Great location and affordable price. The room was very clean and the hotel has its own parking, which is convenient if you're driving. They even offered a small gift upon check-in, which was a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

With the nice price of USD 68 on 14/2, poor mattress, dated towels, tiring rooms, extremely crazy roaring loud air-con engine at room 2112, lazy staff at the towel counter, are all acceptable.
Nice pools safe and clean, excellent location with 4 min walk to beach, the hotel also provide hair conditioner, soap, 4 bottles of water daily, fridge, balcony to dry clothes, bubble pool for children, nice little plants in pot on table, 7-11 convenient store & street food stall, massage shops, Japanese restaurant Ronin, steak house, cafe, just outside hotel, are all big bonus!

The hotel's location is convenient, with markets, convenience stores, and restaurants all within walking distance! The private beach is very comfortable, and the hotel is close to the Sanctuary of Truth, which you can see from the sea-view rooms. The facilities are a bit old, but the breakfast is quite extensive. The beach fireworks show was amazing, and it's very friendly to Chinese guests. They had special Chinese New Year programs and a beachfront buffet specifically for Chinese guests, but unfortunately, my plans changed, and I couldn't attend!

The hotel is very conveniently located. It's 5-7 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to Terminal 21. The grounds are green, and the pool is nice, large, and clean. I didn't smell any chlorine. But!! This is definitely not a 4-star hotel! The outlets in the room aren't European-standard, and Wi-Fi is only available at reception. The shower head doesn't stay on the counter, so you have to hold the shower in your hand. There were no towels or a kettle when I checked in, but they brought them immediately upon request. The towels are really washed-out and sometimes torn, but they change them daily. The lighting in the room is very dim. The air conditioner is old and noisy, but it doesn't blow directly onto the bed. However, after 2 or 3 days, the noise starts to get annoying at night. The receptionists are very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for budget travelers. Despite all the shortcomings mentioned, I would stay here again. The price is normal, there are no insects or rodents of any kind, and the proximity to the beach and shopping centers is excellent.

The water park is great for families with kids and has its own beach, which is much cleaner than Pattaya Beach. However, unlike in China, there are no lifeguards, so be careful. The breakfast area is spacious and the variety is decent. You can walk to the lively Terminal 21, but it's a hot 20-minute walk. The hotel is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, definitely worth staying at. They proactively replenish the bottled water every day, which is a nice touch.

The curtains in the room had large gaps on both sides (see Figure 1), letting in a lot of light. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and only got about 4 hours of sleep each night. I'd fall asleep around 1:20 AM and wake up with the sunrise at 6 AM 😂. The layout of the bathroom and shower was very poorly designed (see Figure 2); the floor would get completely wet after showering, making it very inconvenient to use the toilet.

Good value for money. It's a decent place, within walking distance of the terminal. The pool area is good, featuring kids' slides and plenty of sun loungers. There's a swim-up bar for snacks and drinks. The rooms are spacious, and the balconies are nice, equipped with drying racks. There's plenty of shelving and storage space for your belongings. There's a decent cafe right across the street.
Breakfasts are average; while you can fill up, they're nothing special.
The staff, particularly the woman who checked us in, was awful. We checked in during the evening, and she was immediately unhappy. I had originally requested a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but she claimed no such rooms were available, adding, 'If you don't like it, come back tomorrow,' despite our night being pre-paid. Ultimately, we took a room on the first floor and didn't bother to move later, as it actually turned out to be much more convenient. The stairs are steep and high, so elderly guests might find them difficult to climb. We only saw one or two mosquitoes, and on the balcony, there were just red ants, one of which bit me once.
Overall, it's a decent hotel for the price. Would I come back? I'd have to think about it twice.

Had a great experience! The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, which made check-in super easy. Everyone was very polite – they even helped me with my luggage as soon as I got out of the car. Plus, they have a shuttle every hour to Pattaya Beach and Terminal 21. The breakfast was delicious too. I'll definitely come back next time!

The facilities look older than in the pictures. The pool is blocked by tall buildings, so it doesn't get any sun and the water is quite cold. Also, the shower water in the room kept fluctuating between cold and lukewarm, but never got hot. On the plus side, you can see a corner of the Sanctuary of Truth from the hotel.

The manager (i forgot the name) she assisted us by that time around 15:00 on March 6, we booked only the Superior room with seaview then they upgraded from normal room to the room with kitchen and laundry with the sea view. Thank you so much for that.
But the cleanliness of our room is a bit disappointing, first our pillow have smell of something just like somone used and didn't replace it. second the trash under the sink, used towels and robes didn't collect when we ask for make up room. But the location is perfect, it is located nearby the beach and in front of the mall. So it is very easy to us to buy the things we needed.

Even though I'm not a big fan of sweets, the few bites I had were really delicious. The hotel room is definitely worth the price, and the breakfast spread is fantastic – they have over 10 different drink options alone! If I go to Pattaya again, I'll definitely be back!

We were very disappointed to find that an expensive New Year’s Eve dinner was automatically included in our price. This was not mentioned in our Trip.com confirmation and felt like a ”tricky” hidden fee. The food at the gala was quite simple for such a high price. On a positive note, the staff put on an interesting show featuring Thai dancing and boxing (I hope they were paid extra for their hard work!), though the singer and band were unremarkable.

The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.
The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road
The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location on Beach Road 2, with baht buses to Terminal 21 passing right outside. You can reach the beach by walking through the alley opposite the hotel entrance. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioning is noisy. Luckily, despite the language barrier, Trip.com customer service was reliable and followed up all day, helping me resolve the issue smoothly. So, this positive review is for Trip.com customer service; I'm very grateful to them.

My room was facing Soi Buakhao but i could not hear any street noises at night and had a peaceful sleep.
Rooms were clean and function as expected with fast enough wifi for streaming movies and live sports on my tv box (self brought).
Breakfast was plentiful but simple. Its cheaper to book a room with breakfast as the walk in price for breakfast is 250baht per person.
Vending machines in every ground floor lobby for drinks and snacks.
2 sets of swimming pools and 1 small gym.
