Meliá Pattaya Hotel

We paid extra to upgrade from our original room. This is a newly opened hotel and overall, the staff are friendly. It's spotlessly clean, as expected, and I liked the soft, comfortable bed. The amenities were decent too, and I was glad we booked a larger room than the standard one, as the basic rooms are a bit small. The location is particularly good, just a short walk up Soi 6. Overall, it's excellent. The car park is large, and the thoughtful front desk staff really stood out. The breakfast was surprisingly good – not just tasty, but there was a good variety. What was particularly impressive was the foreign head chef, who was personally overseeing everything and even made omelets himself, showing a lot of dedication. We had a very comfortable stay.

Meliá Pattaya Hotel, opening in 2025, is a brand new 5-star resort situated in the heart of Pattaya, Thailand (Moo 9, Nongprue), just about 600 meters from Pattaya Beach. The hotel blends modern design with Mediterranean resort vibes, offering an outdoor swimming pool, multiple restaurants, bars, a gym, and a kids' club.

Normally, I avoid staying in hotels on Sukhumvit Soi 2 because it seems a bit deserted and the hotels look scary. But Leela changed my mind completely – it was a real 'wow!' moment when I walked in. It's so beautiful and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly, practically escorting you from the moment you arrive, even if you're dressed super casually in pajamas. Overall, both the room and the hotel itself are great. This time I wasn't prepared with the right gear, but next time I'm definitely going to try out the sauna, fitness center, massage, food, and drinks. See you again for sure! P.S. I forgot to take a picture of the bathroom, but it was very clean (and I'm someone who really values a clean bathroom, so this place gets a pass from me).

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. We drove to T21 and it was a quick trip. The hotel itself is new and clean, and the breakfast, while not a huge variety, was really tasty. The room was also spotless.

Extremely satisfied! The room was exactly as pictured, very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even surprised me with a little gift on my birthday. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Pattaya in the future.

Great service, very new, and I'd definitely stay here again. There are also many massage shops and convenience stores nearby.

The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very kind and attentive from check-in to check-out, which made me feel very much at ease. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The facilities were excellent, and I didn't experience any inconvenience during my stay. Overall, it offered great value for money, and I would definitely want to stay here again if I have the chance to visit this area.
