"This was a fun activity and it's at a very nice locatio too. The staff were lovely and helpful. Challenging one's brain with the games and the overall experience was a 10/10. Shoutout to Federico and Emily for their assistance."
"High standards & I received an excellent welcome. Housekeeping is outstanding. I was given an early check in without asking & that was greatly appreciated. Breakfast is VERY good & I highly recommend it. Location is in the Gothic Quarter & it is ideal for a first time visit to Barcelona. There is a cafe & barista on the ground level & pastries & fresh orange juice in the morning. My room was small but had all I needed for my stay & the mini fridge was nice to have The bed was really comfy & there were black out curtains so you can sleep in after a long plane trip. There are two lifts & if you have heavy luggage this is very convenient. Great stay!"
"Pleasant Surprise in the Heart of Barcelona Rating:4/5 Stars Date of Stay:August 2024 --- Summary: We had a short break in Barcelona this week and were looking for a clean, well-located room, and that’s exactly what we got. The Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise and definitely shouldn’t be judged by its facade—we were truly impressed. Room: Our room on the sixth floor was spacious for a city hotel and had all the amenities you’d expect. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the pillows were firm and supportive—none of those mushy, overly soft ones you often find in hotels. The bathroom was well-equipped, though it might be a bit tight for larger guests. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned regularly, and any requests we had were promptly addressed. The pool area was also well-maintained, and the shower room available on our departure day was spotless, making our stay even more comfortable. Service: The service was reasonable overall. The staff managed multiple tasks at once, and although they sometimes appeared a bit stressed, they were always prompt, polite, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Location: The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. It’s within easy walking distance of Barceloneta, Port Vell, and the El Born district. Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the train station, which made our day trip to Sitges incredibly convenient. Facilities: The hotel’s rooftop pool is a nice feature, with about 14 chairs available for sunbathing. The area gets busy in the mid-afternoon, especially when the summer sun is at its peak. The pool itself is a perfect size for a quick cool-down after exploring the city. Food and Drink: We had breakfast included with our booking, which offered all the basics you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. It was a good way to start the day and provided enough variety to fuel up before heading out. Value for Money: The Park Hotel offered excellent value for money, given its location, comfort, and amenities. Tips/Recommendations: This hotel is ideal if you enjoy a trendy food and cocktail scene combined with the bustling beach atmosphere. It’s a great base for exploring the best of what Barcelona has to offer. We would definitely return to the Park Hotel on our next visit to Barcelona."
"A really neat and beautiful hotel in the very center of Barcelona. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful people. I’d recommend it for traveling alone for sure!"
"The room was nice, the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very friendly. It would have been even better if there were one or two more hooks in the bathroom."
"This was my first time in Barcelona, and choosing this hotel was the right choice. I'm very satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Estación de Francia Station. From the airport, you can arrive with just one transfer at El Prat Estació Station. The hotel staff were all very warm and welcoming. You don't need a key card to access your room; you're given a passcode, which you can use to unlock it. It was nice not to have to worry about losing your key. The room is compact, but the bed and bathroom were clean. We stayed with three people, and the space was not an issue. It's located in the Born district, so there are many restaurants and stylish shops nearby. It was close enough to Sagrada Familia that we could easily make a detour back to the hotel. The bus stop is nearby, making it easy to get around. Free water, fruit, and other snacks are available in the lobby. The microwave and refrigerator are shared. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Barcelona."
"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It was certainly better than some hotels that have more stars. The hotel staff really pay attention to the little details, and this ends up making a big difference. The breakfasts was very good as well."

Great
GGuest UserThe location is perfect in the Gothic Quarter, you can walk to La Rambla and a lot of shop and restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable. The glass shower is a bit different but that’s personal choice. Very dark in the communal areas. Good breakfast included. They allow us to use the wellness centre for shower and rest after check-off while waiting for our night flight. Excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserOne of the best location in Barcelona. It is the center of many tourist spots and there are many restaurants, cafes, shops near the hotel. And room was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also very relaxing and the staffs were very kind, especially a man at the bar.
GGuest UserThis was my very first time planning a solo trip abroad, and I was admittedly quite anxious after paying the full price and then reading some mixed reviews. Since the policy didn’t allow cancellations, I checked in with a bit of worry—but I’m really glad I did. The room turned out to be pleasantly clean and well-organized. I particularly liked the layout: there are two doors between the bedroom and the bathroom, which gave me a strong sense of privacy and security while resting. Another highlight was the lovely scent in the room—it instantly made me feel at ease and almost like being at home. (If possible, I’d love to ask what kind of aroma sachet or air freshener is used—I’d like to buy the same one!) During mid-November, the evenings in Barcelona were slightly chilly, but the heating/air-conditioning unit in the room worked well and kept things comfortable. That said, when the unit is turned on, there’s a noticeable mechanical noise—it’s not too loud and didn’t disturb my rest, but worth mentioning. I also appreciated how responsive the staff were. On my first night, I thought the external shutter in the room was broken. I reported it to the front desk, and the manager quickly sent someone to assist. It turned out the shutter was manually operated by a cord hidden behind the inner curtain on the far right—easy to miss at first glance. Although the hotel isn’t in the city center, transportation was convenient—there’s a nearby bus stop within walking distance, with easy access to both the metro and Sants train station. A nice bonus: just a 3-minute walk away is a bakery called Joncake & Wine, a branch of the famous Joncake. Their Basque cheesecake is incredible, and being a branch, it’s much less crowded than the main store. There’s also a small convenience store right downstairs—great for picking up water or other essentials. One downside would be the soundproofing. The walls and floors seem quite thin, so I could hear voices and footsteps from the neighboring room. It wasn’t too disruptive for me, but worth noting. Originally, I only planned to stay three nights, but I ended up liking it enough to extend for another three. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations and became a memorable part of my solo trip to Spain.
GGuest UserVery good location, lots of restaurants near by and within comfortable walking distance to attractions including Gaudi’s well known church, the Basílica de la Sagrada Família. Room is good size, with separated shower and toilet. Room attendant is very nice. We stayed 4 nights and may reserve it again if we’re going to Barcelona in the future. The only downside is the elevator is a bit smaller.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel with very attentive and friendly staff, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The room was very clean, quiet, and pleasant, with an excellent view from the balcony, close to the train. The metro and shops were also nearby. My only observation is that there was no drawer to store small items of clothing... For larger items, there was a hanger, which could be a bit better.
GGuest UserThe hotel location is great, near the metro and just not far from airport if you stay short in barcelona, it is recommend. Breakfast is great.
AAnonymous UserThe location is central and close to the train station. The room is comfortable, perfect for a night stay in Barcelona before heading to the next stop.
