The service was excellent and the environment was beautiful, with lots of small animals, making for a great ecosystem. The hotel is very large and offers plenty of picturesque spots for photos. You can easily spend your time at the hotel, taking pictures and enjoying the hot springs, which are very comfortable. The mattress was incredibly comfy, and breakfast was plentiful.

Facilities: The hotel is divided into ABCDE blocks. Block A is by the water, Block C has a breakfast restaurant, and Block E is close to the hot springs. My child loves feeding fish and swans, so we chose Block A, which has a very comfortable Southeast Asian style. We could take the hotel shuttle to other areas, and it was always readily available, which was very convenient. However, if you book Block A during the rainy season, I recommend getting a room facing the outer lake. Otherwise, you might end up like us, initially in a corner room facing the inner lake, where water flooded in due to the terrain. As you can see in the pictures, avoid the corner rooms on both sides (the photos with sunlight); the outer lake rooms are the best choice (the photos without sunlight), as you can feed both fish and swans from there. Environment: The hotel is located right in the Lake Spring Ecological Park, a very comfortable and free large park with great ecology and not many people. If it weren't for the heavy rain, I would have truly loved it here. Breakfast: The restaurant is spacious, and the food selection is extensive – absolutely wonderful. Outside the breakfast restaurant is another lake with koi fish, swans, and even squirrels in the trees, which the kids adored. We later tried the à la carte menu at another restaurant, Swan Lake, which was also good, though the staff seemed a bit aloof. Service: We encountered heavy rain and our room getting flooded, so we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The staff helped us with the room change, and many employees were tirelessly pumping water and wiping down the corridors – they worked very hard. We also received complimentary fruit and snacks in our room. Out of the four hotels we stayed at, this was our child's favorite. It's a shame we couldn't experience the hot springs due to the rain. On a side note, my child and I were trapped by a downpour at Qianwang Gate in the middle of the night and sought help from the hotel, but they said no car could come to assist us. The hotel is located in an ecological park with a beautiful environment. Kids loved getting close to the water and feeding the black swans. The room was clean and made us feel right at home. A big shout-out to the front desk staff! Not only did they give us a free room upgrade, but they also personally helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. Truly thoughtful!

Located right by Huquan Park, this is the largest hotel in the city, and its amenities are incredibly comprehensive. The shuttle to the hot springs is very convenient; you don't have to wait long to board. The hot springs even have toys that kids love, which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel's restaurant is also worth mentioning – the food is fantastic! Whether it's the breakfast buffet or dinner, the chefs are consistently excellent. While the hotel facilities are a bit old and there's a slight odor, overall, it offers great value for money!

The hotel isn't brand new, but I booked the A building which has the best facilities. During my two-day stay in Mile, we experienced heavy rain, and the hotel's emergency response was excellent. The room attendants were very friendly, and the lobby staff were professional. It was a good stay overall. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, I couldn't visit any attractions and only got to enjoy the hot springs. I'll definitely come back next time.

Fantastic experience! I upgraded my room to Building A and it was amazing. There were swans, water birds, and fish. The hot springs were great, and the shuttle service was a convenient touch. Had a fantastic stay! We booked a room in Building E, right next to the hot springs. A small river flows in front, with black swans and koi fish swimming freely. Across the way is an ecological park, a popular spot for locals to relax. The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. Service was excellent.

The hotel's environment is fantastic, and the service is excellent. We booked a family room in Block A, and it was perfect for three people. The room has a balcony where you can feed swans and fish. There's also a small tent, which the kids loved. The hotel is surrounded by a lake, so you can easily spend a whole day exploring, and dining options are convenient. They even have a shuttle bus for the hot springs, which is very handy.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment with clean, tidy, and comfortable rooms. The service was warm and attentive, and there's a dedicated parking lot. The black swans were a particular hit with the kids, who absolutely loved them! Breakfast was plentiful, and the Huquan braised chicken was delicious. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of the hotel quickly setting up a canopy corridor between the restaurant and the lobby when it rained. However, the travel photography experience was a bit disappointing and felt rushed.
