The Gantry London, Curio Collection by Hilton

First off, the hotel was impeccably clean, from the in-room amenities to the public areas, the overall hygiene experience was excellent. The facilities were also top-notch, with spacious rooms and great shower facilities. My only minor quibble would be the lack of a proper desk for working; instead, there was just a living room coffee table, which made using a laptop for work a bit inconvenient and could be an issue for business travelers. As for the location, it's right next to Stratford International station, within walking distance of Stratford, offering a wealth of transport options. The Elizabeth Line provides a quick direct connection to the city center and Heathrow. Plus, there's the Westfield shopping center nearby, featuring major UK chains like M&S, Boots, and H&B, making dining incredibly convenient. The service, I must say, was faultless. The room was tidied daily, and used consumables were proactively replaced.

I swear on my life, absolutely do NOT stay at this hotel! The room had a strong, irritating smell that made it impossible to sleep. The night front desk staff were rude and completely unhelpful. They didn't even bother to refill the tissues when they ran out!

The room was incredibly spacious with an industrial-chic decor that I absolutely loved! Downstairs, there's a free sparkling water dispenser, which was a nice touch. Aside from the ongoing renovations in the lobby causing a bit of a smell, everything else was fantastic. The breakfast selection was a bit limited for Chinese tastes, but the staff were very attentive and helpful. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was quite spacious, beautiful, and the facilities were very new. The bed, duvet, and pillows were all very comfortable, and the lighting was good. The electric kettle was very useful, and the shower was comfortable. The location is very convenient; although it's a bit far from the city center, it's extremely close to the subway and high-speed train station, making travel easy. There's a large shopping mall nearby, so dining and shopping are also very convenient. The front desk staff had a very good service attitude. Breakfast was the same every day and didn't have a huge variety, but the quality was good and met our needs.

The location is superb! It's right next to Stratford International train station, and just a two-minute walk to Stratford station, which connects to the DLR, Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, Circle Line, and Central Line. Taxis and buses are also incredibly convenient. Plus, there's Westfield shopping centre and an M&S store nearby, along with supermarkets, making shopping and dining very easy. I stayed for five days and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast wasn't really suited for my 'Chinese stomach,' but the Western guests all seemed to enjoy it.

This is my third time staying here, and it's always a pleasure. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.
