We stayed at this hotel for the second time because we had a great experience during our first visit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay again. The hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the large swimming pool is fantastic. The location is also very convenient, with Wongamat Beach just a short walk away.
However, we noticed a few things that have become worse compared to our previous stay. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Last year there was a buffet with a good variety of food, and it was excellent. This time, during the first two days, there was no breakfast at all, even though it was included in our booking. We had to buy our own food, which was quite disappointing. When breakfast finally became available, the selection was very limited—usually just fried eggs and rice. We hope the hotel will improve this because the difference from our previous visit was very noticeable.
Another issue was the Wi-Fi. It stopped working several times during our 14-day stay. If you need a stable internet connection, it is better to have a local SIM card instead of relying only on the hotel’s Wi-Fi.
Despite these issues, we still had a wonderful vacation. The hotel remains a great choice thanks to its affordable price, comfortable rooms, excellent pool, good service, and convenient location. We hope to return again in the future and see the breakfast and Wi-Fi improved. Highly recommended!
