"The hotel tried its best, but it has definitely seen better days. We entered a room that was clean, and the beds were made perfectly. I had requested adjoining rooms on a high floor, and both requests were accommodated, which I appreciated. The fridge and phone in our room were not working, but it wasn’t a big deal—we simply used the adjoining room’s. However, I would have been quite annoyed if we hadn’t had the adjoining room to fall back on. At around S$60 per room during the school holiday weekend, it’s difficult to find another hotel in such a central location that also includes breakfast, so the value for money is hard to ignore. I would also like to commend the staff. The front desk team was welcoming, and the housekeeping team responded promptly to our requests throughout our two-day stay. The buffet breakfast was consistently topped up whenever items ran low, although the selection of pastries was limited. Overall, the staff were amazing—warm and friendly whenever we crossed paths, whether at the front desk, during housekeeping interactions, or at breakfast service. That said, there are areas that could use significant improvement. The bathrooms are overdue for renovation, with rusty corners and stubborn stains in several places. The towels have also seen better days—they were thin and had visible holes. I don't fault the staff for these issues, as they seem to be doing their best with a property that is quite run-down. I believe the hotel management needs to do a better job of updating and maintaining the facilities. Overall, this is a budget-friendly option with excellent service, though the hotel's physical condition could benefit from some much-needed upgrades."

"Booked this hotel for a short 1 night stay. Chose it because it was reasonably priced with good location. Room is new, clean and spacious, but it doesn’t really give a hotel feel, more like service apartment. Toilet could use a proper shower screen to avoid it being wet after shower. Water pressure was quite low also. Breakfast spread was fine. Didn’t use the facilities. Overall, it was ok for the price."

"The hotel location are strategic because it's in the midst of Malacca town, in front the hotel arw Dataran Pahlawan mall. Customers can just walks if going to tourists places because it's very near. A lot of parking spaces including they have the basement parking and open space parking. The room are nice, like a studio version. An affordable price! Very cooling aircond, nice view from level 5. The cons: 1. Electric stove but no necessary utensils. Preferably microwave that much easier to use. Will I come again? Hopefully will."

Travel was attending a Prayer Function at GS Melaka 54th remembrance prayers .Distance to travel to GS about 10 minits by car.Grab available. Ample parking space . Nearby Hotel many shops for Breakfast if Breakfast not included in stay.including Stall n shops for lunch Tea , Dinner n Happy Hours"

"Everything was okay, the apartment was comfortable. However, the room was connected to another, so I could hear people talking and other noises. There was no place to cook, which the owner didn't provide, even though the pictures showed one. The lift was incredibly frustrating; on the second day, it got stuck, and there was a sudden, loud jolt. Then, on check-out day, two out of the four lifts were broken, making us wait almost an hour to get down to the lobby and parking. Seriously, it was exhausting and hot 😣. Only two lifts were working. Aiyoooo, I hope the management can solve this issue. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and we got free Netflix, which was a plus."

"Every time we went to Melaka, this hotel is always our first choice. The price is Competitive to others. But the amenities provide us is superb. Bed is so superb clean and cozy every one got two cozy pillows ,the hair blower is big one, my spouse love it. The rooms is acceptable clean in its class. The receptionist are friendly and flexibility. The last time I stayed there and found our booking date is earlier one date. I nego with With the receptionist.He decisively said ok, never mind we changed the date. I was very impressive with him and thank you, otherwise I should pay and stay One more day as a waste of money and time. "This was our fifth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. 1. Check-in The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. I had requested a Queen Bed room instead of Twin Beds. However, I was informed that because my booking was made at the last minute (one day before check-in), only a Twin Bed room was available as all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. We accepted the explanation and proceeded with the room provided. 2. Room Condition Upon entering the room, the first issue we noticed was the air conditioning. Despite setting the fan speed to high, the room remained warm and the air conditioner was not cooling properly. 3. Bathroom There appeared to be a blockage beneath the sink, as water was pooling around the sink and toilet area. In addition, the shower holder was broken while we were using the shower. We chose not to complain and continued our stay. 4. Room Door & Bathroom Door The bathroom door could not be closed properly unless it was pulled and pushed firmly. The more serious issue occurred the next morning after breakfast when our room door became stuck and could not be opened. We contacted maintenance, and the team arrived to inspect the problem. From approximately 8:00 AM onwards, we were unable to access our room. Around 8:30 AM, the maintenance team requested approval from the Front Office to move us to another room because the repair would require additional time. However, they informed that changing rooms would incur an additional charge because we were checking out on the same day. I strongly disagree with this decision. From 8:30 AM until our checkout time at 12:00/12:30 PM, we were still paying guests of the hotel. The room issue was caused by a defect on the hotel’s side, and guests should not be charged extra to move rooms due to problems beyond their control. The Most Disappointing Part During check-in, we were informed that no Queen Bed Deluxe Rooms were available. However, while the maintenance team was accessing our room through the connecting room next door, we discovered that the adjacent room was vacant and equipped with a Queen Bed. If the actual reason was that the room was unavailable due to maintenance, it would have been more professional and honest to explain that from the beginning rather than simply saying all Queen Bed rooms were fully occupied. This experience has left us very disappointed. Every time we visit Melaka, this hotel has always been our preferred choice. However, after this stay, we have decided not to return. I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff during check-in, but I sincerely hope the hotel will improve both its facilities and service standards. Thank you."

"This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance. **Location:** Very convenient. **Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them. **Cleanliness:** Needs improvement. **Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard."

"We booked a one-night stay in the Premium Family Suite for myself, my wife, our 2-year-old, and another couple. The suite was very spacious, clean, and offered a lovely sea view. Our toddler had a blast at the kids' play area and indoor playroom, while we adults enjoyed the stunning infinity pool and well-equipped gym. It’s also just a short, pleasant walk to the beach – perfect for a sunset stroll. The entire property felt well managed and spotless throughout. One night felt too short; we’d happily return for a longer stay. Highly recommended for families or groups wanting comfort, amenities, and value."

"The hostel is located on a quiet street, a bit off-center, but it's only about a fifteen-minute walk. There's no elevator, so it's a bit tough to climb the narrow stairs with heavy luggage, but they helped me carry my suitcase up. The hostel is clean, both in the rooms and the bathroom, and the internet is good. There's a common area on the floor with a fridge, kettle, and microwave."
