"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its quiet atmosphere and attention to detail. The room I stayed in featured an onsen-style bathtub combined with a shower area, and I appreciated that the hotel provided a bottle of sanitizing solution to enhance hygiene and guest comfort.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers on the rooftop, which is very convenient for longer stays. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop onsen pool, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing.
Although the rooms do not come with a minibar, the hotel compensates by offering complimentary ice cream and additional bottled drinking water at the reception level. While the ice cream was not delicious, the extra refreshments were a thoughtful touch.
It will be good if the hotel not to allow guests smoke in common area such as dining hall for breakfast.
Overall, this hotel stands out for its peaceful environment, cleanliness, convenient access to food and park, and thoughtful amenities at very reasonable room rate. I would gladly stay here again."

"The room is very neat, clean and spacious. The toilet is also a smart toilet and has disposable toilet mats. Most of the things in the room are disposable items. It is very hygienic and safe. I stayed in two rooms. I highly recommend the room with its own hot spring pool. The hot spring pool that comes with it is very dry. The net and water are refilled after every guest stays. It is very clean and hygienic and very safe. It is suitable for couples, family and friends. The service of the people in the hotel is also very good and very polite. On rainy days, you can borrow umbrellas in the hotel. The hotel environment is also very nice and the rooms are cheap."

A very good stay experience, the attractions and food recommended by the boss are very good, there are beautiful gardens, large landscape terraces, the family stayed for 3 days, I really want to live here for a long time. The homestay is fully equipped, clean and tidy, and the service is warm, just like in your own home.

GGuest UserFacilities: We booked a two-bedroom cabin with a private hot spring tub. It's right next to another unit, so privacy is a bit limited. We were given a three-bedroom cabin, and I'm not sure if that was a mistake. While it looks a bit dated, there aren't any major issues overall, just a few points for improvement: 1) Not enough power outlets. 2) To access the hot tub in the backyard, you have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. It would be much more convenient if there was direct access from the cabin. 3) For a resort and hot spring hotel, there's a lack of drying facilities for clothes.
Cleanliness: No issues, it was well-maintained and clean. The hot tubs are also cleaned by staff, but the cleaning personnel wore their shoes directly into the tub, which wasn't a great sight.
Environment: Located within a park, the environment is undeniably beautiful, and the air is fresh. There's a shuttle service to the park's stations. I recommend visiting Monet's Garden; you can directly rent electric scooters by the lake.
Service: Excellent, with quick responses and a good attitude.
Dining: The breakfast restaurant has a wonderful view right by the lake, and the rice noodles are tasty.
Transportation isn't very convenient, as it's about half an hour from the city center, and there are no nearby dining options. However, if you're driving with kids, I highly recommend staying for two days to fully enjoy the experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located inside the scenic area, which made bringing luggage in a bit inconvenient, but hotel staff came out to guide us and even helped us with our luggage. We were very grateful! 🙏🏻 The hotel has an elegant environment, a traditional courtyard house, with tea and coffee available. The rooms were clean and tidy. The view of the Honghe River water town is in front, with its small bridges and flowing water, while a park trail is in the back. The owner even gave us two complimentary cups of coffee, which were very fragrant and delicious!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a pick-up service, which is thoughtful 👍. The breakfast is fully self-service. The products are comprehensive and can fully meet the needs of different passengers. Good night milk is also given as a gift in the evening. The service is very considerate. There is an unlimited supply of mineral water. Passengers can get their own water. The room is very spacious. Clean and quiet. It was very spacious for us, two adults and two children, to live together. There are three swimming pools on the first floor. The water temperature in the small pools is relatively high and relatively clean. Overall, the service experience is very good. I will choose to stay here next time if I have the opportunity.

AAnonymous UserWent during the Spring Festival! The house is very nice, big and bright. The front desk also helped us upgrade the room for free. The room is very quiet, and the air conditioning and heating in the house are also sufficient! The breakfast tastes good, and Mengzi's cross-bridge rice noodles are quite authentic! It is still worth staying!
