"Very nice hotel. All the staff are very attentive. Best buffet breakfast around. They have personalised egg station which seems to be rarer these days, and have lots of cold and hot food options. Also lots of gluten free options. They also serve curry chicken on the breakfast menu and it was AMAZING. Very good refreshing additional varied option to go with salads etc compared to typical eggs and bacon. This is the second time we came back to this hotel, and the experience is consistently good. On our second stay the only issue we had was with the AC. Everything was working fine but on our third and last day, the AC had switched over to become a heater (no change in the room controls), so ended up in a sweat and had to open the windows. Noticed that they have switched the rooms to all run on heater for the autumn as the city transition to the colder conditions. Would be great if the ac / heater option can be personalised in rooms."

"Slightly over rated but good hotel. Cleanliness, decoration room lightings are 4 star or even better. Big room, big bathroom and garden view was awesome. Breakfast was fabulous. Delicious, tasty and healthy food. Receiption staffs are not very professional probably need training. Guest are not feeling comfortable in the reception area. Lift is narrow for a four star hotel. Kitchen staffs lack of English communication skills cannot match a 4 star. Bed, bed sheets, towels are very good quality. Room and bathroom fittings, Decoration, lights are classy. A good quality iron and iron board was provided as fixed room amenities. Water bottles or drinking water was not provided in the room. That should disqualify 4 star rating."

"Very nice location, 5 min walk to Sagrada Familia Cathedral. Area is quiet with some restaurant choices. A few supermarkets around the block. Hotel is clean in general. A electric kettle is v handy. Showers is strong. One con for me is that the room is too warm. You turned down to 10C and still only fan is on. I bet the room was prob around 22C. We ended up opening the windows for fresh air. But last night, some tourists decided to chat well over midnight, and it affected my sleep. Overall, quite satisfied with the stay."

"The hotel is located in a good spot. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Sagrada Familia. There is also a large supermarket nearby. The front desk is very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a large room for 12 people this time, but it was clean, quiet, and the roommates were friendly. The breakfast was very rich and worth the price. There is an outdoor public space on the second floor where you can smoke and chat with friendly people. This is my favorite place. I will consider staying here again next time."
