Merlynn Park Hotel

Our stay was okay, but there were a few things that did not meet our expectations. The room was too small for three adults. Based on the photos and the room description, we expected a more spacious room with two queen-size beds. However, the room had two large single beds instead, which made it quite uncomfortable for three adults. Both the room size and the beds were smaller than we expected, so the description did not seem to match what we received. Another downside was the noise. The hotel was generally quite loud. We could hear our neighbors as well as a lot of noise from outside, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The hotel also feels quite dated and would benefit from renovation, as many areas seem worn and in need of updating. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed it. Overall, our stay was acceptable, but the room, the noise level, and the condition of the hotel were disappointing.

Pros: bottled water provided, large rooms with nice view & bath tub, wide variety breakfast, affordable with decent pools & gym Cons: slow lifts, refuse late checkout even for 15 mins, do not accept cash for room service/inhouse spa, expensive massage, bad jakarta traffic

It’s a perfect stay for us. Breakfast was heaven as they have variety options. The staff was very helpful and so polite. It’s just that there’s no convenient store nearby.

I love breakfast. Food quality and quantity good enough and can enjoy best buffet in Jakarta

Very noisy and terrible.. Wake up at 4am by the praying music of the few mosques nearby. I requested for room change but the hotel moved us to even a lower level with noise from both mosques and traffic.
