Lanzhou Xiguan Shizi Zhongshan Bridge UrCove by Hyatt Hotel

This hotel in Lanzhou was a fantastic choice for our Gansu trip. It's right in the city center, very close to Zhongshan Bridge and the Gansu Provincial Museum, making it super convenient to get to all the great local food spots. My whole family was really impressed with the hotel's service. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and quick to help with any questions or issues we had.

📍 The golden location is simply impeccable! Situated right in the heart of the Xiguan Cross commercial district, you step out and you're directly on Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street. Zhengning Road Night Market is just a short walk away, so your 'eat and explore' mode can be activated anytime. It's a 5-minute walk straight to Zhongshan Bridge; at night, you can enjoy the illuminated iron bridge with the gentle breeze from the Yellow River. It's also super convenient for visiting Baita Mountain Park and the Yellow River Ropeway. Metro Line 1 is right around the corner, so getting around is a breeze with no detours needed. The room itself was clean and tidy. The front desk staff had a great service attitude, and the breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Highly recommended!

The environment here is pretty good, and it's easy to find. When you check in, they ask if you'd like a late-night soup, with choices like pear soup and grey bean soup. There are also small activities and games to participate in. The rooms are clean and even come with an air purifier.

This hotel is excellent! The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and running errands. The in-room facilities are new and complete, and all the smart devices work perfectly. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic. Next time I'm in Lanzhou, I'll definitely stay here again.

The cleaning staff were punctual and regularly replenished the amenities. 3. The service was excellent; the staff were always smiling, accommodating, and very well-trained. The hotel also provided snacks, and when our in-room water ran out, they promptly brought more. 4. The heating was fantastic; I could walk barefoot on the floor and still feel warm. The room also came equipped with a coffee machine and a humidifier, so we could make our own coffee and tea.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and hygienic, making it a perfect choice for business trips or vacations. Highly recommend!
