Crystal Orange Lanzhou West Railway Station ZhongTianjian Plaza

I booked this hotel last minute and was quite satisfied. We drove to Lanzhou, and it had an underground parking lot. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was provided. The location is also quite good, close to the city center.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Breakfast was excellent! They even offered complimentary Mercedes-Benz shuttle service from Lanzhou West Station. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The minibar had free drinks, and the bedding was great with a choice of soft and firm pillows.

The service was excellent, truly outstanding. The environment was also very good. I'm extremely satisfied.

A very comfortable hotel with great room facilities and a rich breakfast. I was especially satisfied with the hotel's airport shuttle service; it was punctual, and the driver was polite, friendly, and well-dressed in uniform. The front desk staff were also friendly and polite. A very satisfying stay, and I would choose Orange Crystal Hotel again if I have the chance! 😀

Nana and Zhengzheng provided excellent service, and the facilities were very convenient.

The room facilities are great, and Xiao Wu and Hao Hao provided excellent service.

Facilities: Very new and practical, with a fridge stocked with drinks. The room is also quite spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: The environment is excellent, and you can see Lanzhou West Station from the window. Service: The service is very enthusiastic; they always try to solve any problems. Breakfast is rich and varied. Overall, it was a great experience, and my child loved it. Lanzhou High-Speed Train Station pick-up and drop-off service: Free pick-up and drop-off if booked in advance.

The room was great. My friend's original hotel had a power outage, so I immediately invited her to stay with me. Both she and her partner were very happy with the hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and the location was good. We left together the next day, and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel's location is convenient, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the entire place is clean with no strange odors. The service was prompt, and I'm very satisfied with my stay.
