"The hotel is quite close to the city center, yet the neighborhood is quiet. There's a metro station and bus stops nearby. You'll also find Khinkali House and a 24-hour store within walking distance. Plus, there's a small market nearby where you can buy fresh vegetables and berries. The hotel itself is new, and the staff are incredibly friendly. There's a rooftop terrace with excellent views. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. In the evening, you can even watch hot air balloons right from the terrace – it's quite impressive! Would we choose this hotel again? Yes!"

"Already beyond expectations, the hotel was originally set. I found that its location is super good, whether it is a taxi or a subway is super convenient, and the scenery outside the window is very good, you can see the Holy Trinity. In addition, I lived outside the old town before and it was so noisy. There was no problem here. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, but it could be until 11 o'clock and weekend to 11:30. The lazy gospel. The swimming pool is small, but the depth is relatively shallow, very suitable for bringing a baby."

"Location: The hotel is located in a residential house on a hilltop. The main entrance is hard to find and quite hidden; it's just a hastily written sign on the large iron gate with chalk. Once inside the dilapidated courtyard, you have to carefully find the security door and ring the bell... However, the location itself is very convenient in the old town, with most attractions within walking distance. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is acceptable, at least it looks clean. Environment, Services, and Facilities: Breakfast is not provided. The rooms are small, with a European-style sloping roof window that can be opened. There is heating, a clothes rack, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, and bathrobes provided. The soundproofing is poor, but everyone is quiet, so it doesn't disturb rest. There are also shared irons outside. Service: There is no service. Unless you actively request it, the house will not be cleaned at all during your stay. The check-in desk is on the second floor, and your room may be on an even higher floor. Be prepared to carry your luggage up or down one or two wooden stairs yourself; the front desk will not help at all. There are convenience stores and fruit and vegetable shops nearby with reasonable prices, and restaurants as well. You can choose the bolt for taxis, so you don't have to climb up and down the cobblestone streets yourself."

"It was the best hotel choice! Convinced this after learning the area and city better after arrival. Location is convenient for those who want to see Tbilisi less touristic, but at the same time everything is in a walk-in and there is no crowd of tourists. The area of freedom in 15 minutes walk, the only one go through Baratashvili Square. Metro in 5 minutes walk, on it you can reach almost any point: fast, cheap and convenient. Impression from the hotel itself: very clean, beautiful, convenient. We had a corner room on the 3rd floor. The room was small but everything was including a great air conditioner that cooled the room in the summer for a minute. Breakfasts are delicious, satisfactory, varied: hot, milk, fruit, vegetables, baking, cheese. There was only sometimes a cafe in the same hotel to have dinner and nowhere to go. But given that you are still walking around constantly, it is uncritical. Near the hotel there are a bunch of different grocery stores, a few cafes. At the same time, I would highly recommend the ”Home Kitchen” cafe 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Thank you to the owners and staff for the wonderful experiences!"
