Good location near gotanda station which gives you access to popular spots like Shinjuku , Shibuya, ahkihabara via Jr Yamato line.
Just beside the hotel is the saison bakery which serves excellent breakfast and is a popular spot.
Luxas gotanda east massage is also just a 5 mins walk and is one of the best massage I have tried. It’s traditional shiatsu massage.
Don don Donki is also nearby .
Service is good and rooms are clean.

Very clean, good space in room, comfy linen, easy to use onsen, and to get around city, the area is also chill so you feel at ease returning from the popular areas
Views are ok / decent, from reception 15th floor and onsen 16th, the skyline is a bit distant so most of the direct view is lower rooftops, but quiet
Nice to grab a (quality) coffee or juice during checkout in reception, which is available most of the time
All in all very chill 😎

The onsen on this hotel is divine. After whole day of walking around tokyo, a good warm soak in the onsen just heals it. The room is cosy and bed is comfortable, love a good strong shower. Generally a stone throw away from Shibuya and also ginza. Easy peasy.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff, clean room and bigger than expected. The public bath for the guests is a +. Good breakfast with sufficient options to choose from.
Excellent location as it is near the train station and many F&B and mart options around, like Do, Aeon. Also near some clubs and entertainment areas.

After staying here a bit longer, some things emerge - the lack of comprehensive amenities like bath salts and toiletries pale in comparison to JR East, while the distance from the station does make extremely heavy luggage a pain. Lobby is on the 15th floor too so it's a bit weird. Still the service staff are the stars and they go their utmost to make sure all's taken care of.

已經是第二次入住東京三井花園五反田了，總體感覺很不錯，下次還會選這裏。
設施：樓頂有室外温泉可以泡，就是看中這點再來預約的，逛完一天泡個温泉很舒服；
衞生：很乾凈，打掃衞生做的很細緻；
環境：環境很好，很安靜，隔音很不錯，基本上聽不見周圍房間和外面的聲音；
服務：工作人員好評，很熱心，英語都很棒。
