Good location. Very nice and helpful staff. Easy for Thai tourist due to there is a Thai front desk agent. Feels like home. You can deposit your luggage overnight if you have another booking.

To be fair, for the price in Ueno, it's quite reasonable. Especially since we were traveling as a family of three, the tatami room we booked was pretty spacious. I'd still recommend it. The only minor downside was the lack of breakfast options.
