Global Village Elegant Lijiang Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Xiangbishan Branch)

This hotel is located right by the river, just a 5-minute walk from Elephant Trunk Hill. Since I was traveling with elderly family and children, they kindly arranged for us to be on the same floor and even gave us a free room upgrade! The front desk attendant was also incredibly responsible and thoughtful. Customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff provided excellent service. They gave us a free upgrade to a 2.4 tatami room. Around 11 PM, I went out to hang laundry and planned to take the stairs to the top floor. I ran into a friendly front desk staff member who kindly pressed the elevator button for the seventh floor for me. Before we left, they gave us a souvenir. Halfway home, I realized my child's sun protection jacket was left behind, and they immediately arranged for SF Express to mail it to us. Thumbs up! The service is great, and everything else is pretty good too. It's close to the scenic spots. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Guilin!

The hotel's decor is very thoughtful, and the staff's service is excellent. It's a shame we didn't have enough time to experience all of the hotel's activities. The kids had a blast at the rooftop pool.

The room is well-equipped, and the hotel surroundings are comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is good.

Very close to Xiangshan Park, just a 5-6 minute walk away. The environment is exceptionally good, with lovely river views, and the service is also fantastic. You get complimentary drinks and fruit, highly recommended! Plus, there's a play area for kids.

The room was massive, and we even got a free upgrade. A 2.4-meter bed, a bathtub, and a river view – the experience was absolutely fantastic! Our little one loved the playground downstairs and had to go there every day. The rooftop is beautiful with great views, perfect for photos! The location is also excellent, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas, just a ten-minute walk.

As other guests have mentioned, the hotel's exterior is unassuming, but the rooms are great – clean, comfortable, with good water pressure in the shower, and individually adjustable air conditioning. The breakfast is also good, offering a decent variety for the price. The service here is the main highlight; they are very helpful and ready to answer any questions. The breakfast staff, in particular, greet everyone who walks in. It's about 600 meters from Xiangshan Scenic Area, so you can easily walk there, which is very convenient. Parking can be a bit tricky, but the hotel staff offers valet parking.
