"The room isn't huge, but it's very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop just 70 meters away, making it super convenient to get to the Southeast Yunnan Market and various attractions. It's also within walking distance to Ecocycle Lake, traditional Mile snack shops, and lamb noodle restaurants. I stayed for two nights, and the hotel even offered a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. The 'Xiaodu Xiaodu' smart assistant controlling the lights, music, and curtains in the room was incredibly convenient. Definitely worth staying here."

"Seeing it was a newly opened Intercontinental brand hotel, I booked it. And it definitely lived up to expectations when I arrived. Facilities: As a new hotel, it has everything you'd expect: a gym, self-service laundry room, an infinity heated pool, and public hot tubs. Ambiance: Very good, I really liked the decor style, quite similar to an Indigo hotel. Service: The service from both the front desk and the restaurant staff was very enthusiastic. Although there were some minor details where they seemed a bit inexperienced, overall it was great."

"As a new hotel in Mile that had only been open for a few days, this all-season hotel truly impressed me. The entire hotel is very new, with every detail from the lobby to the guest rooms being clean and tidy, without any of the discomfort often associated with new renovations. The service was even more impressive; from the front desk onwards, every staff member was smiling and greeted guests proactively, truly making you feel at home. They always responded to guests' needs with full effort, being both professional and attentive. The highlight for me was the five hot spring pools. The water quality was crystal clear, the environment comfortable, and it wasn't crowded, making it a perfect choice for relaxation. If the water temperature in the pools could be slightly warmer, the experience would be even more perfect. When checking out, the front desk even prepared delicate pastries in advance, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with a rich variety and authentic flavors. Overall, this was an unexpectedly great stay, and I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting this area."

"Shede Hot Spring Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 16-day trip to Southeast Yunnan. The hotel's decor is simple yet comfortable. Private vehicles can't drive directly to the hotel entrance; only those arranged by the hotel can. The staff were very welcoming; knowing our arrival time, they sent a young man to the roadside to help us with our luggage. The hotel is located right in Honghe Water Town, which makes for a pleasant stroll after dinner. There are also plenty of restaurants along a road not far from the hotel, making dining very convenient. The hotel offers private hot springs; you just need to book a time in advance. For a one-night stay, you get two hours. You can choose from various types like sulfur, rose, or milk baths. The private spring pools are quite large, easily fitting four people, and very clean. After each use, a dedicated staff member cleans and disinfects them. The hotel also has a laundry room with two washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for long-term travelers like us to wash clothes. It would be even better if they added some stools to the laundry room. The hotel breakfast was good, and the coffee was excellent too. We stayed in a twin room, which is the only room type at 30 square meters. It's not overly spacious, and it would be great if the hotel offered larger twin room options for guests to choose from. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom features a three-way dry/wet separation. The shower has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The only minor complaint is that the toilet area doesn't have a door, which can be a bit awkward when traveling with friends. Overall, this hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. I would definitely book Shede again on my next visit to Mile and have already recommended it to friends, who also loved it after their stay."

Service: Whenever I had questions, the owner answered patiently, and requests for replacements or supplies were handled very quickly. Environment: A simple, clean courtyard. It's very quiet at night for sleeping, and in the morning, you can hear birds chirping – a comfortable 'white noise.' There's even a bayberry tree in the courtyard."

"This time we stayed at Wyndham Mile for my wife's birthday, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to go out and shop. The room facilities are brand new and meticulously clean, with great attention to hygiene details. The room comes with a private hot spring, which was incredibly relaxing and provided maximum comfort. We communicated in advance about birthday decorations, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room simply, making the occasion feel special. The front desk staff were friendly and patient with their service. There are two minor issues I hope the hotel can improve: First, the in-room phone couldn't connect to the front desk, making it inconvenient to contact them only via mobile phone. Second, rooms facing the street experienced noise from passing vehicles in the morning, which made it easy to be woken up. Aside from these two points, everything else was very satisfactory, and I would highly recommend it overall."
