"We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were gorgeous, very clean and just what we wanted. The location was great, right on the river and walking distance to Elephant Hill and Two Rivers and Four Lakes. The staff at the front desk were amazing, particularly Li Ying, who helped us book transport, a boat ride to Yangshuo, gave us tips on getting the best deals, restaurant recommendations, and even gave us some of her dessert to try one night! A pleasure to stay at Guilin Huali Inn - so nice we booked twice, and came back again!"

"We had a beautiful stay at Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed - fresh water and towels everyday, option to chose between Chinese and Western breakfast and delicious fruits. Xiaoming was so nice to give us the e-bikes to drive around Guilin for free and we enjoyed using them a lot! If we had any questions about the area or needed a ticket for the li yang river cruise he immediately took care of it for us. We had also had a pickup from the train station so we didn’t need to find the way to the resort on our own. It was a wonderful stay. Thanks so much from the young German man, who looks like an old German man and his girlfriend ☀️"

"The experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and it's right next to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Area. It was incredibly convenient to walk everywhere, with many attractions within easy reach. What really stood out was how smart the hotel is; the entire room uses Tmall Genie to control things like the curtains. If you need anything, the front desk sends it up via a robot, and they even deliver a complimentary white fungus soup in the evenings. The breakfast was also very rich and varied."

"The lobby is clean and bright, and the staff are excellent – very attentive and patient. The room was spotless. The hotel amenities are comprehensive; you can eat and drink right on-site, and they even offer desserts in the evening. The location is superb, very close to the scenic spots, within walking distance. They also have their own parking, including an underground garage. When we checked out, they even gave us a small souvenir, which was a really thoughtful touch! I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommended!!!!!"

Just look how happy my mom and aunt were in the pictures! "We had an amazing stay at the HeShe hotel . From the moment we arrived we were treated with such warmth and kindness. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable . We had the family suite which overlooked the lake and the karst mountains . The view from our room was so serene and beautiful. During our stay we visited the Reed flute cave which is a short walk from the hotel - thank you Ginny for walking us to the cave . We also had a tea ceremony with Jing - with delicious tea and snacks . Hotel staff also arranged a Chinese calligraphy lesson with Master Wu for us . We thoroughly enjoyed our lesson . Melody, also booked us on an adventurous day out taking the boat to Yangshuo and then onto the Ruyi peak . A special thank you to Melody who went out of her way to help get my handbag with passport in it returned to me after I had forgotten it on the boat to Yangshuo . . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful, serene ,location but which still has easy access to other areas ."
