The hotel was great, the reception could have been better but it’s alright. I loved all the lights in the room. The room was so beautiful. Bathroom is a bit smaller than I expected. Overall, it’s not bad at all. That room was so pretty. The staff is very kind too. Thank you.

Clean and new guesthouse, with a good location close to cafes and shops. The room has everything necessary, but no kettle. There's a kitchen on the second floor.

The hotel location is Ok.. Family friendly.. Staff are exceptionally helpful and good.. But the hotel is Run down.. The room we were allocated..did not have hotwater fro 4 days out of 5 days we stayed... But the staff did bring in buckets of water for our need.. Not ideal..there is no shuttle from the hotel to anywhere... Their lift is down and have to climb lots of steps.. Their kitchen is not operational..so no food at the hotel ..but there are good eating places around within20 mins walking distance.. Although not ideal.. OK. Special mention to staff.. Amir, Azeem and Dewi...they are very good and helpful.

The villa was very comfy and had a pleasant ambience! The staff were nice and friendly as well. Location was central and very near the cafes and other points of interest near canggu and seminyak. Only complaint would be that there was a lack of proper communication between staff and misunderstanding between what is included and not included within the booking. For example our booking includes a shuttle service but the day and night staff contradicted each other. Similarly for bottled water (some said it's included some said it's extra charge). To their credit they ultimately did honour both the shuttle and drinking water. The breakfast was really good and caters to all dietary requirements. Highly recommend. They also accommodate and pack the breakfast if you have early plans.

The housekeeping team was also on top of everything, ensuring the room was always fresh and clean . It’s the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued guest, not just a room number. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Canggu. Situated on Jalan Pantai Berawa, the hotel puts you right in the heart of the action . It’s just a short walk to famous spots like Atlas Beach Club and Finns Beach Club, as well as La Brisa and Berawa Beach . Despite being so close to the vibrant nightlife and popular restaurants, the hotel itself felt like a peaceful retreat where I could relax . There are countless cafes, trendy breakfast spots, mini-marts, and even a salon right on the doorstep, making it incredibly convenient to explore the neighborhood on foot . Finally, I was impressed by how complete and well-thought-out the amenities and toiletries were. The room was spacious, spotless, and designed with a stylish, modern, and comfortable industrial-chic aesthetic . But it was the details that stood out. The amenities were top-notch, including high-end toiletries from a local brand and a unique bathtub that added a touch of luxury . Beyond the room, the hotel facilities are excellent, featuring a stunning rooftop pool, a fully equipped gym, and a cool communal atmosphere . Everything felt designed for comfort and convenience, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. In short, The Komu Canggu Bali delivers on every front. With its rapid and friendly service, unbeatable central location, and complete amenities, it’s the perfect base for a Canggu adventure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The room is a bit tired, the staff is friendly

We stayed at D’prima Hotel Seminyak for 3 nights during a shopping-focused trip, and the location was exactly what we needed — right in the center of Seminyak with easy access to shops, cafes, and everything within walking distance. The room was spacious with a very large, comfortable bed, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The hotel is not new and you can notice this in details like the bathroom fixtures and some general wear, but everything was clean and overall comfortable. For the price, it’s a solid budget-friendly option in a great area, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring rather than staying at the hotel. If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place to sleep while enjoying Seminyak, this is a good choice.

Had an amazing experience the staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me to check in late at night and also agree that I check out later. The hotel is nice and quiet which makes it the person spot to chill and unwind.
