酒店就位於湖邊，過個馬路就是，非常方便。酒店員工非常的熱情，服務非常的周到，為什麼用非常，自己去住了就知道了。房間寬敞，特別是浴室很大，水量也不錯，每天都有牛奶水果相送。之前看了評論，説早餐很棒，不吃不知道，一大早就吃牛排，我也是頭一回。下個月父母也要來彌勒，一定還是住這家👍

房間夠大配置了智能的傢俱，包括自助窗簾，自動馬桶，語音助手，可以通過呼喊語音助手實現開關電視空調等，燈光通過智能控制可以調整10-99%光度。同時樓頂也配備了洗衣機烘乾機很方便。早餐很豐盛每人有一客牛扒，但入住時正值暑假人很多，服務跟不上桌子也沒人擦。
酒店有温泉和泳池，和隔壁酒店共用，人很多，池水有問題感覺不太乾淨，但小朋友玩一下還是不錯的。
硬件設施不太好，樓下是商業，共用電梯，上下不用刷卡安全需要加強。電梯很慢而且空氣不好很臭，送水師傅也在電梯裏面抽煙，希望加強管理。服務繼續加強。

房間設計，bug太多，感覺是沒住過酒店的人設計的，非常不人性化。最糟糕的還是前台服務，解決問題的方式根本不是本着解決去的，而且道歉的方式，居然是把問題推給顧客。服務最令人討厭的就是狡辯和解釋，令人無法接受。錦江還是不會做酒店，這個價格，完全不匹配，再不會住了。

綜合評價一下吧，定位是中高端，但是不合適。服務態度還可以，早餐也還可以，這是不錯的地方。但是設施是真垃圾，第一天住的時候不能洗澡，花灑壞的，另外浴缸的那個出水很小，放滿個浴缸一個小時多，熱水跟冷水的，電視也是壞的，第二天反應了這個問題，修了花灑，電視，但是不能關電視關了再開就是沒網，第三天再住打掃衞生竟然礦泉水一瓶不放，第四天洗澡真的很想發火，那個沐浴露從第一天開始就見底的，到第四天都還是見底不會加的，第五天離店了，説好的伴手禮是什麼，沒看到不知道。真是兩分吧，不像一個檔次酒店。我是每天早晨很早就出去忙，晚上回酒店，沒時間換酒店，真是哎
