The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. During check-out, they even helped us weigh all our luggage, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We also requested room decoration to celebrate our friend’s birthday, and the team did a wonderful job. On top of that, they even gave us a slice of cake without any charge, which was such a lovely and unexpected gesture. Overall, everything was good, smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again."
