"Nice and cozy hotel in a great area, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the riverside. Beds are super comfy, and breakfast was tasty with good variety. Parking can be limited during busy hours, but overall it’s a great stay and I’d definitely come back again."

"We stayed at The Hilton Kingston-upon-Thames on Saturday night. We arrived by bus from Richmond and found the hotel with ease from the bus station. The hotel is undergoing external renovations and was covered with netting. This was no issue to us but if we had booked one of the corner rooms with a balcony I think I would have been disappointed that the balcony was covered with netting. The check in was very fast and the receptionist was very helpful. We received a warm cookie each which was a lovely touch and we enjoyed them with the hot drink from the facilities in the room. The lift requires your room key card to work. We didn't realise this at first until another guest came into the lift and used their card. Our room was a standard king-size room. The room itself was very nice. The view was of a concrete wall of a building opposite. Not the best but we were only staying for one night and it was almost dark when we arrived so we had the curtains closed for most of our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. This was probably the best nights sleep I have had in a hotel for a long time. In fact I was so comfortable that I could have stayed in bed longer in the morning. The location was very good. We went for a walk along the Thames in the evening and went for a meal locally. The centre is about 5 minutes walk. The walk to the river is quite isolated and not very well lit. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but went to a restaurant closed to the river. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Lovely boutique hotel. We stayed mid-week and it was perfectly located for our trip to Hampton Court Palace and Kingston-upon-Thames. Our room was massive and they had made sure we had a bath as requested for a medical issue. We had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Although there is no breakfast at the hotel, there is a cafe straight across the road called The Pickled Pantry which was amazing and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this place."
