Grand Hyatt Jakarta

It was incredibly noisy, seriously! I could still hear motorbikes roaring at 3 AM, non-stop. The location is convenient, and the lobby is impressive. It's also easy to hail a taxi right outside for comfortable travel. The hotel pool makes you feel like you're on a beach vacation – it's beautifully designed and very relaxing ☺️. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were decent too. But the major flaw is that I couldn't get a good night's sleep N. I can't understand why the glass soundproofing is so terrible! And I wasn't even traveling during a holiday; they gave me a room at the very end, close to the road. I don't know if I was discriminated against, but it's a definite thumbs down! If you can't sleep well in a hotel, nothing else matters! Around 3 AM that night, I wanted to contact Trip.com customer service, but I was just too tired to deal with it.
