A minimalist hotel but very zen, the staff were really helpful and the room small but cosy. The design of the hotel is really nice but it’s very basic and you need to make sure you understand the concept. There is a vending machine to purchase cutlery and other things you might need in the room, there is also a hot drinks machine, which drinks cost £3 and hot water £2. There is a Tesco and a sainsburys a few minutes walk from the hotel. 10 minutes away is the Cutty Sark a high street and Greenwich market and park. The hotel was really quiet even though it was busy.

Great location, only a few minute walk from Surrey Quays overground station or the number 1 bus takes you to town as well. A 24 hour Costcutter right on your doorstep. The full kitchen in the room was great, very useful. Comfortable bed, we slept very well. Bathroom was a bit cramped and the hot water in the shower was coming and going but it was ok. The room was clean and freshly decorated.

Great stay, only stayed for 1 night between a Fri-Sat. The hotel room was a nice size, the bathroom and room were clean. Slight stains on the walls which is why I marked it down but overall it was a nice stay. Staff were really friendly and the lounge, breakfast room and rest of the hotel looked in good order. A really nice touch was the ice bucket with the ice machine on my floor. Would definitely stay again, great location, easy access to the tube and lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby.

CchristiatheoMy stay at Novotel London Canary Wharf was overall very solid, with a few standout moments that made it memorable.
The first thing that struck me was the hotel’s modern feel. Everything from the reception area to the corridors had a clean, stylish look. Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite and professional, though not overly personal. It felt efficient rather than warm—but still perfectly pleasant.
The room itself was comfortable and well thought out. The bed was great for a good night’s sleep, and the blackout curtains worked really well—ideal if you want to fully rest after a busy day. The room wasn’t huge, but it made smart use of space, and everything felt practical. The view was definitely a highlight, especially if you’re on a higher floor—you get a great look at the surrounding Canary Wharf skyline.
Facilities were another plus. The gym was well-equipped for a hotel, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus, especially for unwinding in the evening. However, it can get a bit busy at peak times, which slightly takes away from the relaxing vibe.
The rooftop bar is probably the hotel’s best feature. The views are genuinely impressive, and it has a more premium feel compared to the rest of the hotel. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but that’s expected given the location and setting.
Location-wise, it’s ideal if you’re staying in Canary Wharf for work or prefer a quieter part of London. It’s not as lively as central areas like Soho or Shoreditch, but transport links are excellent, so getting around isn’t an issue.
On the downside, the lifts were occasionally slow, especially during busy hours, and the breakfast area could feel crowded. The breakfast itself was decent, though not particularly memorable.
Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf offers a reliable, comfortable stay with great views and solid amenities. It may not feel ultra-luxurious, but it delivers good value and a pleasant experience in one of London’s most modern districts.
GGuest UserMe and my partner stayed at Wilde Aparthotel Royal Bridge for 3 nights. The staff were really friendly upon arrival and even gave us an upgraded room. The entrance to the hotel is smart and the lobby is a good vibe. The room was really spacious and had great facilities such as a dishwasher and hob, things you would never get in a hotel room. The bathroom was small but stull a good size for 2 people. The bed was super comfy and despite being in Central London, there was little noise from outside. The blackout blinds fitted were brilliant at keeping light out in the mornings too. My only negative comment would be the cleanliness of the floors. The whole room was clean except the floors, and despite room service coming in to clean it again after mentioning it to the reception, it still wasn't clean afterwards and we came out with very mucky socks. The reception were very apologetic about the matter however. Would recommend to anyone wanting more space than a hotel.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserCosy and stylish hotel in a great location only 6 mins walk from the tube station. Staff were polite and welcoming and breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foods. Would definitely stay again.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: No kettle in the room, lacking basic amenities common in Chinese hotels.
Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Environment: An apartment-style hotel.
Service: Standard.
The location is quite good, close to Euston Station and King's Cross Station, and within walking distance of the British Museum. If you turn left when you leave the hotel, there are a few Chinese restaurants diagonally across the street, one block away. There are also convenience stores nearby.
P.S. The breakfast wasn't very diverse.
GGuest UserExcellent amenities and service by many of the staff. Especially receptionist Kelly.
Unfortunately aircon leaked badly on the last night of my stay. Room became smelly. Noise of water dripping also quite bad. I was informed the room was just changed by the previous occupier (happened to bumped into him) due to aircon issue. Seems that they didnt fix the issue before assigning to me. Didnt bother to change room because will be checking out same day.
Another issue, Wanted to pay for late checkout. Was initially informed it was £xx per hour. However the next day I asked, a different Indian staff told me it is double that amount. Not very honest because another Indian staff emailed me after my check out and tried to charge me the initial amount again (which was actually not supposed to be charged).
AangelaliuleeThis is my third time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, right across from the Piccadilly Line's Hyde Park Corner station, making it very convenient to get to central London. It offers great value for money.
AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.
WWattobyteLocation is superb, near Bayswater and Queensway station within 50 meters (no lift) also bus stop nearby easy to access anywhere.
Hotel is clean and they make up the room every day.
Newly renovated with reasonable price.
Breakfast is really good, all you can eat. When I was there, there is an Asian food as well.
Malaysian food downstairs is really good, strongly recommended! As Asian, I really enjoy the meal here.
They gave me early check in at 11 in the morning which is much appreciated.
Overall is 10/10
2201675****The room was tiny, barely enough space to turn around, and once we opened our suitcases, they completely blocked the door. As for the shower, it was barely usable, just enough to get by.
The upside is the incredibly convenient location. It's right next to Paddington Station and the tube, making it super easy to get anywhere. Hyde Park is just a few hundred meters away – perfect for a stroll through the park, enjoying the scenery, and feeding the pigeons. Buckingham Palace is only about a kilometer further. During the Christmas season, Regent Street is just four bus stops and a hundred-meter walk away.
It was quite expensive, but that's London for you. It really depends on what you prioritize. If you just need a place to sleep that's well-located for exploring, it's a decent option.
