The room wasn't huge, but it didn't feel cramped; it was clean and tidy. The location is excellent, less than 300 meters from Plaça de Catalunya. Step out of the alley, cross the street, and there's a large shopping center. The metro station and airport bus stop are right nearby. I've noticed all the hotels I book have great locations; that's because I specifically choose city-center locations for convenient travel when I'm booking.

The hotel was clean and the rooms and bed were big and comfortable, the service was also great - all the staff I met were welcoming and willing to help. The location is very convenient and you can walk to most of the major attractions, the aerobus stop to and from the airport is also just 5 minutes away. The only downsides are that the hotel itself is located in a small and shady alleyway and the room soundproofing could be better as I was constantly woken up in the middle of the night - yes I'm looking at the person from another room who kept showering at 5am.

Location of the hotel is very good, right at the centre of the city. However, the main entrance is located off a side lane, hence taxis will only stop off the main road. You will have to lug your luggage for about 50 metres. However, when we checked out early morning around 8.30 am, the hotel arranged a taxi on standby just outside the hotel. We booked a double room. The room looked modern. Washing basin is situated outside the bathroom, which is not any issue. Room is equipped with a safe, coffee machine, kettle, small fridge and hair dryer. Will be happy to stay here again.

I originally booked a non-refundable rate with no option to modify the dates, but unfortunately, an emergency came up. I reached out to the hotel and explained my situation, and they truly did their best to accommodate us by allowing us to adjust our booking by two days. Coming from Dubai, I really appreciated this gesture because it would have been such a hassle if they hadn’t been able to help us.
