Located between the 80th and 90th floors of a high-rise building, the views are absolutely breathtaking. It's incredibly close to all the main shopping streets, and a taxi to the airport only takes about 40 minutes!

Best choice to stay in Jakarta, all staff is very helpful and friendly from receptionist, cleaning, and server in breakfast. Gym superb, have weight and cardio, pool quite good, warm water Nearby got some restaurant and big mall.

-I couldn't adjust the air conditioner temperature properly, and it got so hot in the middle of the night that I got a headache and felt unwell. I don't really know how to set it to lower the temperature. - The food recommended in the club lounge was so-so, but the head chef came over to greet me and explain. I was impressed by his perfect service. - The staff in every department had wonderful smiles. - When I filled the bathtub with water, it was full of debris. It's probably because you can't tell until you fill it with water, so it's not always properly cleaned. - The shower water doesn't drain quickly; the more you use it, the more it accumulates on the floor, and the water doesn't stop immediately even after turning it off. Overall, I think the person instructing the cleaning isn't checking for problems after staying there themselves. The cleaning staff are just doing what they're told.

Fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta, such a beautiful hotel with lovely service all round. Special shout out to Eldria and the rest of the charismatic Pacific Club lounge team who made our stay both very welcoming and comfortable for our special occasion. The suite room is spacious, beautifully furnished, quiet and simply stunning views from the 88th floor. The tea, cake and decorative offerings for our anniversary were both delicious and delightfully presented. Pool on 71st floor is a welcome respite for refreshment with comfortable lounges. Breakfast is an absolute delight of fresh western and Indonesian treats for a great start to the day. The Pacific Club lounge is super spacious, fantastic Jakarta views, delectable food and drink offerings, comfortable seating complemented by some of the best genuine and warm hospitality I have experienced in thousands of hotel stays. Keep up the great work Pan Pacific!
