Hotels with Kitchenette in Lucerne

"Hotel was in a great location, room was clean and very nice, bed was comfortable, and view was nice. Our bathroom was across the hall from our bedroom-- which though a little strange --didn't cause us any issues as it was private and clean (and huge). The only critique I have would be about the self check-in. I understand the goals of having a streamlined check-in process, but we didn't recieve the email with instructions, and had no answer to an email of inquiry. It took me phoning the hotel's administration to get an answer, in which the woman was very helpful, but did take away some of our time in Lucerne. If there was a more straightforward process that did not involve using the machine at the front door, as well as having clearer instructions on checking out, the stay would have been perfect."

"Very good apar**ent, it is a self-check-in apar**ent type, there is no front desk, the room is in a very good location, the lake view is very beautiful, and dining and transportation nearby are also relatively convenient, which is very suitable for family travel."

"A few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good."

"Outside the apartment window is Lake Lucerne! In the evening, sit in front of the window and watch people eat, drink and chat in the restaurant by the lake. In the morning, sit in front of the window and drink a cup of coffee to watch the birds fly by the lake in the morning. Super beautiful! The city of Switzerland is so beautiful! About 15 minutes walk from the train station. There is a big supermarket underground at the train station. I bought steak and salmon back to the apartment to fry. The kitchen utensils and tableware should be complete, which is too convenient. The room is large in size, with a large room with 2 double beds in the living room and dining room, and a separate small room with a double bed. Not satisfied is that 11 o'clock to check out, 11 o'clock cleaning staff came to knock on the door, scared. However, many hotels abroad are going to check out at 11 o'clock. In addition, there is no luggage storage service, which is not convenient for tourists. Fortunately, I found a luggage storage cabinet on the platform of the train station. In addition, the location of the hotel is not very easy to find, the door is very small, it is a small alley on a small slope."
