The moment I want to enter the room, there was a dirty plate and glass in front of my room. Once I entered, the room has a strange smell. I did not get a chance to stay longer because I had business outside. I dropped my luggages and went to the Front Desk again to ask them clear up the dirty plate and glass also spray an air freshener. Just now, I went to my room again and the smell is still there. I took a shower and the bath towel smells like it was not washed and only dried. There was a noise of dropping water and after I checked, the AC is leaking. It leaks until I had to use the bath towel to dry it. The bedsheet is worn out, the pillowcase were yellow, the duvet were GREY! the color was so contrast compared to bed sheet which thankfully, still white. The telephone is not working. I had to come downstairs to complaint to the reception about the defects. And the reception couldn't care less from the way he does not apologize even once. Big thanks for the kind Engineering guy who fixed the AC and telephone within 15 mins though! I understand that the back to back, turn over from the arriving and departing guest is high. But you guys can do better keeping the quality of the room than this.
