The location of the hotel is great, but spring facilities were not working 100% only 1 out 3 was used. The front of house service really needs improvement, unfriendly and was not helpful. Room pretty standard hotel style

幫家人訂的，性價比還行，但客服態度一般，還應該提高點。温泉點在酒店內，還算方便。早點還應該完善點，多一點西餐餐品。

酒店位置優越，周邊錢王門、湖泉生態園景色優美。早餐品種豐富，酒店三個露天温泉池，目前衹開放了一個，温泉池環境幽雅，池水也蠻乾淨的。酒店給升級了房型，景觀窗户關閉後，安靜無噪音。房間內如果配小冰箱就更好了。

位置很好找，景色也很漂亮，特別是日落的時候，沒得不像話。到了酒店，停車引導也很明確，辦理入住的時候小姐姐也很貼心，幫助講解得很到位，包括哪些位置怎麼玩之類的。入住的房間很乾凈，這樣的價位在度假區能有這麼乾淨整潔的房間是很難得了，房間沒有異味，細緻到地毯，浴缸都清理得很乾凈。各種營養類早餐，開啟一個美好的早晨。特別要讚的是：在酒店就可以泡温泉，温泉設施很完善，水質清澈，泡得最舒服的一個温泉池了，沒有喧囂的打擾，慢慢自己享受😎
