Orange Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area)

The room was clean and tidy, with good water pressure and the bathroom dried quickly. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel also arranged airport transfers and provided tour recommendations, which was very convenient.

The family room was especially great. There was plenty of space for four people, and it even had a separate walk-in closet. They offer shuttle services to both the high-speed train station and tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the beef hotpot at the downstairs restaurant was excellent too.

I called ahead to ask for directions from the high-speed train station to the hotel, and the front desk informed me that they would arrange a car to pick up guests from the station, which was incredibly convenient. Although the room wasn't large, the facilities were quite complete and relatively new. For both days of our stay, we had breakfast and dinner downstairs. The breakfast selection was rich, though it got very crowded right at opening (everyone was trying to catch the earliest bus into the park), and seating was insufficient. The à la carte dishes for dinner were good in both portion size and taste. The handsome and beautiful staff at the hotel's front desk had excellent service awareness (much better than a certain 🍊 hotel I stayed at in Chengdu). They answered all questions patiently, proactively helped with luggage, and one kind ******* young man even enthusiastically introduced attractions in Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong and helped arrange transport to the scenic spots... 👍

The room isn't big, but it's very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The hygiene was excellent. The front desk staff were also incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. They even have a shuttle bus to the scenic area. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely stay at Orange Hotel again!

The hotel's location is quite convenient, being close to both the 'Goukou' (valley entrance) and 'Qian Gu Qing' (Eternal Love scenic area). They also offer a shuttle service to attractions, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. The room was clean and all the facilities were fine. Recommended!
