I will definitely choose this hotel again next time when I visit Tokyo! Location is 10/10, just opposite to JR station and a few mins away from Akihabara. Room is spacious as compared to other hotels in Tokyo, also very clean with a chic design. Love the shower room, surprised to see that the amenities are made in Italy. Would be even better if lotion is provided since Japan's winter is really dry. Breakfast is nice and front desk staff are friendly and cheerful.

Great stay at this hotel! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent amenities. The location was convenient, close to popular attractions. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to others. Will definitely return on my next visit to the city. Highly satisfied!

Thank MIYU During my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff, MIYU (an intern), left a very deep impression on me. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and my English is not very good. However, MIYU could already understand what I wanted to say before I finished my sentence. This shows that she truly understands the needs of customers and is very empathetic. She is also very familiar with all aspects of the hotel’s operations and answered my questions patiently. Her attitude and work performance are truly commendable, and she made me feel very welcomed. I am very grateful for her help. ≧◔◡◔≦ 今回日本を旅行した際に、このホテルに宿泊しました。フロントのインターンスタッフであるMIYUさんは、とても印象的でした。 私は予定より早くホテルに到着し、英語もあまり得意ではありませんが、MIYUさんは私が話し終える前に、すでに私の伝えたいことを理解してくださいました。それは、彼女が顧客のニーズをよく理解し、とても共感力のある方だということを示しています。また、ホテルの業務にもとても詳しく、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれました。 彼女の態度と仕事ぶりは本当に称賛に値します。おかげでとても温かく迎えられていると感じました。彼女の助けに心から感謝しています。 ≧◔◡◔≦ 這次在日本旅遊期間，我入住了這家酒店。前台接待人員 MIYU（實習員工）給我留下了非常深刻的印象。 我提早到達酒店，英文水平也不太好，但 MIYU 在我話還沒說完的時候，已經明白我想表達的意思，證明她非常了解顧客的需求，也非常有同理心。而且她對酒店的各項業務都非常熟悉，解答問題時很有耐心。她的態度跟工作表現值得表揚，讓我感受到賓至如歸，非常感謝她的幫助！≧◔◡◔≦

It’s a very convenient place to stay close to the station and it has a couple of stores to buy from and to eat out. The view in the hotel we’re staying at, was the best view for us. The staff at the hotel cleans our stuff often and change our bins and clothes etc. The service staff helps us a lot go through stuff with the luggage packing and cleaning information. It was a comfortable experience to have. Thank you!!

Well located near a train station, with a famous fox temple nearby and good local food.. checkin and checkout process was easy and seamless.. beds were clean and comfortable, with free ear plugs provided toilets were closed for cleaning from 10am to 4pm.. this seems like the standard for most hostels/ capsule places.. they had a small foyer for regular folks but its not too big and sometimes crowded
