The front desk service was excellent. When I ordered takeout and didn't have cash, the front desk even helped me translate to the delivery driver and exchanged money for me. On the day of check-in, as soon as we got out of the car, they came to help us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. The service was absolutely fantastic! 👍

This was my first time trying this hotel in South Pattaya. It's a hotel-cum-service apartment right on the main road, close to various food options, making it convenient to walk around and find something to eat. It's also near a 7-Eleven. The building is shaped like a ship. The staff are incredibly service-minded. I got a room in building 2, and it smelled clean and fresh. The room itself was clean and quite spacious for the price, with a well-divided layout. The functionality felt very well thought out for guests. The bed was comfortable, though a little on the soft side. There's a fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and everything was delicious – I really loved it! My only minor quibble is that the parking and the restaurant are a bit far from each other. If I come back, I'll definitely stay here again.

After a long search, we finally chose this hotel. As soon as we entered, we were impressed by the excellent service. The front desk staff, both male and female, were all very lovely. We stayed in Building 2, and it wasn't noisy at all. When we checked out, the lady from Building 2, CKIM, was also very kind and helped us check our room and luggage.

Good value for money hotel. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfasts were good. On the downside, there was a lot of noise (loud mopeds at night), and the lack of proper curtains (only roller blinds, so if you open them during the day, you're on full display). Also, we couldn't find any fruit stalls nearby.

Clean and convenient. The housekeeper who cleaned the room was lovely and the reception staff were all smiling.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean, and the bed is super soft. There are plenty of restaurants around.

This is my third stay here. Although the location isn't in a bustling area, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The main reason I keep coming back is the excellent service quality. Ms. Mind, in particular, provided outstanding service. Thumbs up!

The service was excellent; they proactively carried my luggage to the room. Communication was smooth, and NOK at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Highly recommended. The breakfast was also great, and the environment was pleasant.
