The hotel location is superb, 10 minutes walk to Grand indonesia and plaza indonesia. 12 minutes walk to MRT. Overall the stay was okay

The place is comfortable.
Very nearby major malls just by walking.
Variety of food is also easy access.
If you are interested to join the Jakarta car free morning, this hotel is juat a walking distance to the route.
The nearest train starion is about less than 1km from the hotel

Good location but need improvement for service
The location is great, walking distance to Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia and Thamrin. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was nice and spacious for 3 of us.
However, the facilities and service could be improved. They didn’t provide any dustbin bag at all, and getting an iron was a STRUGGLE. We had to call several times and wait for hours. Towels also had a musty smell. Overall, a decent stay but the housekeeping and responsiveness need improvement.

I love Ana hotel with great ambience, good breakfast , great location .. i can access thamrin, grand indo & plaza indo just walkin distance .. really love it.. but i book 3 room but u guys give us different level and my room 616 got issue leaking but once im back to hotel all sorted

everything was superb except the towel issue, allow to check in early but got the towel after 4pm and it was torn, i really hope they can work well with the vendor, otherwise the rest is fine, will consider stayinh here if i come again to jakarta

It was quite hard to find a hotel that accommodates 3 adults (traveling with parents), but thankfully this one did! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the service was excellent. I also felt very safe here, with security at the entrance and super friendly reception staff. The location is very convenient — right by Thamrin with easy access to tourist spots. Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia are within walking distance, and if you’re tired after shopping or carrying a lot of bags, Grab or Gojek is just a few taps away. The bathroom can be a bit slippery and at times I noticed a sewage smell, but overall it didn’t affect my stay much. I can’t comment on the towels as I usually bring my own but would be nicer if they can replace with new ones. But, I will definitely come back again.

Very near to Thamrin City, just a 5 minutes walk. Got a Sederhana and Al Maz (very tasty fried chicken with garlic sauce) restaurant nearby. The breakfast was okay, not many choices. I would suggest to grab meals outside or nearby. Got cheap massage service at the lobby.
