Good location and while the amenities feel a bit old‑fashioned, the room and toilet are superbly spacious. The air‑conditioning is extremely strong, and I really hope Ascott will consider updating their amenities. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast needs a menu revamp overall, a comfortable stay with great potential and location was super strategic!

I love everything about this hotel; from helpful security guards until the sweet receptionist also great housekeeper as well. Great location and stone throw from GI, Thamrin City and PI.

The place is very spacious and suitable for family. it big room and service was very good. its just walking distance to grand indonesia. definitely will come again here.

It’s quite a good location- if is just next the hotel is grand Indonesia. Have spacious room, kitchen, washing machine, hall and tv. The interior and furnishing however it’s quite old and need some maintenance (sink faucet need some fixing) and seem it has not been renovated for sometime. The lightings quite dim when is at night. Don’t have a lamp desk to use. The gym is quite complete but it’s also old- some area under renovation. Staff are friendly and attentive.

It was an amazing stay with ascott. Great location. its at the city centre, nearby to alot of malls such as the grand indonesia, plaza indonesia and thamrin city.

Location is excellent. Crossing the busy road to go to GI is a breeze coz the guards will help to stop the cars to let us cross. The room is huge. Breakfast is simple. Some days we didn’t even go down for breakfast. Service is good. We would stay here again as it’s so easy to go to GI and Thamrin City.

Great location with the mall just across the road. The furniture is a bit dated but the room is spacious

Overall, an excellent stay. It is just across the road from the West entrance of Grand Indonesia, which has tonnes of eateries, cafés, and shops. Huge room, clean, and guests can avail of the in-house sauna, gym and pool. We did not use the breakfast at the hotel, so no comment.
