During the Chinese New Year, most hotels significantly inflate their prices, but this hotel's rates didn't seem to surge too drastically in comparison. The staff here are all quite enthusiastic. We booked two rooms, and one of them wasn't ready when we checked in (this might have been a slip-up due to the overwhelming number of guests during CNY). However, the manager personally came to apologize and explain the situation. A nice touch is that the hotel provides complimentary fruit and milk daily. The location is also very convenient; there's a delicious braised chicken rice noodle snack shop right downstairs. It's a great spot for families with kids.

Anonymous UserThe room I booked was exactly as pictured, spacious, stylishly decorated, and well-equipped. It was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust in sight. They even upgraded me to a hot spring room with an indoor tub for free! The front desk staff were excellent – attentive, friendly, gentle, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Huquan Ecological Park, just a 2-minute walk across the road. Dining options are incredibly convenient; turning right out of the hotel onto Wenquan Road, there are many fantastic local restaurants serving delicious dishes like 'Luji' (local chicken) and 'Guoqiao Mixian' (crossing-the-bridge noodles).
There were only two minor drawbacks. Firstly, being close to the road, there was some traffic noise, but the hotel provided earplugs, and it was much better with the window closed. Secondly, and I found this quite odd and unreasonable, all TV programs (including CCTV news) required paid subscriptions, even if the cost wasn't high. I hope they can improve this. Also, it would be great if the gym could provide towels and bottled water for guests to wipe off sweat and rehydrate.
Overall, this is a high-quality hotel that I highly recommend. If I ever visit Mile again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

I booked a king-size lake view room, and the view was fantastic. The amenities were excellent; there's an outdoor swimming pool in the inner courtyard on the first floor, and indoors, a quiet reading nook that feels like a cafe. Breakfast was superb, even offering steak. The staff noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and suggested we get a Jinjiang Silver membership, which came with four breakfast vouchers. We didn't even need to use the vouchers, as the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast directly. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and kids' towels and facial cleanser upon check-out. The only downside is that prices increase significantly closer to holidays, so you really need to book at least a week in advance to avoid the steep price hikes.

The hotel is located in the new urban area of Mile City, surrounded by guesthouses and hotels. The streets within the residential area are clean and tidy, with lush greenery and fragrant flowers lining the roads. Stepping into the hotel lobby, one is immediately struck by the artistic atmosphere. Several oil paintings hang on the walls, demonstrating exceptional skill; they are said to be the owner's own work. The receptionist is beautiful, generous, meticulous, and efficient; she is reportedly the manager. When checking out, the waiting time for our car was long, but the receptionist flexibly extended our stay by half an hour. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was spotless. The bathroom and sink were separated, and there were no unpleasant odors. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy. It was delicious and visually appealing, and the kitchen staff were exceptionally welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a very good stay.

DongyuscThis was my second visit to Mile, and I chose to stay at Lake Spring Hotel Block E again, mainly for the unlimited access to the mountainside hot springs. Upon arrival, I paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The view from the window was lovely, and I enjoyed just relaxing in the room. The hotel service was excellent, as always. Although Block E is a bit further from the Lakeside restaurant, which offers a great breakfast spread, it's conveniently close to the mountainside hot springs. Plus, the front desk provides a free shuttle service on demand, which is really handy. All the necessary in-room amenities are there, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a floor-standing drying rack on the balcony – no worries about wet clothes after soaking in the hot springs. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Guest UserLocated next to the city center, it's convenient for accessing other attractions. The rooms are large, clean, and the air conditioning is excellent. There's parking, and an elevator goes directly to the hotel. The lobby on the first floor is grand and has a large lounge area. Rose tea is available. There's also a billiards room and a gym on the first floor. On the seventh floor, there are three cozy hot spring baths that kids had a great time playing in. Located on the top floor, it offers panoramic city views and beautiful sunsets.
Breakfast is served on the second floor, with a wide variety of options including braised chicken rice noodles, steamed buns, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, soy milk, and milk. The Hamptons brand hotel is highly recommended.

It's very clean. The lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. Because it was a working day when we went, the outdoor hot spring only had one pool open. We went downstairs and the water was still being discharged. We sat next to it and waited for a while, and a waiter said You can go down and have a drink. The service is good in all aspects. What I want to especially praise is their breakfast. It’s so delicious. The braised chicken rice noodles are not inferior to the taste of other restaurants. I really like to eat toast. I used it. The butter is also from Anjia, not some other brand. You can also ask the chef to fry the omelette one side. I have to go to pick up the food many times and it will be troublesome. I am very satisfied. The shortcoming is probably that there is a house next to it. The sound of the construction work, the bed is very comfortable, but the noise makes it difficult to sleep in. However, the house under construction should be completed soon. I will stay here next time I go to Maitreya. It is convenient to park and go shopping around.

Posted on Jul 4, 2026|Zen Hot Spring Room (Double Bed) (Pool)
Guest UserI booked a room in the main building, which had a Zen-inspired design. The facilities were new and high-quality, with simple and stylish interiors. They even provided eye masks and earplugs, reflecting their emphasis on peace and tranquility. The entire hotel exuded a Zen atmosphere, with highlights like complimentary classes such as sound therapy, lacquer fan making, and tie-dyeing. The bedding was comfortable and conducive to good sleep, and the lighting offered various soft modes. The shower facilities were high-quality, and I was particularly impressed by the stone slab seating for showering – something I rarely see in other hotels. Breakfast was plentiful, a good mix of Chinese and Western options.
They contacted me in advance of my check-in and provided butler-style service.
The hotel's surroundings and the complimentary tickets to the Oriental Charm scenic area were great added values. You can also enter the Oriental Charm scenic area for free in the evenings to take a stroll.
However, the tatami sleeping area in the room wasn't ideal; it was elevated higher than the entrance hallway, and there was a step between the two areas, making it easy to stumble if you weren't careful. The soundproofing in the room was also a bit lacking. While the rooms on the first floor of the main building were more affordable, the second and third floors were much more expensive, yet the views were the same – just a slightly wider view of the same trees from the higher floors. Overall, the experience was relaxing and peaceful, perfect for wellness and vacation.

xioaocThe location is behind Qianwangmen, and there are many places to eat and drink around. great
There are 2 indoor hot spring pools on the first floor.
The room comes with two sets of kimonos for a man and a woman, which is great.
There were three of us together, the man and his baby were in the hot springs, and the woman was taking pictures in kimono. After that, go and eat and drink nearby. Perfect, right. The river view room also has a nice environment. The breakfast provided is just opposite the price and tastes good. The three family members are all satisfied. If we come to Maitreya again, we will still order this.
