Gran Hotel Havana 4*Sup by Escampa Hotels

Stayed here for a few days. Had a pretty good stay with connecting rooms. The cleaning service was good too. I liked how they have a jug provided for you to get water from the corridor. Environmentally friendly and I get to choose the temperature of the water I wanted. Their location is pretty good too, with supermarkets and food places nearby. However, the carpark is very small and narrow and because our car was wide, it was very challenging to get out of the carpark everyday.

Came here with a group of 3 people, with a double bed and sofa bed. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Only minor issue was parts of the house keeping service was inconsistent. We had 3 people, but only 2 towels were replaced when the room was made up. This is the same for the number of cups that were replaced and the limited toilet paper provided. We had to call for additional items. Overall though the hotel was good and in a great location. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, especially thanks to its excellent location near major attractions and convenient transportation.

This hotel has friendly staff. The location is excellent, very easy to move around, we love the super mart right opposite the hotel, as we need to drink lots of water, we can conveniently buy them anytime we need.

The photos were great, however the room aren't as new as shown in the photos. The hotel in general is good, clean, but not as modern as we expected. The facility was limited, and the swimming pool and sauna opening time didn't really fit our schedule, therefore we ended up never using it. But overall it was good.
