Rachel Lim20I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its quiet atmosphere and attention to detail. The room I stayed in featured an onsen-style bathtub combined with a shower area, and I appreciated that the hotel provided a bottle of sanitizing solution to enhance hygiene and guest comfort.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers on the rooftop, which is very convenient for longer stays. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop onsen pool, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing.
Although the rooms do not come with a minibar, the hotel compensates by offering complimentary ice cream and additional bottled drinking water at the reception level. While the ice cream was not delicious, the extra refreshments were a thoughtful touch.
It will be good if the hotel not to allow guests smoke in common area such as dining hall for breakfast.
Overall, this hotel stands out for its peaceful environment, cleanliness, convenient access to food and park, and thoughtful amenities at very reasonable room rate. I would gladly stay here again.

Extremely satisfied! Coming from the MGallery in Dongfengyun, there was absolutely no letdown; in fact, I'd say the attention to detail here was even better. First off, the young lady at the front desk spoke softly and was very clear. The hotel's decor is exquisite, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the lake view is fantastic. The shower, toilet, and vanity are all separate, and the amenities provided are quite thoughtful – you can really feel the hotel's dedication to its guests. Breakfast was plentiful, and to my surprise, they even had salmon, kingfish, and herring sashimi – a truly unexpected bonus! It's very close to the lake, just across the road, and not far from Qianwang Gate or Focheng Shopping Mall. If I ever come back to Mile, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The hotel is located in the new urban area of Mile City, surrounded by guesthouses and hotels. The streets within the residential area are clean and tidy, with lush greenery and fragrant flowers lining the roads. Stepping into the hotel lobby, one is immediately struck by the artistic atmosphere. Several oil paintings hang on the walls, demonstrating exceptional skill; they are said to be the owner's own work. The receptionist is beautiful, generous, meticulous, and efficient; she is reportedly the manager. When checking out, the waiting time for our car was long, but the receptionist flexibly extended our stay by half an hour. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was spotless. The bathroom and sink were separated, and there were no unpleasant odors. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy. It was delicious and visually appealing, and the kitchen staff were exceptionally welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Facilities: The hotel is divided into ABCDE blocks. Block A is by the water, Block C has a breakfast restaurant, and Block E is close to the hot springs. My child loves feeding fish and swans, so we chose Block A, which has a very comfortable Southeast Asian style. We could take the hotel shuttle to other areas, and it was always readily available, which was very convenient. However, if you book Block A during the rainy season, I recommend getting a room facing the outer lake. Otherwise, you might end up like us, initially in a corner room facing the inner lake, where water flooded in due to the terrain. As you can see in the pictures, avoid the corner rooms on both sides (the photos with sunlight); the outer lake rooms are the best choice (the photos without sunlight), as you can feed both fish and swans from there.
Environment: The hotel is located right in the Lake Spring Ecological Park, a very comfortable and free large park with great ecology and not many people. If it weren't for the heavy rain, I would have truly loved it here.
Breakfast: The restaurant is spacious, and the food selection is extensive – absolutely wonderful. Outside the breakfast restaurant is another lake with koi fish, swans, and even squirrels in the trees, which the kids adored. We later tried the à la carte menu at another restaurant, Swan Lake, which was also good, though the staff seemed a bit aloof.
Service: We encountered heavy rain and our room getting flooded, so we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The staff helped us with the room change, and many employees were tirelessly pumping water and wiping down the corridors – they worked very hard. We also received complimentary fruit and snacks in our room. Out of the four hotels we stayed at, this was our child's favorite. It's a shame we couldn't experience the hot springs due to the rain. On a side note, my child and I were trapped by a downpour at Qianwang Gate in the middle of the night and sought help from the hotel, but they said no car could come to assist us. We felt a bit desperate at that moment.
Golden Black Diamond Rewards (choose one): Tianyi Afternoon Tea / Single Breakfast Voucher / Single Hot Spring Bath Voucher: The afternoon tea was beautiful.

I booked a king-size lake view room, and the view was fantastic. The amenities were excellent; there's an outdoor swimming pool in the inner courtyard on the first floor, and indoors, a quiet reading nook that feels like a cafe. Breakfast was superb, even offering steak. The staff noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and suggested we get a Jinjiang Silver membership, which came with four breakfast vouchers. We didn't even need to use the vouchers, as the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast directly. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and kids' towels and facial cleanser upon check-out. The only downside is that prices increase significantly closer to holidays, so you really need to book at least a week in advance to avoid the steep price hikes.

Guest UserLocated next to the city center, it's convenient for accessing other attractions. The rooms are large, clean, and the air conditioning is excellent. There's parking, and an elevator goes directly to the hotel. The lobby on the first floor is grand and has a large lounge area. Rose tea is available. There's also a billiards room and a gym on the first floor. On the seventh floor, there are three cozy hot spring baths that kids had a great time playing in. Located on the top floor, it offers panoramic city views and beautiful sunsets.
Breakfast is served on the second floor, with a wide variety of options including braised chicken rice noodles, steamed buns, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, soy milk, and milk. The Hamptons brand hotel is highly recommended.

It's very clean. The lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. Because it was a working day when we went, the outdoor hot spring only had one pool open. We went downstairs and the water was still being discharged. We sat next to it and waited for a while, and a waiter said You can go down and have a drink. The service is good in all aspects. What I want to especially praise is their breakfast. It’s so delicious. The braised chicken rice noodles are not inferior to the taste of other restaurants. I really like to eat toast. I used it. The butter is also from Anjia, not some other brand. You can also ask the chef to fry the omelette one side. I have to go to pick up the food many times and it will be troublesome. I am very satisfied. The shortcoming is probably that there is a house next to it. The sound of the construction work, the bed is very comfortable, but the noise makes it difficult to sleep in. However, the house under construction should be completed soon. I will stay here next time I go to Maitreya. It is convenient to park and go shopping around.

Guest UserOverall, a perfect stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for travel. The rooms were clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a spacious and comfortable layout. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities were complete and in good working order, and the soundproofing was also good. The staff were warm, polite, and responsive. Every aspect made me feel comfortable and attentive. It offers excellent value for money and is my top choice for accommodation. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

xioaocThe location is behind Qianwangmen, and there are many places to eat and drink around. great
There are 2 indoor hot spring pools on the first floor.
The room comes with two sets of kimonos for a man and a woman, which is great.
There were three of us together, the man and his baby were in the hot springs, and the woman was taking pictures in kimono. After that, go and eat and drink nearby. Perfect, right. The river view room also has a nice environment. The breakfast provided is just opposite the price and tastes good. The three family members are all satisfied. If we come to Maitreya again, we will still order this.

The hotel is centrally located in the old town of Mile, right by the old fountain street. Mile isn't very big, so it's convenient to get around from here. The room itself was decent and spacious, but some of the facilities weren't well-maintained. The TV in my room kept failing to turn on. On the first day, I had staff come fix it, and it worked fine that day, but then it inexplicably wouldn't turn on again the next day. Since I wasn't spending much time in the room anyway, I didn't even bother calling for repairs the second time. The hotel has three elevators, but they're not very smart; during peak hours, you often have to wait a long time to catch one.
