"Amazing, amazing, amazing! It's super close to attractions, the train station, and shops!!! The staff inside are also very warm and friendly. Plus, the front desk offers free lemonade and croissants (do you know how great that is? You don't need to buy water; you can refill your bottle every day). The facilities are well-equipped. If you need an electric kettle, you can ask at the front desk. I truly recommend everyone choose this place!"

"Let's start with the positives: The room was absolutely impeccable – from its design and decor to the overall experience, size, and amenities. It was so good, I'd honestly give it a 6 out of 5! Even the owner's photos don't do it justice; it's incredibly beautiful, spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, it was spotless. I would definitely return to Florence just for this stunning room. It featured a double jacuzzi tub, a lovely terrace perfect for drinks and snacks, and even a sauna room – the first time I've ever seen one in a hotel room, though I didn't get a chance to use it. In short, everything about the room was perfect. The building itself has a charmingly old, manual elevator, which added a unique touch. Now for the downsides: Firstly, it's not in the absolute city center, located about 2 kilometers from the main attractions. While you can walk there, exploring the sights once you arrive still requires a lot of walking, which can be challenging in hot weather or if you're not up for extensive walking (like me). There's also a C1 bus nearby that goes to the sights, but if you don't want to wait an hour, don't even bother! Its schedule is a complete joke; you never know if or when it will show up. That said, I found staying a bit further out totally worth it for such a gorgeous room. My second issue was quite frustrating. Although it's listed as a 'hotel,' it's essentially a guesthouse or Airbnb, meaning there's no front desk. Any problems must be communicated via email with the host. Despite stating he's available 24/7, he wasn't responsive at all. On my first night, there was no hot water for the shower. I emailed the host the next day to report it, but he never replied – not even when he sent a reminder email for check-out! He completely failed to address the hot water issue. Luckily, I returned during the day and coincidentally met the cleaning lady, who helped me fix it. Otherwise, I would have gone a second day without hot water. So, be aware that without a proper front desk, problems might go unresolved... Aside from that, everything else was perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the host also served a delicious breakfast. Oh, and the Chinese embassy is close by, which added an extra layer of safety and peace of mind."

"Advantages: 1. The environment of the public area is full! The tasteful and design decoration is matched with Christmas decoration, so warm! 2. The luxury area is quiet, and the old bridge is separated from the old bridge to avoid the flow of people and noise, and it is very convenient to go to the other side of the river. 3. The breakfast is very rich and delicious! 4.40 The room is very large, there is a large sofa very practical, the room gives a free bottle of water (3 days to give a bottle), the heating is very powerful. Disadvantages: The room is too big, the lighting is not bright enough, the bathroom is too cramped compared to the room, and the desktop is not big. The reel paper added turned out to be on the butt washing thing... I will choose this hotel again if I come back."

"It was a superb location, very close to train station and the cathedral of Florence. It has the old Italy feel of the building, very good for the money."

"Hotel was charming and lovely with the most comfortable bed and pillows for a perfect night’s rest after a day of exploring. It came with all the room amenities one could possibly need (water and coffee pods were always replenished, toothbrushes and toothpaste were there even without us having to request etc) and there was AC - something less common in Italian hotels, it seems. Service was excellent. In particular, Sergio was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially when we had trouble navigating our car through the narrow streets of Florence with poor Google Maps directions. He got someone to help guide us to the hotel, before helping to valet park our car at a nearby garage. Sergio also took extra care to make sure our stay was wonderful, always offering to go the extra mile with a smile. The hotel location was also very convenient, with everything worth visiting/ seeing within 400-500m. Would 100% stay at this hotel again the next time we are back in Florence!"

"Within walking distance from the train station so quite convenient. Got upgraded to a junior suite room with very spacious room and two beds (with one bed being sofa bed but still good). Very bright and tidy bathroom. Downside is the cleanliness is not to my expectation (some ashes on the staircase in the room and near the coffee machine) and the air-conditioner is too cold even though we have asked the receptionist to help switch off the air conditioner. Breakfast is a bit expensive (€28 pp from what I remember) so we didn’t get a chance to try but it seems that the breakfast is served in a very beautiful area."
