The room is nice and clean. We like the big bath tub in the room and also the swimming pool with great view. There is a food and drink menu for breakfast that you can order unlimitedly. Remember to reserve time slots for breakfast before midnight. The staff Nisa is friendly. And there is a 7-11 and 24 Foodland supermarket nearby. We enjoy our stay here. Recommend this hotel!!

Our stay at Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, the breakfast was really good, and the welcome drink was delicious. The rooftop view made the whole experience feel extra special ✨✨

It was a good hotel, i would not say it is a real 5 Star one, for this there a re too many small things who are against it. Ther Crew was good, that's for sure. But i payed for breakfast and they only have 35 seats for it, so it means you have to book a time when you want to come for breakfast and only for half an hour, that's not what i want from a real top hotel.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The room is huge, clean, and modern, with great amenities like a washing machine. The location is perfect, close to the bus station and lots of local shops and restaurants. Special thanks to NISA and AMP for their outstanding service! They were so kind, helpful, and made our stay even better with their smooth English communication and warm hospitality. This is easily one of the best stays I’ve had in Pattaya—I’ll absolutely be back!
