentive. The highlight for me was the five hot spring pools. The water quality was crystal clear, the environment comfortable, and it wasn't crowded, making it a perfect choice for relaxation. If the water temperature in the pools could be slightly warmer, the experience would be even more perfect. When checking out, the front desk even prepared delicate pastries in advance, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with a rich variety and authentic flavors. Overall, this was an unexpectedly great stay, and I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting this area."

"Traveling in Yunnan with my kids for a week, we stayed at three hotels: Wyndham Grand, Naga.S, and Atour. Atour was by far our favorite! 👍👍 During this peak travel season, at the other two hotels, I had to wake up every night in the early hours to do laundry, because that was the only time I could find an available washing machine. Then I'd have to time it perfectly to get to the dryer. I barely got any sleep. I honestly thought all hotels were like this, until I got to Atour and found out their laundry room has staff who do it for you! You just drop off your clothes with your room number, and they wash, dry, and fold them, then deliver them to your room. That's absolutely amazing! Plus, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent. The other two hotels should really take some notes!"

"Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a double room. The room was large and clean, with electric central air conditioning. Many thoughtful details added to the experience, such as the fragrance in the elevator and room, making the entire hotel smell pleasant and free of smoke. The front desk provided a ”treasure box” with many thoughtful amenities like laundry detergent and band-aids. The hotel is just across the street from the Lake Spring Ecological Park; it can be a bit noisy during the day due to the road, but it's very quiet at night. I really liked this guesthouse; it's great value for money and highly recommended!"
