Hotel Monte Hermana Tokyo

The hotel boasts an excellent location near Tokyo Station, specifically the Yaesu exit. You can navigate through the underground mall, take an elevator to ground level, and once outside, look for a cafe called Tsubakiya Coffee. The hotel is located on a small street right next to this cafe. The room itself is quite small; there's barely enough space to open two suitcases. However, it's clean and tidy, equipped with a bathtub, shower, refrigerator, and an electric kettle. Our room had a window, but there was no view – just a very close-up wall of the adjacent building. The air conditioning unit seemed a bit old, as even on the lowest setting, it made a noticeable sound. The staff were very friendly. Toiletries like facial cleanser and lotion are available for guests to pick up at the front desk. During non-breakfast hours, guests can also enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. Additionally, hotels in Tokyo charge a consumption tax per person, with the exact amount calculated based on the nightly room rate. Ctrip does mention this, and the front desk will collect it. For our stay of 4 people across 2 rooms for 1 night, we paid 400 JPY.

The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station's underground exit 22. The hotel is small but well-equipped. We stayed in a triple room, which was bigger than expected and allowed us to fully open our suitcases. The front desk offers free drinks and Wi-Fi, and there are free samples of branded facial masks and skincare products for guests to use. There are only two washing machines, so you might have to wait during peak hours. The breakfast area is a bit small, and the selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. If you're particular about breakfast, I'd recommend eating out.

Excellent location and perfect sleep quality! After exiting Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall Exit 22, take the first alley, and you'll spot the hotel. The ground floor is where you catch the elevator, and the reception desk for check-in is on the second floor. The second floor also features a public area with complimentary tea and coffee. It's worth noting that both the front desk staff and housekeepers I encountered this time could communicate in Chinese, making their service incredibly friendly and reassuring! Room comfort completely exceeded my expectations! The soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise these past few days. The pillow was very supportive and comfortable, and the air conditioning didn't blow directly onto the bed, so I slept wonderfully every night. There are charging ports by the bed, and you can even set your own wake-up call from the phone, which is very convenient. Two bottles of water are replenished daily in the room. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, making showers very pleasant, and the shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel are also quite good. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely want to visit again!

This hotel is very close to the Tokyo Shinkansen station, but it's a bit further when taking the Narita Express back to Narita Airport. The room is small; there's just enough space at the foot of the bed to open a 24-inch suitcase, and another suitcase has to be placed in front of the bathroom door. Although the breakfast selection isn't vast, it's delicious and even includes smoked salmon and Parma ham. The hotel staff are also very friendly.

The room was a good size, clean and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised that the front desk offered a variety of personal amenities to choose from. It was also a big plus that they had a self-service beverage station with hot water and sparkling water. The hotel's location is excellent, offering great value for money. The surrounding streets are very clean, and it's super close to Tokyo Station and the Shinkansen ticket office.

Facilities: The room was small but well-equipped. We booked a triple room and the three beds filled most of the space, but all the amenities were great. Hygiene: No need to worry about cleanliness; it was much cleaner than places I've stayed in China. Environment: It's quite close to Tokyo Station. From the hotel, you can reach the Yaesu underground passage within 100 meters, which leads directly to Tokyo Station. Service: There's a self-service tea and drink bar next to the front desk, which was a nice touch! 👍🏻
