Hotel J Pattaya

They're building a house next door, so it's quite noisy during the day. The pool is lovely, with both a kids' pool and an adult section, and a good depth. There's always a lifeguard on duty. The parking lot is large and plentiful, which is super convenient, especially when traveling with kids.

The front desk service was excellent! The environment was top-notch!!

The hotel room was spacious, bright, and had a bathtub. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and the WiFi was secure and stable.

This was the room I booked for my last day in Pattaya. I haven't stayed at the hotel before, so I don't know what it's like, which is why I won't say much. I paid for a room, booked it, and then the hotel wouldn't let me stay. Is a Thai hotel a regulatory body? A police station? Are we all criminal suspects when we come to stay? Do we not even have human rights? In the end, I still want to thank Ctrip's customer service staff. They kept helping us solve the problem and continued to communicate with me even after I returned home. Thank you all for your hard work!
