Stayed here recently and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The room was spotless, modern, and really comfortable, with everything I needed and more. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I slept brilliantly every night. The facilities were excellent too – great amenities, a relaxed atmosphere, and everything was well looked after. Location was perfect, close to everything important but still quiet enough to properly unwind. Breakfast was also a highlight with plenty of choice and really good quality food. Overall, this place delivers on exactly what you want from a hotel: comfort, cleanliness, great service, and a really pleasant stay. Would 100% stay again and happily recommend it.

This is a good option for travellers with good amenities, there are great restaurants nearby. The only small thing is the colour of the paint in the room the black could make it a little gloomy for winter. The amenities are good in terms of co-working spaces, lounge and laundry room etc. the rooms are fully equipped and that’s convenient for business or leisure travellers. Loved the concept of events and loved the elevator vibe with the photos

This was the only accommodation option that made financial sense on Easter Day. Located close to Wimbledon Park station and Wimbledon Park itself, my tennis-loving partner absolutely enjoyed the location (only a quick 30 mins from central London). We enjoyed the restaurant/pub downstairs (delicious food at 30% off for guests). The room itself was clean, with generous bathroom and comfortable bed, and decent WiFi. Friendly service too. No refrigerator or television, but that didn't really matter as we were only staying for a night. Would definitely recommend!

CchristiatheoMy stay at Novotel London Canary Wharf was overall very solid, with a few standout moments that made it memorable.
The first thing that struck me was the hotel’s modern feel. Everything from the reception area to the corridors had a clean, stylish look. Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite and professional, though not overly personal. It felt efficient rather than warm—but still perfectly pleasant.
The room itself was comfortable and well thought out. The bed was great for a good night’s sleep, and the blackout curtains worked really well—ideal if you want to fully rest after a busy day. The room wasn’t huge, but it made smart use of space, and everything felt practical. The view was definitely a highlight, especially if you’re on a higher floor—you get a great look at the surrounding Canary Wharf skyline.
Facilities were another plus. The gym was well-equipped for a hotel, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus, especially for unwinding in the evening. However, it can get a bit busy at peak times, which slightly takes away from the relaxing vibe.
The rooftop bar is probably the hotel’s best feature. The views are genuinely impressive, and it has a more premium feel compared to the rest of the hotel. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but that’s expected given the location and setting.
Location-wise, it’s ideal if you’re staying in Canary Wharf for work or prefer a quieter part of London. It’s not as lively as central areas like Soho or Shoreditch, but transport links are excellent, so getting around isn’t an issue.
On the downside, the lifts were occasionally slow, especially during busy hours, and the breakfast area could feel crowded. The breakfast itself was decent, though not particularly memorable.
Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf offers a reliable, comfortable stay with great views and solid amenities. It may not feel ultra-luxurious, but it delivers good value and a pleasant experience in one of London’s most modern districts.
GGuest UserMe and my partner stayed at Wilde Aparthotel Royal Bridge for 3 nights. The staff were really friendly upon arrival and even gave us an upgraded room. The entrance to the hotel is smart and the lobby is a good vibe. The room was really spacious and had great facilities such as a dishwasher and hob, things you would never get in a hotel room. The bathroom was small but stull a good size for 2 people. The bed was super comfy and despite being in Central London, there was little noise from outside. The blackout blinds fitted were brilliant at keeping light out in the mornings too. My only negative comment would be the cleanliness of the floors. The whole room was clean except the floors, and despite room service coming in to clean it again after mentioning it to the reception, it still wasn't clean afterwards and we came out with very mucky socks. The reception were very apologetic about the matter however. Would recommend to anyone wanting more space than a hotel.
GGuest UserVery nice staff, very helpful. Breakfast buffet available, and when I needed to leave very early in the morning they provided me some cold food(croissants, muffins, oranges and hot coffee/chocolate).
They also provide tooth brush/paste, shaving set, comb when asked at the reception.
A couple of minor things: corridors are a bit hard to navigate for me, was not obvious which door leads to elevators, needed to read the signs after getting lost 😅.
I am not sure but breakfast seems to be the same every day? On the second day of my stay eggs were not there, but the rest was the same, I guess. I loved the option that you can grab a cup of coffee/chocolate/tea with you to go after you finished your breakfast. Not sure about every room, but mine didn't have a refrigerator, but I remember in my other IHG hotel stay there was one. Also hearing is possible only via air conditioner, and the maximum temperature is regulated, as I understood.
Otherwise very neet hotel, clean, friendly.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserCosy and stylish hotel in a great location only 6 mins walk from the tube station. Staff were polite and welcoming and breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foods. Would definitely stay again.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: No kettle in the room, lacking basic amenities common in Chinese hotels.
Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Environment: An apartment-style hotel.
Service: Standard.
The location is quite good, close to Euston Station and King's Cross Station, and within walking distance of the British Museum. If you turn left when you leave the hotel, there are a few Chinese restaurants diagonally across the street, one block away. There are also convenience stores nearby.
P.S. The breakfast wasn't very diverse.
GGuest UserExcellent amenities and service by many of the staff. Especially receptionist Kelly.
Unfortunately aircon leaked badly on the last night of my stay. Room became smelly. Noise of water dripping also quite bad. I was informed the room was just changed by the previous occupier (happened to bumped into him) due to aircon issue. Seems that they didnt fix the issue before assigning to me. Didnt bother to change room because will be checking out same day.
Another issue, Wanted to pay for late checkout. Was initially informed it was £xx per hour. However the next day I asked, a different Indian staff told me it is double that amount. Not very honest because another Indian staff emailed me after my check out and tried to charge me the initial amount again (which was actually not supposed to be charged).
AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.
WWattobyteLocation is superb, near Bayswater and Queensway station within 50 meters (no lift) also bus stop nearby easy to access anywhere.
Hotel is clean and they make up the room every day.
Newly renovated with reasonable price.
Breakfast is really good, all you can eat. When I was there, there is an Asian food as well.
Malaysian food downstairs is really good, strongly recommended! As Asian, I really enjoy the meal here.
They gave me early check in at 11 in the morning which is much appreciated.
Overall is 10/10
2201675****The room was tiny, barely enough space to turn around, and once we opened our suitcases, they completely blocked the door. As for the shower, it was barely usable, just enough to get by.
The upside is the incredibly convenient location. It's right next to Paddington Station and the tube, making it super easy to get anywhere. Hyde Park is just a few hundred meters away – perfect for a stroll through the park, enjoying the scenery, and feeding the pigeons. Buckingham Palace is only about a kilometer further. During the Christmas season, Regent Street is just four bus stops and a hundred-meter walk away.
It was quite expensive, but that's London for you. It really depends on what you prioritize. If you just need a place to sleep that's well-located for exploring, it's a decent option.
