"Wonderul hotel set in a modern part of a quiet Tokyo. The hotel is only a few stops away from Shinjuku and Shibuya, so you avoid the overcrowdedness. The hotel is very clean and the rooms and topped up with amenities everyday. The staff members are lovely and very friendly, I had absolutely zero complaints about anything in that complex. I am so glad I picked Mitsui to stay. I had option and the budget to pick the more well known MNC brands, but something pulled me to support a home grown brand, because I have been to a many established chain in overseas who had places that were very disappointing and substandard. Hence my choice to support a local brand, and I am glad I supported a local brand i.e. supports the economy of the country and the people. Thank you Mitsui for a wonderful stay. If I come again, I'll be sure to stay with you again."

"Great location, great service ! We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku. This area is safe and convenient for night city explorer, the roof top bar offers great view for us to enjoy our drinks. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends."

"We took the Airport Limousine directly to the hotel, which was a really nice perk to start our first visit to Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, and the self checkout was very convenient. We were there to celebrate our 44th anniversary, so we were given a room with a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The daily towel changes and complimentary bottled water were a nice treat. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can not comment on the food. The location is ideal, especially when we checked out and had to get to Shinjuku Station to take a train to Yokohama. We took one day street which was great with luggage in tow. We didn't have to drag our luggage through the crowds and uneven sidewalks. The self-serve amenities are very convenient, and we love the sponge. Thank you for a wonderful first-time experience."

"Pleasant and Satisfying Stay Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Citadines Shinjuku. The location is good, with Honolu Halal Ramen and a few other halal dining options nearby, and it is conveniently close to the train station. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the service was fast and accommodating."

"The best thing about our hotel is the LOCATION! It is near the station, has a drugstore beside it, flower shop, multiple convenient stores and a supermarket along the streets, has one of the best katsu and sukiyaki place nearby. It is a good place to stay if you want to have a more localized experience compared to a touristy vibe Rooms are a bit small , but typical size like other similar hotels. Nevertheless we loved this homey hotel!"

"Had a good experience during my 3-night stay. Here are some of the areas we liked: - Spacious room, and all facilities worked very well; and staff are professional. - Efficient and professional laundry service - Good food for breakfast, and in-room dining. - Parking is so convenient too, and with a very reasonable daily price. We are so happy with the gym, and used it almost everyday: spacious, and it has a good view of the city. And as a hotel gym, it also has also most everything you can as for ( like the equipment, and amenities). However, it would be better if there could be more options on the in-room dining menu."
