Clean and hygienic. The staff were great, bringing up our luggage and offering us water upon arrival. It's very close to Passeig de Gràcia, just a left turn out of the hotel. Casa Batlló and Casa Milà are within walking distance, which is super convenient. Barcelona truly is a fantastic city for a city walk.

The hotel is surrounded by luxury shopping malls and is conveniently located near Casa Mila and Casa Batlló, both within walking distance. There are also many great restaurants nearby, including famous paella spots that are absolutely delicious.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. The bar downstairs has a great selection of drinks, and the staff are all incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. Plus, it's really easy to get around from here.

The hotel is right in the heart of Barcelona, just 200-400m from Casa Milà and Casa Batlló – literally a street away. Sagrada Familia is a bit further but still a pleasant 15-minute walk (about 1.2km). The area around the hotel is fantastic, packed with delicious restaurants and luxury shops. The hotel is on a secondary one-way street, so it's not too noisy. Just a heads-up, the bar on the second floor can have some bass noise from music on weekends. For its size, the hotel facilities are surprisingly complete and exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in, I received a welcome card for a complimentary drink (including alcoholic options) at the first-floor bar. When I went, they generously poured me what felt like two glasses of wine! The room felt a bit dim, likely a design choice to reduce lighting for ambiance, but it was still a bit dark. The bedding was decent – comfortable, but a little thin. The hotel breakfast was simple but professionally done, and I'd give full marks for the pleasant dining environment and service. The only downside was my room being near the elevator. It was only noisy in the mornings, but also, one night around 4 AM, there was a vacuum cleaner-like sound coming from next door or outside my room that lasted for over half an hour. It seemed to stop after staff arrived.

Had a fantastic experience taking my kids from Athens to Barcelona for spring break. It was a great stay, as all of Gaudi's iconic sites were within walking distance. Luxury shopping was easily accessible, and there were plenty of trendy, highly-rated restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.

The room was very clean, with air conditioning and hot water, and a kettle. The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló, with many restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. The breakfast was quite substantial, and there's even a small swimming pool, which was very comfortable.

The room was incredibly noisy. I'm not sure if it was construction or what, but there was a drilling sound that started at 7 AM and continued until I checked out at noon. This was accompanied by very loud and grating chair dragging noises. You could even hear the drilling at the front desk, which was just ridiculous. I booked a king-sized collection room, but it was on the second floor facing the street. There was no balcony as shown in the pictures, and the window could only be opened a tiny crack. Breakfast options were extremely limited and never changed; I ate the exact same breakfast for four days straight. The room itself was alright. The location is definitely the biggest advantage; it's very close to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, making it convenient for strolling along Passeig de Gràcia. There are also direct buses to Carmel Bunkers and Park Güell, and it's easy to get to Sagrada Familia by metro. The hotel is located in a relatively safe area, and I didn't encounter any pickpockets or robberies.

This is my first time leaving a negative review, all because of the most bizarre check-in experience I've ever had! 1. We arrived at the hotel in the morning. After completing the check-in process, we were told it wasn't check-in time yet. They said they'd call or email us when the room was ready, so we went out shopping. However, when we returned to the hotel around 9 PM, we hadn't received any email or call! 2. I informed them that the check-in was already done in the morning and we needed our room key. The front desk staff said, 'Okay,' and mentioned our luggage was in room 411. So, we went up to the room for the first time. But when I tried to use the room key, the light turned red, and the door didn't open! 3. I went back downstairs to explain the situation to the front desk. She said, 'Okay,' and then re-processed something. I specifically asked her to confirm if it was indeed room 411, and she said yes, adding that our luggage was already inside. She also asked another male staff member to accompany us upstairs. 4. On our second attempt, the light turned green, and we opened the door. The male staff member was about to leave. But as soon as we opened the door, we saw someone else's luggage inside! I immediately called out to the staff member. He asked, 'Isn't this your luggage?' We said, 'No!' So, we all went back downstairs. 5. I explained the situation to the front desk again. She did some more processing and then said it was room 402 and our luggage was already in there. I questioned her, and she mumbled something about confusing names earlier or something similar... This is the most outrageous thing I've ever encountered. What if there were other guests in room 411 at the time, and I had my child with me? How would that be explained?! And what if no staff member had accompanied us, and someone's belongings went missing? How would *that* be explained?! How can a hotel of this caliber make such elementary mistakes, and twice at that, making me go back and forth three times just to get into the correct room?!

Very comfortable hotel, convenient for getting around, close to the city center. The balcony is huge and has a bathtub for soaking, with a view of the top of Sagrada Familia. Very pleasant.
